One of my favorite restaurants for dinner in Hong Kong, particularly for family gatherings. Foods are great and a good worth for their prices. Venue and decor are cozy. Unfortunately, it is under renovation at the moment.
Very delicious! Expensive but one of the most delicious restaurants I’ve ever been to. Also it is Michelin two star restaurant.

Was a taste that does not live up to the Michelin two-star. In particular, crab croquette was impressed .

The atmosphere is cosy and services is good. Food is delicious. Price is high but we have got special offer from the credit card company, so at the end, the bill is quite affordable plus a free birthday cake.
餐廳在晚上 7:00 左右客滿，因此最好預訂餐桌。有兩人桌，也有大公司桌。葡萄酒很貴，從 400 港元起，小吃 – 從 85 港元起。菜單很豐富，有 35 種烹飪龍蝦的選擇。我們點了北京烤鴨，這道菜分兩個階段上菜：首先是傳統的煎餅（同時，服務員會為你包好所有東西），然後將剩下的鴨肉切碎，你可以自己包起來在一片生菜葉中。餐廳的氣氛有利於度過一個美好的夜晚，工作人員很親切。

Taste good
佈置以紅色為主，但有點暗, 不過座椅還算舒適, 食物選擇也頗多。午市有套餐，但價格頗高，我認為還是挑選幾款想吃的點心散叫較好了。茶很香。
About $500 per head for lunch. Great quality!! Highly recommend.

It’s environment comfortable and relex! Also, the service is great??? There are various dishes and dim sum which are taste good. I like “green tea spring roll” so much while the taste of chicken feet could be stronger flavour.?? …

A real Michelin 2 stars restaurant that you must try. Excellent food and service.
So much noise for a disappointing experience. Extremely expensive for a “no class” atmosphere. The food was good, but not exceptional. The service was of a cheap Chinese restaurant. Noisy and not well trained servers. Definitely not worth the price tag.

近年，一年總有七、八次在香宮吃飯。他們的品質穩定，食品份量在酒店算是偏大，平日光顧整體經驗很是滿意！碰上新年去食晚飯，感受令我驚訝，我沒刻意給服務員紅封包，但他們仍然維持在平日的服務水平，沒有半點不悅！
我在結帳後才給他們紅包，我覺得這樣才能試驗到他們不是因客人給紅包而有好招待，而是他們服務的專業。
特別一題是Kelvin,每次去都看到他特別賣力！
相信F&B 的管理層也居功不少。

香宮用餐環境佳，服務親切，唯換盤需提醒。餐點方面黃金皮蛋酸薑的皮蛋略有腥味。燒煵仔好吃！例湯火侯十足！米其林2星雖無特別驚艷但也值得一試！
Expensive and slow

I will admit I do not understand how this restaurant earned two Michelin stars. I am rating it merely as a restaurant, if I rated it as a two Michelin stars restaurant, I would only give it two stars here. The food was very good although the preparation and presentation lacked precision. The service was adequate but not exceptional. I am not sure this restaurant deserves even one Michelin star.
Ambience is great. Services is very friendly. Foods are awesome especially Chef’s special on the Lobster. Peking Duck is out of the world. However, desert is sthing that i don’t like.
所有的點心都超好吃！ 台灣的完全不能比、四個人差不多1200 港幣，覺得值得！

Desert is much better than main dishes
One of the few places in HK where you can taste the true art n delicacy of Canton dim sum. Impeccable service, classy n comfortable decor. Price $$$$ but worth every dollar spent.
It’s a must go place for all travellers locals, which it gives a spectacular culinary and shopping experience for every walks of life. Not only do this place offers a wide range of choices for customer to select, it is also one of the popular places to visit. Good

Ordered a few veggie dishes, and they tasted exceptionally good! The one that looked like sweet-and-sour pork was actually Sweet and Sour Gluten! Fulfilled 色 + 香 + 味！
My friends did order other popular dishes… I heard they say: good, good and good.
說實在，作為一間榮獲米芝蓮二星的餐廳，香宮的菜餚實在有點言過其實。整晚八道菜的菜餚，說不出有任何驚喜可言，友人更說笑最可口的是核桃餐前小吃。
乳豬是燒得脆的，但搭上松露茵卻不見得合適，反而有點油膩。焗蟹蓋斤両十足，但滿瀉了的蟹肉卻吃不出應有的鮮味。蝦球是爽的，但搭上的辣醬竟似是一般屋村酒樓的豆板醬，只是一味的鹹辣。鵝肝炆星斑件更是敗筆之作，將濃味的鵝肝配上蠔油獻汁的冬菇，同樣搶了星斑應有的鮮味。
香宮的裝修是瑰麗堂皇的，但卻少了一份高尚食府應有的優雅，只覺整間餐廳滲著傳統大戶人家的氣色，卻感受不到當中的別出心裁。

Very pricey but expected for the great food, service, and atmosphere. Wish they had more dim sum options. Gotta try the tea! Better to make a reservation before coming here.
