價位雖然高但是每道菜都很有水準 脆皮燒三層肉很驚人！

米其林2星，位於102樓，坐擁香港美景。這家餐廳是麗思卡爾頓酒店提供的餐廳之一，都位於同一樓層。四處走走選擇你的餐廳已經是值得的（一條明亮的走廊穿過地板，通向根據餐廳主題裝飾精美的每個房間）。優秀的粵菜，傳統，有時重新審視。絕對有必要多試幾道菜，真正的美食體驗。令人驚嘆的漆豬肉！完美的服務。精緻優雅。稀有的。這是我第 2 次訪問，我會回來的。
Yummy dim sum. Love their char siew and egg tarts! Service was excellent too. Do make reservations way in advance and request for window seats.

Came here to try their famed dim sum. The Iberico pork rice crepe was a home-run. Pricey but worth every penny.
我吃的是行政午餐套餐，人均668港元。 Cospa有點差，不過是地方費。工作人員的熱情相當好，但即使我在11:30預訂並提前到達，但直到最後一刻才進入。

位置好，景觀好超讚
不僅可以欣賞香港夜景，還可以享用美食。最棒的是工作人員的熱情好客。
我忘記了我的手機，但是當我打電話時，他們找到了它，第二天我去取時，他們很快就回應了。
可能是麗思卡爾頓的服務好，但這是一家我想再去的香港店。

價格有2星水準，食物就不曉得星在哪裡？化皮乳豬居然有豬腥味……烤鴨也沒有澳門滿堂彩的好吃，一隻鴨剩下80%鴨架子居然直接丟棄，沒有做成其他料理……其他菜色好吃但也沒有到飛天遁地的程度?
服務跟上餐節奏也掌握不好，有好幾次都把我們晾在餐桌上打呵欠……
一頓飯2800港幣居然只得到這種成果，真的讓人覺得香港的星星到底是怎麼拿到的?失望透頂……
Tickles the senses. Panoramic views of HK for the eyes and satisfying dishes for the stomach
Excellent tastes of Cantonese cuisine, including some less conventional ones like birds nest, or frog’s legs. We had the pork (you must order from the day before) which was exceptional and the deep fried shrimps on toast. The service is extremely attentive too, as you would expect.
Great Chinese restaurant supplanted by an awesome view of HK on a clear day. The Iberico roast pork is to die for as are well the other dishes which are very well executed. Great service and I would say a must try for any visitor to HK looking for dim sum with a view

This is my first 5-star Chinese restaurant! I would definitely recommend here to anybody without hesitation.

The place is beautiful with the most amazing view of Hong Kong – facing the island.
Service was spotless! All of the servers and wine guys were very friendly and polite!
The food… oh the food! This was such a treat. We picked one of the Tasting Menus (Signature) with the wine pairing. Everything about it was amazing.
My favorites were the barbecued pork, the chicken soup inside coconut shell, the garoupa fillet and the crab… and the MOST amazing one was the wagyu beef! YUMMY!!!
I’d definitely recommend Tin Lung Heen to anyone visiting Hong Kong – be prepared to spend some good dollars there though!

Undoubtedly one of the few best Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. We had a nice private room for 10 people that afternoon and all our guests enjoyed the dishes very much. Be prepared to go in an empty stomach as the portions are rather big for most people. Sitting on the 102th floor in a good sunny day enjoying delicately prepared food is a wonderful thing in life.
Top tier dim sum at what is also literally the top of Hong Kong (102 stories up high). Tin Lung Heen tried to elevate your typical dim sum dishes to their pinnacles with the freshest and most expensive ingredients as well as a touch of ostentation.
However this doesn’t mean that they are by means the best – the char siew lacked proper char to give a good smokey flavour while the BBQ pork bun is perhaps even a little less tasty than the one at Tim Ho Wan. It’s still great dim sum but not exactly enough to mask the lack of technique. Oh, and it will cost you a pretty penny too – but boy are the views worth it.
A wonderful place to experiment and lovely ambience Overall the food and service were great and I liked it That said, at this level of establishment I expect perfection and there were a couple of creases that could have been ironed out – warm veal that had turned cold in parts, and a notably mediocre cod dish that we both left uneaten are a couple of such examples — nothing terrible by any means, but missing the mark slightly. Finally, I would definitely recommend the “inspiration” / “surprise” menu; comparing it to the regular tasting menu after the meal, we felt we had definitely made the right choice.

Good view. The service meets the standard. The food was quite good. I am not really into Chinese food but the quality of ingredients were fabulous.
I recieved a tea sachet and a gift after I finished the course. Brought it home and forgot about it like months before brewing. Still in excellent condition. Very good fragrance.

Very good dim sum for lunch. They have the best bbq pork which are made from Iberico pork. The abalone tart is also must try. The fried frog legs also is surprisingly good. The service is also great there. They missed one of our orders and offered the desserts for free.
Went on a date last week with my wife. The place is a bit imposing, almost royal. We pre ordered the BBQ Pork. It was the best I have every had in a Chinese style. But food wise, these guys have taken Dim Sums to a whole new level. The view is worth a million dollars, the place is on level 102. I don’t know any other restaurant with a better view. If you visit HK, you must visit Tin Lung.
Wonderful experience, impeccable service, beautiful restaurant, and a delicious meal. All dishes were delicious, especially the shrimp toast, scallops, pork, and fried rice.

Dining experience in 2star Michelin guide in the tallest building in HongKong. Great service, wonderful taste of Dimsum, Peking duck & BBQ pork (pre order). Booking is required in advance.
The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We went there to celebrate our honeymoon and the staff, particularly Francis Yim found out it was our honeymoon and 30 mins into our meals he gave us a printed menu that says congratulations. He also gave us a small tea packaged gift and seated us at another table with the view. We didn’t expect it but it was such a kind gesture hence I want to take time out to write this review and say thank you to Francis, Benson and the other staff for looking after us. We were very well looked after. Thank you!

「天龍軒」是位於九龍麗思卡爾頓酒店102樓的豪華點心餐廳。乘坐Ritz電梯到103層，然後乘自動扶梯下一層找到商店。如果你有大件行李，你可以把它放在103樓。
本來想去週六吃午飯，提前一周查了網站，已經訂滿了。好像要提前一個月左右預約。如果您有帶禮賓台服務的信用卡，您可能需要諮詢一次。當我聯繫他們時，我能夠輕鬆地進行預訂。
有人告訴我，“由於靠窗的座位已被佔用，我會坐在裡面的座位，”但是即使從裡面的座位看風景也很好。我可以告訴你商務休閒著裝要求，但當我看到其他顧客時，我認為沒有著裝要求。
當然，如果您點點心和點菜，您可以以合理的價格享受它。兩個人吃了一頓豐盛的午餐，不到 1,000 港元。

Stayed at the Ritz and decided to have a meal here with 4 others. We preordered the iberico ham … The place is beautiful, you can compete with the view and ambiance. But I misy say the food was average … Simple flavors that seemed to have off the shelf sauces. We had about 5 different items and non knocked my socks off, but nothing was bad. Live up to the 2 stars please. Wine and champagne we’re both fine etc. But only criticism is basic food. Maybe the abalone or bird’snest is amazing but the normal stuff was lack luster.

As I said, good food is partly luck. It applies to Michelin 2 Star Tin Lung Hin as well. Salmon roe, my favourite thing was deflated and deformed compared to the other plate. Sadly, the one out of the two pieces of wagyu beef I got had a tendon in it. Obviously it was my luck because the person next to me didn’t eat her beef and I ate it. The 2 pieces from that plate were perfectly delicious without tendons. Either I was unlucky or the food is inconsistent.

Having the Ala Carte Menu! Pretty awesome meal! Every dish was great!
It’s in Ritz Carlton, take MTR or Airport Express. The view is awesome, the service is excellent, and the food almost melted me. The price is costly but the material and the quality is worthy. If you like Chinese tea, the restaurant will not make you feel regretted
This restaurant is located in Ritz Carlton which more than 100 floors up in the sky, you are guaranteed to have a great view of the ocean and the west Kowloon. Service is top notch, interior is in a contemporary Asian style.
Needless to say the chefs are very skilled, even the tofu are cut to have very sharp edges. Traditional dishes lie steamed crab claw in egg white should not be missed. What I really appreciate this restaurant is that they are open to western cooking influence with a good result, baked chicken with mushroom is a good example.
Great view and service, Michelin Star restaurant, very tasty food and very helpful and polite staff. If there was 4.5 I would give 0,5 extra.
The food is so delicious.
This restaurant is on 102 the level of ICC (tallest building in Hong Kong). You can see the Hong Kong in nice view. The food taste also good. Even though but expensive, but it is worthy… should go atleast once while in Hong Kong.
The restaurant deserves Michelin, but not every dish is that good. Make sure you get to sit by the window so you can enjoy the food with the cloud. Make you you order iberico BBQ pork in 24-hour advance. Reservation was not that difficult though.
