北京填鴨皮脆,但鴨肉不夠香濃,肉質不嫩滑!包皮又沒有火暖,所以很快就凍!四小拼的醉雞,沒有雞味,酒味!排骨超級柴皮,海哲頭很硬!帶子龍蝦湯不錯!小籠包還可以的!蛋白杏仁茶,超少蛋白 ,靚景

早小小去吃晚飯,唔太多人,員工有禮,也會一路幫忙加水,兩個人食半隻鴨加小籠包已好夠,會繼續去光顧

最出名就是片皮鴨,真心好味,與別不同。大家可以留意一下,出面好多出名的片皮鴨店都會在片鴨皮時連帶少少肉一併切出來,但這的正宗就是只有片皮,皮跟肉是完全分開的,鴨皮油香鬆脆,薄餅比其他店較薄及黏口。

This restaurant is very good, just a bit expensive, 200hkd by person without drink. We took 5 dishes for 4 persons, we were full at the end of the meal.
The duck is really a must, you should take at least half a duck to taste it.
The lamb is delightful as the crispy chicken.
The service was really good, and the view is really nice.
But if you are a vegetarian, you should avoid this restaurant, I am not sure you will be able to eat there.

Atmosphere is nice. The food is not Cheap, but not terribly expensive either.
I main issue I have is the menu states that you can order the whole or half duck. The portion size is okay, but curtainly less than than the stated whole or half.

以上午餐收500舊,人均250,不見議幫襯。
食物水準ok,坐位舒適
這是中上價格的食店,但服務就是街坊茶歺廳的態度有點粗暴。食物味精相當濃,午膳過后,那味精在口腔久久不散。叫了水煮魚,但漁不新鮮。極之失望,應該不會再光顧。
四季豆切得不夠短小,老弱童幼吞嚥確有難度,更隨時會有哽喉之險,蔥油餅實在看不出舊日食物原有風貌,賣相及咬口亦只似烘焙餅乾麵包,鴨肉沒有微騷滋味亦只係淡口,鴨皮卻反而有濃濃的像豬油炸物之囗感,豆沙鍋餅入囗亦係只像豆沙餅乾,而其它帶紅椒辣油菜色就得個辣味,青椒生勾勾似未經烹調感。。。
This place is really great for singles and couples because it has an affordable Peking duck which taste pretty good.
Most places in HK only do Peking duck as a set for groups of 4 or more and it’ll cost 300 HKD per person or more. Duck Victoria sells it by the portion with the smallest being half a chopped duck for 180 HKD and 340 HKD for a whole duck (boneless of course).
It has a nice decor that is modern, quaint, and very clean. The staff are nice enough and know some English.
5 stars due to incredible affordability for what’s normally an expensuve dish.

以這地點食上海野來計價錢算合理,平均味道都不差,環境都舒服,主打食片皮鴨,皮不太肥膩,鴨肉都滑。整體計都算好。

作為烤片皮鴨嘅忠實粉絲,點可以唔試呢間舉世聞名嘅北京烤鴨專門店——城中鴨子。
?餐廳唔接受訂枱,只接受walk in,第五波疫情前嘅食飯時段起碼要排9個字。
?餐廳裝潢時尚,設有無敵大海景卡位,非常浪漫。
?製作片皮鴨嘅廚房係透明的,食客可以睇到廚師烤鴨同同片鴨嘅過程。
今次決定試下兩款招牌菜
??♀️烤北京填鴨半隻 $190
片皮鴨色澤紅潤,表皮泛油光,份量正常,外皮酥脆,肉質肥瘦均勻,厚度適中,聞落淡淡油香,食落香而不膩。搭配烤鴨醬汁、青瓜絲、洋蔥絲、麵皮食用,爽脆、酥脆、黏韌、結實感集於一身,口感十足。然而,麵皮略嫌濕潤,所以係蒸籠裡,麵皮與麵皮間有塊紙隔住,以免黏埋一舊。雖則如此,但包片皮鴨嗰陣都會黏住對筷子,加上面皮薄透,一個唔小心好容易整穿。不過,薄皮亦有其好處,就係麵粉味唔會蓋過鴨香味。整體而言,烤片皮鴨色、香、味俱全,若果肉質嫩啲,面皮質感淨實啲同乾啲味道更佳。
??♀️無錫灌湯小籠包 $88
小籠包皮薄湯多,湯汁鮮美,肉餡滑嫩。食落爆湯嗰下滿口熱騰騰嘅湯香,油而不膩,大飽口福。沾上姜醋食更添一份清新感。

多人排隊唔代表好食。烤鴨份量少,片皮不帶肉,無香味無鴨味,餅皮偏濕糯,京蔥青瓜份量少不夠包。魚羹有雪藏鯰魚味亦偏鹹。龍蝦湯平平。豆腐散不滑。小籠包味偏甜。人均三百左右不太值。服務亦一般。
食品新鮮好味,假期要早攞入座票。
食物份量極少,價錢唔少
昨天再去試,服务較前差了很多,我们吃6个餸甜品押後,她们不理次序,中途巳送上甜品,大家非常驚奇、真是劣質安排。食物出品質素亦差左。

Northern Chinese cuisine. We went there for the Peking duck, one of very
few restaurants that served half duck, ideal for two people dining. Other
dishes we ordered were also excellent and judging by the presentation of the dishes served to adjacent tables, they looked very appetizing and we will
certainly return to try them one day. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, comfortable seatings, good lighting but marred slightly by low ceilings.
Used to be better. Service has become much worse. And the dock itself is no longer good.
