Made luxurious.
I think many would associate dim sum with some lower price offerings, often times volume over quality. But at the same time, there is a market for dim sum as it is – in the Chinese saying – “touching the heart”?
The dim sum here was presented lovingly, and very beautifully. Almost too painful to eat. Mouthfuls later, however, I can say that they are delicious as well. High recommendations for the Cha Shu Sou.
Average Cantonese cuisine in a very touristy area. Service was subpar. Basically we felt like the wait staff was doing the bare minimum. We were not offered any tea when we first sat, but were charged for it at the end of the meal. The roasted pork was dry. The portion were small. Would not recommend.

Even though this seaview dim sum restaurant had evolved and changed its name after more than 20 years, I am still a fan of its food quality. It’s now geared towards richer audiences. Still one of HK’s best kept secrets.

這家餐廳位於香港文化中心一樓，主營粵菜和點心，是周潤發、成龍、張萬玉等眾多香港明星經常光顧的飲茶餐廳。這是一個可以透過玻璃看到香港島摩天大樓景觀的地方，並且因為它以遊客而聞名，所以總是很擁擠。在早上點心和下午茶點心時間，除了一些受歡迎的點心外，所有點心都便宜40%。 16:30過後點心時間結束，就可以看到餐廳變身粵菜館了。如果您想要靠窗的座位，則必須在上午 11 點之前到達或進行預訂。

D食具很不清潔，食物甘般，同翠園一樣，冇新鮮感
its time for dim sum. pan fried noodles with veggies is a must. service is slow, make sure you have prepared talking notes for your date. If you havent prepared talking notes just talk about the awesome view and the boats in the harbor and comment on how good the food is

俯瞰香港海的不錯的餐廳。工作人員也很友好。價格適度偏貴或偏便宜。。還是看貴的那一面比較好。您可以在午餐時間適當品嚐點心。到了晚上，它變成了一家更昂貴、更高檔的餐廳。位置有點曖昧，不過從文化中心去星辰花園之前，我一個人在二樓。內部非常寬敞，可以容納團體客人。味道一般般。它不是無味的，而是獨一無二的。菜單非常多樣化，茶的種類也很多，不過也有韓文菜單和英文菜單，所以點菜也不費勁。

有會說英語的工作人員。建議預訂。

如果您在上午 11:30 之前去，點心可以打折。味道也不錯。之前的小夜曲，只是扔碗和勺子，但這一次，勺子是提前放好的，所以還好。相反，我買車的錢比以前多了。

Food was great, price was really good, amazing location, but service from Manager was not really good. We asked for a table next to the Port View, but the Manager did not agree, even though the restaurant was empty, and specially that table we asked for.
Good view of the harbour and solid food. A great place to bring guests. Dinner came out under HKD 250 a head (no drinks except tea).
位置非常好就喺香港文化中心樓上, 如果預訂到向海窗口旁邊嘅餐枱就可以一邊食嘢一邊欣賞維多利亞港海景. 菜式喺美心集團一眾酒樓之中算係比較好味.
