a Michelin two star chinese restaurant in hong kong is certainly not making you disappointed. the price is just right for the 5* hotel.

Great food and great service (but could be because of VIP hosts at table).
Chef sometimes tries too hard. Some end up like poorly executed french dishes. Some are good for looks.
來海景軒不下10次，特別喜歡梁輝雄師傅的精緻廣東料理，創意中帶上乘功架，而且比一般的廣東菜清新健康，比如消暑必備的《家鄉醬瓜皮》，每次來都一定會點，是老少咸宜的聚餐好選擇。最近推出的養生菇菌料理更有許多素食菜式，例如《牛肝菌拌蟲草花苗》和《上素松茸灌湯餃》，松茸灌湯餃芳香泌人心脾，濃郁到連嚴重鼻塞的我都聞得到。甜品少不了招牌的《黃金脆鮮奶》、《泮塘芝麻卷》、《山楂卷》和梁師傅親手炮製的《蛋白杏仁茶》，一定一定要試。

午市點心套餐$198
I used to be quite amazed with the dishes at this restaurant, but the wow factor has dimished for me somewhat. That signature dish of pear braised beef is still amazing, and the wait staff are nice and attentive. However, I was already disappointed when I found out they no longer make the very traditional salted fish bun, but the tasting menu just isn’t as great as before unfortunately.

都好耐之前食, 幸好搵得翻照片, 十分貴 (當然沒有龍景軒那麼貴), 但有水準, 個人口味, 認為cp值, 抵過食龍景軒, 但就係唯一不滿的是… , 海景軒..竟然沒有海景… 哈哈哈…

中菜真係無得頂！試過一家人晚飯同飲宴，兩次既經驗都好好！
与爱尔兰友人午膳，选了这家餐厅吃点心，出品是扎实而味美，是服务员没有太用心而已，我猜与大部份员工都是兼差，只有少数是全职员工有关。
虾饺与烧卖都好吃，鱼肚饺味道也特别，我最爱吃他家的叉烧饱，甜美且肉汁丰富，爱剎了。糯米鸡制作是高水准的，材料丰富但油腻感不高，超水准！
吃过这顿午饭，与友人们也要暂时分别一年，期待您俩明年十月再到访香港！
食物質素尚佳。但收費太高, 我的客人比我早到, 被問要甚麽茶, 她ㄧ人要了茶, 茶價$25再加ㄧ, 没得打折。那也算了, 孰料, 我們其他人雖只敢要開水和酒券的酒, (也偶爾喝了她要的茶), 最後, 我們全部都要收$27.5的茶資。只添ㄧ次水的ㄧ(茶)壺普通的茶加ㄧ(茶)壺水就要了我三百大元, 真的要想清楚才敢再約人光顧這裡。

Hoi King Heen is a well established highend Cantonese restaurant located in a TST East hotel. It is regarded as one of the best Cantonese restaurants on Kowloon side although standard has declined slightly in recent years. Expect to spend around $300 & $600+ per head for lunch & dinner respectively.
Chinese restaurant in basement level. Nice selection of dishes. Pear stuffed with beef was good.
