蝦多士，燒腩仔，鮮蝦餃，芝士蟹酥盒，芝麻球等都有一定之水準。服務人員態度良好，亦隨時倒茶、換盤。點心價格還不是超貴，但單點湯及菜就實在不便宜了。風景的確好，但價格也已經反映在其上。

天龍軒位於ICC 102樓, 景觀一流, 晴天的時候可看到漂亮的維港景色, 陰天的時候也有騰雲駕霧的感覺, 在這裏用餐的確有種”高人一等”的感覺。 點心方面點了燒賣、腸粉、鬆糕、鮑魚酥、蒸餃等, 味道可以但不算突出, 反而傳統中菜東玻肉就令人有驚喜! 東玻肉很肥美, 醬汁出色, 不會覺得很肥膩, 不愧是招牌菜式。
之前去過用餐，已經覺得菜色跟環境都非常出色。最近又到香港訪友，馬上又訂了這裡要帶朋友來試試，ㄧ樣另人滿意。菜試有稍微更新，保留之前較出明的菜色。叉燒真的是我吃過最好吃的。非常推薦來用餐聚會。下次還會再過來用餐。
Simply the best gourmet dimsum there is. The quality of ingredients and preparation is too-notch! It’s a great contrast to the usually cheap dimsum, and deserves to be enjoyed on very special occasions.

一次朋友的介紹，跟家人到天龍軒進餐。在這裏，服務員的服務不但很細心，而且很照顧客人每一個細節，食物的水準相當不俗，值得看其他人推介。 在這次進餐的體驗，我跟我的家人公司點心為主，它們的點心每次都是即叫即蒸的，尤其以以下這幾款點心是我印象最深刻的。 龍鳳燒賣：它是有一粒大蝦及帶子的燒賣，大細有乒乓球的大細，很驚喜！
地理位置非常好，無論食材，食物擺盤，以及食品味道，我很滿意！
菜式不能算新奇但质量上佳。不过由于景色出挑所以很多时候或许掩盖了菜色本身的优秀。只是桌子间隔太小不太方便。总体不错

Good place for high end Chinese food. Views are great when the weather is nice.
Exquisite views of HK. Dim Sum is exorbitantly priced but most people are willing to lay the extreme for a restaurant of this caliber.
Awesome food, place and staff. Expensive but was worth every penny. They were very accommodative of my allergies and customized a 6-course dinner with my favorites to match my wife’s 6-course Michelin degustation menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner.
The food and service here is second to none, the waiter who looked after us did not miss a thing and even knew what we needed before we did. It’s not cheap but you will not experience food like this anywhere else.

The restaurant gladly accepted my solo diner reservation. A quiet table was ready for me looking out over the wonderful view. I was there to experience the Seasonal Hairy Crab menu with accompanying wines.
Leo and his team took wonderful care of me and made the evening particularly special. They explained the food in each delicious course, brought the live crab to my table and then showed me how to eat it once steamed.
Each course came with wine. My champagne glass was generously refilled and I was offered the Chinese Yellow wine both hot and cold to experience the difference.
The meal was unhurried, which was perfect, and I left after almost 2 hours delighted to have tried the Hairy Crabs, enjoyed one of the best meals of my life and slightly today from all the wine!

Only in Hong Kong for a few days and slightly disappointed with this choice. The food did not blow my mind. I had better food at R&R bagels over the water the following day… better value for money (and seriously better coffee)
就如同無論是在香港Ritz-Carlton旅館房間，Toscan意大利餐廳，還是Ozone的高層海拔位置一樣，鳥瞰香港海岸的景觀，很少有其他旅館可以相比。
W的位置雖然同在圓方，以我們兩次住宿的親身體會，無論房內設備的體貼細緻，Ritz Carlton服務人員的無微不至的專業，或是景觀，W是不能和Ritz-Carlton相比的。
The Peking duck was very delicious. The same can be said about the Spanish king prawn and the Wagyu beef with Thai Jasmine rice. We opted for the Châteauneuf-du-Pape to accompany our meal. It turned out to be the right choice. The waiters were very attentive, the service excellent. All in all, a nice dining experience.

Our second time here and the weather was okay, we were seated next to the window with good views. Of course, with two Michelin Stars, this restaurant has elegant decor, really high ceiling, great services. But, most of all, the food was excellent, every dish was delicious， taste of fresh ingredients, and unique. Of course, they came with high prices. Putting everything together, it was good CP! A great place to come for special occasions!
Excellent restaurant with the best Cantonese style barbecue pork, char shiu, in Hong Kong. The window tables have a spectacular view of western Hong Kong. On a good day, you can see the HK Disneyland. Great place for a romantic date. But expect to shell out significant money for excellent food and view.
Amazing service, perfect food, great atmosphere, all you need to make a perfect day
Amazing view of Hong Kong at this restaurant. Dim sum quality was very good, although was slightly miffed that they didn’t serve pork siu mai, and gave a garoupa version instead that was merely okay. That said, I really liked the shrimp toast and har gau.
Food is good but disappointed service. Went there for my birthday with my friend, the waiter asked us every 5mins if we had finished the dishes and then he thought we were eating too slow so he just put the birthday cake I specially order on the table while we are still eating the last main dishes.
Not a two Michelin stars experience at all.
Outstanding restaurant
Having read that Tin Lung Heen is the highest Chinese restaurant in the world (102nd floor) and rated by the Michelin Guide, it was only consequent to book a table there – especially as we would stay at the Ritz-Carlton – the highest hotel in the world.
I had booked a table for the evening of our arrival at the Ritz-Carlton Hongkong. Unfortunately all tables at the window were already reserved and so we had a table in the second row.
But that was no problem as the lights were not too bright inside of the restaurant and you could even see the city lights from this place.
We decided to go for the Signature Tasting Menu as well as the optional selection of wines accompanying each dish.
Service was excellent not to mention the delicious menu (*) and perfectly fitting selection of wines.
We took our time and so we were one of the last guests to have the desert. Guests at the window tables had already left and I was very astonished that the staff setted the table anew just for us to offer us to change to the table at the window for the desert. We appreciated this courtesy a lot.
If you stay in Hongkong (maybe also in the Ritz-Carlton) and you appreciate haute cuisine together with a spectacular view, friendly atmosphere, don’t miss to dine here.

The view is great. The decoration is modern and amazing. The service is friendly. The food is good. All these together make this fine-dining Cantonese restaurant a good option for lunch or dinner. However, given the status, we were expecting something a bit more special. In my opinion, the price is quite steep for the food served (you can get similar food in many other restaurants in Hong Kong). The plating is not particularly special. All in all, an experience worth trying once, but it doesn’t feel authentic at all.

View from 102th floor is great. Every dim sum dish is exquisite and delicious.
Superb views of the harbor and excellent world class dining service. However this one is a bit pricey. The atmosphere is impeccable. Dim sum is quite fancy and the special ingredients added to the dishes make it much more special (e.g., truffle scallop, gold flake shrimp dumplings, etc). Check out pics.
It was fabulous! I was very, very, very satisfied with lightening, interior, servers, and of course, dishes. I was able to have a great time in my second day in Hong Kong. It was a pity for me because of the late lunch. Next time I will be here with starving. Thank you.
Great view and service, the food misses presentation, but the Flavours and cooking is genuine.
Excellency at the top of Hong Kong
Dim sum means ‘touch your heart’ and it is impossible to go Hong Kong without trying out one of their celebrated dim sum items, from steamed, baked, pan-fried to deep fried. When in doubt, order the classic ones – pork dumplings, BBQ pork buns, shrimp dumplings, rice rolls and egg tarts.
The second best cantonese you’ll have in your life. Lung King Heen in the four seasons is very similar (some of the dishes are nearly identical), but somehow slightly better execution. This place is great, but if you can only make it to one of them, go to the four seasons. If you can’t get in there, this will still be an amazing experience!

We visited Hong Kong and on the first day, we chose this restaurant. We were starving and ordered a bunch of dishes. At the end, we had two entres left and decided to take away but the waiters and waitresses were so nice to offer to take the food back with no additional charges. We really appreciated it. We will def come back here when we visit Hong Kong again.
