行K11順便入鏞鏞醫肚，先講環境，以綠色系為主，看落清新時尚，入面空間非常闊落，一餐飯坐得好舒服，服務態度亦都唔錯。我哋一行五人，點咗只燒鵝脾，表皮油香四溢，肉嫩多汁，點埋酸梅醬食啱啱好，唔夠十分鐘就拆曬。
另外推薦呢度嘅杏仁茶，入口非常順滑，杏仁味道特別濃郁但又不會太甜，記得要趁熱喝，會非常滿足！
因要做直播，怕妨礙其他人，所以揀左室外。天氣好熱，差d被曬熔??
食物精緻，味道好。價錢以相對這級數的餐飲都算適合。

Yummy foods. Excellent atmosphere
一定要試吓流心西施炸蝦丸，$200六件，價錢稍貴，但外皮酥脆香口，彷彿一咬就碎。內餡是超有特色風味嘅流心腐乳流心醬，配上彈牙可口的蝦丸，鹹香味十足，但冇搶走蝦味嘅鮮甜可口，比例平衡得非常好，值得一試！
Tried their dim sum here, the dumpling soup is quite delicious! The restaurant is quite spacious, and also provide high chairs for baby, very baby friendly. Servers are nice and attentive. Would recommend.
想帶狗狗同屋企人食飯，鏞鏞絕對係好選擇。原本想坐室外因為風大放棄咗，因為有預先電話BOOK定，坐最近門口嘅pet friendly餐枱，BB表現都好開心。行政午市套餐有齊招牌燒鵝、叉燒，燉湯味道也不俗，環境舒適，價錢略高但在K11 Musea算係合理。
香港少有可以帶住狗狗嘆冷氣飲茶嘅地方，不過k11 musea比南豐紗廠嚴，狗狗唔可以落地，只可以係架車上面。食物方面都唔錯，最鍾意道流心西施炸蝦丸，加咗啲腐乳釀入蝦丸，外層香脆彈牙，內層就熱辣辣，值得一試
食物賣相相當精緻，同時滿足味覺同視覺享受。天色好氣溫又開始清涼啲，選擇喺大露台用餐，對住維港景氣氛同環境一流。推薦原隻鵝脾、禮雲子蛋清配飯同大白兔糖奶凍
兩粒星是給維多利亞港中環景觀、優質服務、裝潢、安靜環境的。
如果是跟外國人或約會對象來，食物方面是其次，可以一試。
鏞記系列，燒鵝，失敗。
醬汁特別加入花生，味道沒有驚喜。
醬汁直接倒在燒鵝脾上，不美觀，高級餐廳應該是繞圈倒在碟邊的，再流入碟中，醬汁就不會停在燒鵝髀上。
醬汁浸在燒鵝上，食到最後幾件，太咸。
燒鵝皮肉自動分離，夾起皮，肉仍在碟上。
脾肉太薄，沒有啖啖肉的口感，失望。
如果是來食燒鵝的話，可以有其他選擇的。
另外，灌湯餃，正常。

Charged us HK$70 for tap water ($35 for each person). Felt deceived by the waitstaff when we questioned why we were being charged for something we did not order. Food is excellent though

鏞鏞又會大型露天平台，啱同朋友摸杯底嘆維港靚景。Roast Goose Old Fashioned用幹邑、雪麗酒同香橙混調，酒味強，微微辛香用來配濃味燒鵝最合適。

帶狗狗去K11 Musea嘅寵物友善花園玩完，喺同層嘅鏞鏞用餐，雖然無事先book定,好彩都可以俾狗狗坐車車一齊食，食物精緻環境又靚，下次可以encore
点心不錯，服務恩勤，適合有主見的客人否則会浪費食物。
總是感覺傢俬跟裝飾和環境不配合。

服務very nice，平日點心選擇唔多，但味道好好，賣相精美，打卡一流
周末去鏞鏞飲茶，嘢食高質，收費略進取但物有所值。推薦xo醬豉蒜虎皮椒，好惹味，不過有小小辣，如果唔怕辣嘅朋友可以試下。
下午茶套餐幾抵食，有叉燒酥、蝦餃、野菌餃、香蕉片奶凍同雪茄手卷，仲有咖啡同茶自選同行大家都覺得餐點好食，一定有下次

五星級收費 可惜服務質素不值此收費，約2點55分落單叫咗五個點心，等到3:30仍未有食物到，叫侍應跟進，數分鐘後回來話漏單，要我哋重新下單，無論是普通侍應或主管級侍應的服務態度也應該再接受培訓，作為一間中餐廳，用餐期間沒有侍應主動為茶壺加水，每位客人茶費要收$35，三人淨計茶水收費就已經收咗$105仲要加10 percent。???

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD
Went to Yung’s Bistro at K11 Musea for dinner. The food was nice yet the services were way below par. Was served by a server who are ridiculously rude and impatient with a feeling I got discriminated thinking we were not wealthy enough to dine at this restaurant.
We had a party of two and originally wanted to check with the waiter if it’s possible to order half a portion per dish so we can try more dishes. Received a bluntly NO from the waiter with an impatient face thinking we are not able to afford for the dishes.
We then asked the waiter what is the correct number of dishes should be ordered for a party of two. Again, we were given a very impatient reply and the waiter walked away before we finished with our questions.
When we are done eating and asked for a check, for some reason the card on my ApplePay does not work. And, as expected, another rude and annoyed face was shown from the waiter and he rudely showed me the machine of the error messages in the machines, without saying a single word as if we are not able to afford the meal.
This again shows that how a dinning experience can be ruined by not only the food but also the people. Terrible experience here, will not recommend anyone to visit unless you would like to be treated poorly.
叉燒味道唔錯，燒鵝感覺鏞記好味啲，反而呢度點心十分出色，燒賣，蝦餃，春捲同金錢肚都精緻而美味。環境寬大舒服，服務員有禮！
好朋友BB百日宴，選喺K11 Musea七樓嘅鏞鏞藝嘗館，食物水準中上，風景一流，有個露天balcony，可以對著絕美的維港夜景嘆返杯
店內環境優靜光猛，燒雞脾好味，蝦球粉絲煲味道濃，蝦球大隻；鳳梨古嚕肉酸酸甜甜幾開胃，唔係味精嗰種死甜死酸，價位可以接受
環境一流，十分適合三五知己休閒小聚。同朋友食下午茶，食物分量適中，點心整體都算高質，迷你鹹水角同雪映龍皇杏汁包好味，睇到細節位做得好用心，不錯！
食完先知係中環鏞記分支，所以無點到燒鵝，醬爆肉片好野味，咸蛋黃金沙蝦球，咸蛋黃粉夠香味，蝦都大隻彈牙，大白兔奶凍好靚但感覺偏甜咗啲，整體唔錯??? …
A worthy casual dining location befitting the fancy mall. Flawless at this price bracket.

天氣開始回暖，又可以坐室外，有陽光時坐鏞鏞藝嚐館大露台睇海景食午餐真係好寫意。
K11 musea勝在地理位置好，鏞鏞個大露枱望晒維港海景，特別係傍晚時分更加靚，食物方面係以傳統粵菜打底，但都不乏創意，陳皮欖角骨同手捲雪茄都好睇又好食。價錢雖然唔平，不過唔會坐多陣就趕人走，想hea下吹下水一流
Dined at this restaurant for the first time, and didn’t go as expected. Had a look at the menu and the dishes seemed interesting. We were a group of 12 people and loved the seating arrangements, however the food we ordered was not up to the mark nor was the service. Nearly all dishes were cold and we had to keep requesting them to refill are tea pots which they did only twice in the beginning, we had a lot of left overs and requested them to pack 4 dishes (nearly full) and they kept asking us “oh u want to pack this also?” That was quite embarrassing! Towards the end I had a quick chat with the manager “Alfred and told him how are dinner went his reply was “ok” and walked away. I think the higher management needs to train their staff here and show some respect towards guests. At 9:50pm they tell us they are closing and on Google it’s 10:30pm, which is quite misleading as well!! This place is overpriced and very unfriendly.

夲以為此店是鏞記分支，食物水準不会太差，但光顧後甚失望，一份二人用的下午茶套餐，總花费约450元，但談不上美食。唯一可取是位置於KII，風景不俗，此消費及質量真下值再光顧。

If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or just want to indulge in some delicious Cantonese cuisine, Yung’s Bistro is the perfect choice.
Yung’s Bistro is a great spot for Yum Cha, with delicious and delicate dim sum dishes. As a sister restaurant to Yung Kee, their famous Roast Goose is a must-try too!

燒鵝是必點的菜色，燒鵝皮脆肉滑，口感極佳。燒鵝的皮烤得十分酥脆，肉質細膩滑嫩，不膩口，這道燒鵝絕對是一道令人難以忘懷的美食。
接著是炸蟹鉗，這道菜的製作非常精細，看起來十分誘人。外層的酥炸糅合了鮮嫩的蟹肉，口感十分豐富。不過，這道菜的價格稍微有些高昂，不過我覺得這樣的美味還是值得一試的。
除了肉食，餐廳還提供了一些特色素菜，菠蘿菇嚕肉口感非常不錯，使用菇類代替豬肉，既健康又美味，非常值得一試。
最後，甜品方面，我點了小白兔椰汁糕。這款糕點十分精緻，令人忍不住想要先拍照留念。味道方面，椰汁的香味十分濃郁，入口即溶，配上傳統大白兔糖，所有童年快樂回憶湧上心頭。

I tried a few dishes during my visit, but the standout for me was the Premium Barbecued Pork Belly. It was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I also enjoyed the Sweet Corn Thick Soup with Crab Meat, which was simply divine.
Excellent lunch on 29th April 2023. Great crispy roast goose leg (Yung Kee fame), good (a bit overcooked) veg, plus great cocktail. Nice view from the terrace of the Victoria Harbour. I will return.
