如果你午餐只吃點心菜單，對於酒店餐廳來說這是一個不錯的價格，而且食物的味道值得米其林 2 星。
This place was highly over rated in my opinion. The ambience was grand, however to pay over AU$260 per head for the chefs menu was not worth it. Perhaps the ala cart would have been a better choice? The portions were small, the wait in between dishes was long, the service was horrible – none of the servers made eye contact or came to check on us. Our dessert was forgotten and we waited for 40 minutes thinking it was going to come. We had to remind the waiter and he apologised and dessert came shortly after but it was nothing special. When it came to paying, the host didn’t even asked how our experience was so we left a feedback card with the hotel instead. We left hungry and really disappointed as we thought this was a highlight of our trip to Hong Kong. Not a great experience and I do not recommend this place.

One of the best Peking duck & Dim Sum in Hong Kong. Booking is needed & please be on time. Worth for Michelin 2 stars with good taste & professional service.

A nice environment for dinner of Cantonese style
Honestly feel that this place doesn’t live up to its 2 Michelin stars. I was very excited to try this place out but it was a very disappointing meal. The suckling pig and roast pork had very crispy skins, but that was probably the only redeeming factor about it. The vegetable dish and noodles were far too salty. The noodles which were truffle yeefu seemed like a half hearted dish, overloaded with truffle that at the end left a rough textured like feeling in our mouths. It’s such a waste that the complimentary dessert at the end of the meal (some cookies and jellies) were the highlight of the meal for me. Would have left a 1 star review if not for the great service. 🙁 I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant.

This is by far, the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. Disgrace to Chinese cuisine, the staff still have the cheek to ask if the food is nice. Maybe you should try your own food. How they even managed to clinch a Michelin star or even 2 is beyond my understanding. Food was either cold, too salty and just gross.
Chef’s special tasting menu was delicious. I’d love come back to try a la carte items

Shrimp dumplings and mushroom dumplings are good, however, the service level is a bit disappointing as staff is not very attentive to cleaning or replacing dishes. Tea becomes tasteless after few rounds, with no tea leaf refilled.
