環境清靜，食品上佳水準，值得捧場
食物有驚喜, 特別係”欖菜玉珠” 粒粒通透, 未食入囗已經比佢吸引到。”焗釀蟹蓋” 蟹肉鮮甜，混入洋蔥及椰汁香味，非常好食。”黃金脆鮮奶” 外皮炸得相當薄脆, 內裏鮮奶嫩滑, 唔太甜。
I came back for dim sum lunch and I had a lovely lunch with my family. Great service and delicious food.
Always high standards of food!
Perhaps dinner is good, the lunch set isn’t worth the value. Dim sum is also not very up to standard for this level of restaurant.
I ordered a Penang style fired noodles and it became a 星州炒米.

招呼差，特別是經理不會主動和客人溝通，連上菜也不介紹，粒聲唔出放在轉盆邊，便轉身行開！
叫咗招牌菜雞汁浸雞，隻雞非常細隻但多肥膏，更離譜是晤夠熟，仍有血！！
This is a well known restaurant. We had a lunch today. Every dish is well prepared by the chefs. The roast duck with various sauces. One particular sauce is Thai favor combining with pineapple. Recommended. They also served conventional sauce with shredded leek.

This is an exquisite Chinese restaurant serving food with a craft and original taste. The Cantonese restaurant basically designed a lot of special dishes which can only be cooked by skilful cooks with exceptional impressive presentation too. Super rare dish liked marinated water melon, a blend between savoury and sweet, interesting, should try. the braised beef inside pear was hard to cook but beef was very tender but the pear probably given the favour to beef, became plain. Taste wise, would expect more. Same for the winter melon and marinated vegetable inside, it definitely was a photo moment but the taste is very light. This is probably where the original taste came from but would be tiny bit better if it is seasoned a bit. The chinese style meatloaf was quite heavy a dish with an salted egg yolk inside, would be better if they can be served half as an option. The hotpot rice is a must have, scrumptious. Staff are super helpful after all it is inside a hotel. Overall, it is really a great restaurant to capture art of Cantonese cooking. It is relatively pricy restaurant but bearable. Expect a t bit more though. Still, not a bad choice to experience.

I am one of your regular customers and had celebrated my birthday at Hoi King Heen last week. I would like to thank you for the wonderful hospitality and delicious food which made the ceremony worth enjoyable.
I must mention that all the arrangements were done perfectly and thanks to your professional staff, Dickson Liang. He was polite and keen to look after our requirements. The service offered was intriguing and beyond our expectations.

昨晚第一次去海景軒中菜餐廳食晚飯，主要有長輩生日，想找一間較有名氣而又有氣氛的中餐廳，但又怕收費太貴負擔不起，所以經朋友介紹去了此餐廳。我們訂了1830 4位，去的時候可能太早關係沒太多客人，之後發現坐無虛席，幸好一早訂了位。酒店員工細心有禮，安排位置也很滿意，食物質素很好，夠熱、不會太咸，老人家也很滿意，希望下次有機會再次光臨！

I tried the “Hoi King Heen” few times and I would like to share my dining experience here! The meal was always tasty, your kitchen have done a great job, I especially love the Peking duck and the desserts. And the service was fanatic too, I would love to name Eddie, the Manager for his attentive and wonderful arrangement every time. From the menu to the dining experience, he and his team are always shown “Can-do”, “Professional” and “Warm Hospitality” attitude throughout the whole process. I will definitely come again and again! Last but not least, I tressure the hand-writing Chinese menu, it is a great culture to keep it up! Please pass my appreciation to the Management, the service and kitchen team! by May Chan

很久沒來，但今次光顧發覺差了很多，如花彫蛋白蒸蟹鉗，蟹鉗不新鮮和蛋白老了，出名的蛋白杏仁茶比一般中式糖水舖還差，其它菜式一般般。
餐廳環境舒適，地方闊落，樓底唔算好高，但都唔會好嘈吵；
前菜
茶香燻素鵝：好香茶燻味，唔係平時飲茶點心的素鵝，是好多層腐皮卷起，扎實的，包住甘筍、冬菇等，沾少許醋更醒胃；
酥炸白飯魚：以為平平無奇，但好有驚喜，白飯魚炸得好脆，有少少鹽味提鮮，真係食完一口又一口；
蘆薈珍菌竹笙湯：素湯非常鮮甜，有多種菇菌、竹笙，原來素湯咁好飲；
鴛鴦蝦球：兩隻炸過的蝦球，一隻是配芥末汁，另一隻是黑芝麻汁酸酸的，上面鋪滿大量蔥絲；
三蔥東星斑球煲：熱辣辣、三款蔥香氣四溢，東星班好彈牙，特別係啲皮，非常煙靭，啲蔥都非常甜；
欖菜玉珠：因為限量供應，最好提前一天預訂，手工素菜式，冬瓜整到一粒粒好似提子咁，跟住再釀入欖菜，面頭淋返啲汁，但個汁好似淡咗少少，全晚唯一扣少少分的地方；
陳醋素脆膳：另一驚喜菜式，將啲冬菇切到條狀，炸過再用陳醋煮，醋平均沾滿上面；
生磨杏仁茶：非常滑，杏仁味好香，好濃，絕不是稀稀的，掂?

當一般集團酒樓無服務可言，收加一但自助落單也算了，上菜卻很慢，環境嘈吵又要等位。與那些令人失的酒樓比較，我們便感到這裏的服務勝人一籌。茶錢$35是比較貴，但起碼我們飲到茶味，不然我付$12-18/位的茶錢，換來水一般的“茶”，還不如在家冲茶吧!
海景軒的點心夠熱及美味?最令大家驚喜及回味的，就是肥瘦剛剛好、非常鬆脆的乳豬???
小炒如脆炸素鳝、宮保雞丁也屬高水準。失色一點的是海皇煎米粉，不夠鬆化。
說到甜品，棗王糕非常有口感及棗味香濃。杏仁茶也是每次必叫的。
希望這裏的中菜味道更上一層樓!

這間餐廳的衛生情況和處事態度實在令人擔憂。
上一年我也試過到海景軒用餐，可能是因為ｓｔａｙｃａｔｉｏｎ的關係，當時用餐已發現水準大降而且食物的溫度只是微熱的。
今次四月份，以為疫情過後會好些，我和友人在這間餐廳吃午市套餐，發現食物水準和環境跟疫情前差了很多很多。
在吃的中途已經有一隻蒼蠅在圍繞我們用餐，而且在吃楊枝甘露發現有昆蟲，跟職員反映後，他們的服務令人失望。
起初一位員工看了一眼走了，接著到付賬，穿西裝的職員才走來說幾句不好意思，幫我們免了茶芥（我們也沒有吃那個甜品，直接離開了）。
根據以往經驗，在餐廳吃到昆蟲，餐廳經理會留下聯絡方式，讓顧客萬一用餐後不適，餐廳會負責的。
但這次除了收到兩句不好意思，就什麼都沒有了。
除了這點，上菜速度非常慢，又漏單（等了兩個小時，催單三次，才給我們漏單的兩個點心，主菜都吃完了）。
可能假日人多，餐廳的環境也相對嘈雜。
真的不會再去這間餐廳，真是令人驚訝。
每次家庭聚會, 必定想起海景軒, 食物質素高, 員工服務親切, 每次都有賓至如歸的感覺:)
