中環鏞鏞藝嘗館的酸薑皮蛋可以說可圈可點,比燒鵝更讓人驚艷。兩者搭配入口,毫無違和感,皮蛋的澀腥味被酸姜的甜辣味中和,連一向不敢吃的外國朋友都吃得津津有味。至於蝦子豆腐海參煲,可謂真材實料,海參量足,豆腐入味且嫩,入口超滿足。另外,我超喜歡鏞鏞的裝修風格,尤其是露天位。雖然餐廳位屬中高端酒樓,但人流頗多,如想坐好位置,建議提早預定。
最近出咗個晚市外賣套餐好豐富,當團年飯夠得體又大方,而且份量都好多,可以安心留喺屋企食好嘢,有興趣嘅可以試下啲新嘢。

Only worth to try Siu Mei here. The dim sums quality is way below average, and also overpriced.
Had a afternoon tea here. Frankly, the portion is small. The presentation and the creativity did a good job to gain the score back. Customer may also find little surprise to see the auto-food delivery machine walking around the restaurant.

I bring my mom lunch there today, each dish was prepared with intention and attention. There is delicous food with excellent served and spacing of tables as well as great Victoria Harbour’s view.

第一次去,以為是快餐店,因為裝修像,沒有酒樓或高級餐廳的舒適座位及華麗的裝修,侍應說他們是鏞記的分支,食物同中環鏞記不一樣,每份食物也是一人份量,四份一隻下裝鵝是290元,食物是好味的,三人用膳,埋單是2103元
服務態度認真味道好
地方都幾好,可惜同一個餐有大細,價錢一樣,另人費解,招呼方面唔見得特別好,

個下午茶餐幾唔錯,份量啱啱好夠食,味道都好好,而且因為價位唔係平價嘢所以坐耐啲都冇人會趕你,可以舒服休息下。
服務員有禮及細心,環境闊落舒適。點心不錯,只是款式太少。炒伊麵夠味但過濕,有點溶的感覺,有待改善。

first time to visit this restaurants. yung Kee very famous roast goose but the young line is first time. I ordered lunch set around 400 per person. three kinds of dim sum ok good, then two pieces char siu and goose little bit disappointed. the double boiled soup very nice, abalone and mushrooms quite good. fried rice is good. last red bean soup ok. service very quick reaction. smiles little bit tried. no need waiting in k11 muse is important.
Classic Cantonese and classic Yung kee menu in contemporary setting. The food could have a bit more flavor. Good service, nice staff
有質素嘅食物先可以keep到客人,我都已經幫襯咗依間嘢好耐,每一次都保持到好一致嘅水準,而且廚師都好nice,值得再去。
食下個新舊交融嘅感覺都唔錯,粵菜成日畀人個感覺都好老咁,冇咩年輕人中意食,但鏞鏞就將佢變到好新好靚去吸引啲人,其實真係幾有心,而且職員都好nice同訓練有素,值得鼓勵。

Nice place for yum cha..Very good services, well decorated interior. The roast goose is delicious. They use robots to deliver dishes inside the restaurant which improve the hygiene level too.
Authentic Cantonese dishes in a beautiful restaurant setting with breathtaking Victoria harbour from outdoor terrace ( you can dine outdoor too, not many table outdoor, so advance booking is highly recommended ) .
We enjoyed everything, yummy food , attentive friendly service, spacious area between tables, it’s really a good place for family, friends gathering / celebration, will be back for sure, and try their outdoor seating to enjoy more of the beautiful view outside ?
之前吃的下午茶,現在才記得來點評。鏞鏞的中式點心不錯,牛肉球咬下去的口感特別贊,內里加的香菜跟醃料的味道都剛好。鳳爪是我的最愛,非常入味,牛肚味道濃郁,而且不會煮得很爛,很有嚼勁!!蛋撻皮酥脆,內陷柔軟,最重要是不會太甜,多吃也不會膩。下次還會再來嘗試別的!

Today the pigeon is the best, quite juicy
Great Cantonese fare, with lovely interior decoration to match. I particularly enjoyed the Signature Cocktails on offer during happy hour. Everything we had for dinner was excellent, with emphasis on the Pork Tenderloin, followed by a braised noodle dish. Solid option if you want to support a historic local chain. Check out their location in LKF… I hear the recent renovation is outstanding.
鏞鏞除了繼承鏞記最出名的燒鵝及一流粵菜水準的廚藝,還設有酒吧區,並可以在戶外一邊品味美食一邊欣賞維港海景,下午來用餐,連日落黃昏都一起欣賞,簡直人生一大樂事!
慶生選在鏞鏞,貪佢就腳方便又有靚景,壽星最鍾意嘅係充滿童趣嘅大白兔糖奶凍,好食又好睇,絕對係個打卡位;我最欣賞充當長壽麵嘅蝦子蟹肉乾燒伊麵,非常惹味
鏞鏞的裝潢和菜式有別於一般傳統的港式點心文化,帶給我一種耳目一新和年輕有活力的感覺。大白兔糖是我童年時的摯愛,而鏞鏞卻將其製成奶凍,並加上一顆顆焦糖脆脆點綴,增加味道的層次感,非常好吃且新穎少見。另外,雪茄造型春捲和設計感十足的招牌燒鵝亦非常吸精,用來打卡一流,味道也不錯,老少咸宜。
地點唔錯,景觀幾好,坐得都幾舒服。招呼方面係好主動嘅,唔差,嘅但係敗筆就係喺客人食緊嘢嗰陣時去換骨碟,如果想做得好啲就等客人食完一輪先換,騷擾性比較少。食物方面招牌嘅燒鵝係正常,魚塊就一般,個陳皮紅豆沙就好正。價錢相對偏貴少少。 其實可以攞三星半嘅!

鍾愛鏞記酒家的我決定到姊妹鋪——鏞鏞.藝嚐館初嘗!個人認為鏞鏞的性價比非常高,無論在菜式或視覺上都為我帶來不一樣的體驗。
店鋪裝修偏年輕現代風,簡單得來非常氣派,陽光明媚,看著海景,品嚐著佳餚,上班的疲倦感一消而散。叫了半只招牌烤鵝,不肥不瘦,火候剛好,與鏞記烤鵝相比不相伯仲,難分秋色。另外,還叫了花膠鮑魚雞煲,雞肉嫩滑惹味,秘製醬料搭配花膠、鮑魚,滿滿的骨膠原,口感更上一層樓,推薦推薦。
鏞記叉燒一向出名,上次朋友生日,有機會到旗下副線鏞鏞初嚐他們的招牌叉燒,第一口覺得沒什麼特別,與普通叉燒沒區別,再試第二口,叉燒肉汁與秘制蜜汁完美融合,完全不膩,反而勾起我的食慾,讓人回味無窮。我想我會為了叉燒成為鏞鏞的常客!
