You’ll rarely find service like this anywhere else in HK. Very attentive staff and genuine smiles all round. The view is also pretty special.

與友人到香港跨年時, 推薦了在洲際飯店B1的這間餐廳用餐 裝潢與餐具皆十分講究, 服務人員的不論是茶水的補充與用餐時間的掌控都有水準 當天由於只有兩人用餐, 特別點了招牌烤鴨品嘗 不僅會有專人幫你片鴨, 連醬料都十分特別. 有別於之前吃過的甜麵醬而已 皮帶肉加上可自行搭配的捲餅與醬料 十分推薦去一飽口福!
於要待在酒店裡,加上這個地方貌似有米其林一星級,決定嘗試一下,儘管我們一般不在酒店吃。很高興這個決定——確實微微有點酒店的感覺,但港口景色不錯,在座的客人有家庭和情侶,所以感覺很放鬆,沒有一點傲慢的感覺。細節關注不錯,桌子上有可愛的裝飾,熱毛巾,如果不喜歡用筷子,有提供刀叉。
服務相當正式,但熱情高效。菜單品種很多,多到有點嚇人。幸好有服務員幫忙控制數量,否則我們一定點太多了!wagyu牛肉很美味,雞蛋、鹹魚和蝦味道也很好。葡萄酒單不錯,但比較貴(和香港多數地方一樣)。我們還會回來嘗試更多好吃的。
果然有米其林二星的水準，餐具及服務還有餐點都有水準之上，下次還會再來！

Service was fantastic! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there and they made it extra special. We are vegetarian/vegan and they were able to accommodate. They have a vegetarian menu that can be made vegan with slight adjustments. Their signature mango dessert is a must try!

餐廳環境清靜，風景優美（雖然附近有工程，但如若想欣賞傳統香港維港景，算是值得一試的餐廳）。由於餐廳位於酒店地下一樓，需要步行樓梯才可到達，如行動不便，請先向酒店查詢安排。 食物選擇豐富，點心精美足料，質量不錯，製作精美用心，味道清淡但提供六款調味料以配合各人所需。

Look pleasing, taste great! Treated my mom a birthday lunch, the birthday buns壽包 came out with a glass box with dry ice smoke coming out. Mom enjoyed it!! It was about hk$1000 for 2 people.

Very classy, fairly expensive, and the whitest Chinese food I have had in Asia. Caters to American or English tastes, very good but not authentic food.
Michelin 2-star restaurant inside InterContinental Hong Kong (expect US$100 per pax). The harbour view is nice. Their Beijing duck needs to be ordered one day in advance. It’s good but not great, though the dish decoration and preparation are 5-star. Excellent desserts (e.g., taro pudding, cakes) and tea.

Bland Food, Hit or Miss Service, High Prices.
TL;DR: see title
Went for lunch and ordered a la carte dim sum. Each had a cocktail; sweet and one note. Don’t order cocktails here as they don’t know how to make a good cocktail. Ordered sparkling water; it arrived. Ordered chrysanthemum tea at the beginning of the meal and had to ask for it at the end of the meal as it never arrived.
Food: we were really excited about the shrimp dumpling with mango and yuzu. The dumplings had shrimp — not sure what happened to the yuzu or mango. Six sauces were placed on the table; never received an explanation of what they were or what dishes they would work best with. The fried pork bun was the best dish. The hot & sour soup was also good. The rest of the dishes were bleh (abalone, another shrimp dumpling, four other dishes).
After the last dish was cleared and our tea was finally served, we waited another forty minutes for the server to return so we could get the check.
Grand total for a two hour mediocre meal: US$230. Advice: skip this place. A lotta hype, but no delivery.
This classic restaurant inside the Intercon is a hidden gem! Super old school jade plates and tables. good view. GREAT FOOD!!
Top restaurant with excellent service and food, money worth
Great place to for dim sum with an amazing view, at least before all the nearby construction was going on. Nonetheless, the service is superb and the food is authentic and well made. Highly recommend the ha gau (shrimp dumplings) and stuffed deep fried crab shells.

Got the $888 HKD business luncheon menu. It as good but not 2 Michelin stars good. Definitely over priced for dim sum.
Amazing restaurant with a great selection of classic dishes and also signature dim sum such as the deep fried taro net with abalone, which is excellent. I also love the siu mai, har gau, and roast pork. You can opt for the lunch course menu, or ala carte options. Dress code is strictly no shorts or flip flops.
