Great place~ Delicious food with nice view.
Stunning view, nice ambience, very fine wine and tea. Some signature dishes like cha siu, huadiao crab claw & egg white are worth trying. Make sure you don’t come with an assumption a Michelin 2-star serves much better food than other quality restaurants without a star. Their dishes are exquisite and fine but may not be designed to fit everyone appetite.

仲有叫咗其他嘅點心，最鍾意係芋角，外脆內軟，

最特別係大蝦多士??✨✨，食落一啲都唔會油膩，勁鬆脆。
XO醬蘿蔔糕擺盤獨特，一上碟已經切好咗，味道不錯??

第3次來訪了，這家在我心目中實在是全港第一中菜，不論是味道、食材、環境，還是服務都無可挑剔，性價比十分之高

這次才第一次試天龍軒的套餐

首先是前菜：很高興每次來訪，前菜都是不同的，很有心思
這次的前菜是醃製過的蓮藕、紅蘿蔔，配以鮑片，酸酸甜甜，十分清爽

這次的可樂夠凍不夠氣
?
照樣訂了黑毛豬叉燒，每人加40元把套餐的蜜汁叉燒換成黑毛豬叉燒了（先不說黑毛豬叉燒在這是必食的，這個價是一定會加的吧？）

蝦多士外脆內軟，配上甜酸醬味道剛剛好
椒鹽牛腩十分惹味，吃起來朋友說像鵝
黑毛豬叉燒一如以往的鬆軟，燒的時間及醬汁味道洽到好處
?
花雕蛋白蒸蟹鉗：蛋白蒸得滑溜，花雕份量剛剛好，不會太重酒味，也十分惹味
?
椰王花膠雞湯：喜歡椰子的人一定喜歡，可惜我倆都不太喜歡太重的椰子味
?
陳皮炆法國鴨腿煎鵝肝：鴨腿煮得像鵝一樣，沒有肉羶味，陳皮用來炆鴨腿後，加焦糖脆炸了，口感、味道一流，鵝肝煎得剛剛好，三種食材的完美配搭使菜式更上一層次

不得不說，份量真的太多，吃到這道，我們的肚子已經飽了。但實在很美味的關係，決定勉強吃接下來的。

生扣澳洲鮮鮑魚：少許腥味，醬汁一般，配菜太硬，不過不失。
?
摩利菌蕃茄炒山珍：不過不失吧！主要是吃食材的原味。
?
煎帶子薑米炒飯：因為實在吃不下太多，打包上房了，不過即使是冷吃，也是驚為天人的好味道，炒飯粒粒分明，刺身級帶子煎得剛剛好，淡淡的薑味，連不喜歡薑味的我們也都接受得到。

香芒楊枝甘露：芒果不酸，調味完美
奶黃芝麻煎堆仔： 奶黃味香濃，芝麻味不重，也不油膩，是我吃過最好味的煎堆
另外贈送的曲奇以及糯米糍：沒有味道的⋯⋯不敢恭維
整體感覺不錯，服務態度很好。
食物有進步空間。
推介：芋角、叉燒、蝦多士
意見：蝦餃雖然新鮮，但蝦餃皮比較厚。臘味糯米飯放進很多材料，味道較鹹。

the price of the food is at the more expensive side, but taken into consideration of the quality of its food, the view from 101 floor, and the attentive service, it is well worthed the price. if you are bringing kids, remember to ask them about some off menue kids friendly dishes like fried rice and fried noodle..

What a wonderful dining experience! A truly qualified 2 Michelin stars Cantonese restaurant, with plenty of unique dim sum choices.
The shrimp toast and salty mango cake is absolutely worth to try.
We love their food, place, and services. But price is also a concern.
Feeling special dining at the highest Chinese restaurant in the world. I went there for dinner but the weather wasn’t good, had no view outside but the food was nice. Went again for dim sum and it was clearly sky, amazing view. Dim sum wasn’t that spectacular.
別忘記預訂西班牙黑毛豬叉燒，因近日的叉燒數量比以前更緊張！
Top notch Cantonese fine dining and really professional services. We had our wedding banquet here. The staffs were really helpful and polite which made ensured we had a smooth wedding night. They even helped out in putting up some traditional Chinese decorations. The food were amazing and well executed as you’d expect.

The team always remembers my nut allergy dietary and this is one of the many reasons I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Tin Lung Heen, as this assurance makes me most comfortable and safe!
I want to point out first that the service here was excellent and extremely accommodating. Someone in our group has allergies to quite a lot of things and the manager came over to our table to go through the menu with her to make sure she was aware of the dishes that she could eat. Whenever a dish was served, he would make sure to let her know what’s in it to be safe.
Tin Lung Heen is a 2 Michelin starred establishment on the 102nd floor of the ICC and it’s a great place for dim sum with a stellar view of Hong Kong. I won’t say it’s your traditional dim sum place because they do play and innovate with certain dishes however, everything was quite good.
Loved their shrimp toast and siu mai duo. We had to get some staples like the pork bun and Peking duck.

Outstanding dim sum and service
First visit post-covid lock down. The quality of food and services are still as high as the floor.
My personal favourites are:
1. Barbecued pork
2. Stewed vermicelli with minced garoupa, pickled vegetable and chili
The view is fantastic especially when the sky is clear.

Service is impeccable. Anson, our server, overheard my wife mentioning a char siu dish that needs 24 hour order in advance. He went back to the kitchen and reserved that dish for us, and tell us we can have that if we wanted. The ambience is extremely classy with an incredible view of HK on 102nd floor of ICC. Yes, food is pricey, but worth every penny. At the end of dinner, Anson invited us to the corridor where all the wine are stored for a photoop. Thank you Anson for making our 43rd wedding anmiversary so memorable.
