一直覺得好神奇, 沒有酒店的支援, 也可長期保持高水準。釀蟹蓋是每次來必吃的菜色。
Visited Yan Toh Heen for lunch and the experience is amazing. We got the lunch menu and really enjoyed the food that is beautifully presented and well prepared. We especially like the hospitality of the place. The staff is very attentive but not in an intrusive way. We feel the service is more impressive than what we received in Lung King Heen.

A fantastic restaurant! Impeccable quality of food and service.
One of my favourite Chinese restaurants in the city. I usually don’t like upper end Chinese food places, think they never beats the taste of more local places with Yan Toh Heen being an exemption.

If you’re itching from the Japanese Olympics atmosphere but can’t get to Japan, there are a few things you can do… one of which is to consume Japanese food, specifically Hamayaki style grilled shrimp. Yummy! Seafood is quite tasty! Dealing with abalone is difficult, but all I have to do now is take a seat and wait for the food.

For the food, I can say all of them are delicious, but just need more punch point for us.

Second visit for my birthday. First visit after the restaurant got its 2 star Michelin. The food was not as impressive as before. One of my favourite dish from last time was the yuzu sea bass with salted egg fish skin. The quality of the sea bass served was not as fresh as before and the texture was a bit mushy. Service was attentive.
The food was amazing and the service was spot on. Unlike a lot of Michelin star restaurants where the staff hovers above you, here the staff gives you space, but yet very considerate and attentive.

玉器餐具、漂亮的茶具，食物份量恰到好處，精緻而且美味，服務也很貼心。食客座位安排很棒，都是面對維港景，連外面裝修鋼架與窗框重疊，完全不影響景色。是裡裡外外，從頭到尾的優雅。
本人最愛中菜館頭三名，蟹蓋必食????????

Had a wonderful dinner in Yan Toh Heen tonight. We were 4 adults + 1 baby.
Quality Food and Excellent Service.
In my opinion, is 4.5* Food + 5.5* outstanding services which is not much in HK. The lunch dim sum menu seems also good. Will be back again to try one day.

Tried lunch set menu…worth a try

It’s fine dining so yes it’s not cheap at all, but you get what you pay for. Fantastic service. We have been here a few times before when it was Yan Toh Hen, but my first time as Lai Ching Heen. We particularly enjoyed the crispy chicken served Peking duck style. The pan fried fish with the crispy fish skin was delicious. Bamboo fungus rolls and spicy aubergine we had before. They both tasted as great as last time.

I was able to test the star restaurant Lai Ching Heen. I visited the restaurant during lunch.
The service is outstanding. Very courteous and is always available for advice and explanations. Also, each course is well explained.
The food was outstanding. You can expect a very high and extremely good quality of the dishes. Each course in itself was very tasty and had a good charisma. The different flavors went very well together.
For a lunch it was perfect. I am curious what there is in the evening. If you are around here, like good food, I definitely recommend a visit to the restaurant.
The interior design is also very nicely coordinated. You immediately feel at home.
