Staff is nice and patient, especially considering how many tourists come into this store
Nice place to enjoy coffee, sandwiches & pastries. Friendly staff. Large windows make it interesting to see busy street life of Tsim Sha Tsui.
The pastries are really pretty and d the atmosphere is great for hanging out with friends but everything was too sweet for me. I think I would go for the breads or sandwiches instead if I return next time.
Good place for light lunch. The bread and sandwiches is good and well balance with their coffee.

starts vacuuming 50 minutes before closing time. Noisy and unwelcoming… for what would they need to vacuum 7 35pm while the closing time is 8 30pm? I was left alone in the cafe and i felt as if having to leave asap because this cafe doesn’t want any more customers.

幫襯開灣仔店，灣仔四間名麵包店，這間算中級水準吧。新開尖沙咀，第一次幫襯。
Noisy. Chaotic service. Coffee is disappointing. However I do like their breads and pastries. I would go for other branches but not the one here.

Was walking in the area and chanced upon this gem. Perfect place to chill. They have a reasonable set for ~$50 with coffee and dessert. Will come back to try other desserts again.

Was looking for a place for breakfast after some early morning meeting. Very good service and clean environment. Atmosphere is super comfy and quiet despite heavy traffic outside. Food is of excellent quality as expected. A very enjoyable break and money well spent!!
咖啡很好喝。早上套餐買咖啡和麵包比較便宜。這是一家羊角麵包餐廳。你知道？原因。我在麵包比賽中獲得了第一名。

Says they open at 7am. Stood out the front with 2 others and got ignored for 15 minutes until they begrudgingly opened the door. Food and decor was good though.

這家家售賣面包與咖啡的 我就買了一杯咖啡
坐下來休息一會兒 而且還有街景可以望望

麵包很好吃
唔明自己2杯coffee冇拉花，但其他人（起碼見到周邊d客人6個）就有，問店員，佢一句話唔一定會拉花。好失望咯！不公平現象竟然出現在此。態度麻麻!

Great little neat clean bakery, near K11 and the MTR, has good European bread ? and coffee is also good. Well run friendly staff, is wheelchair and stroller accessible, no washrooms …
Compare to the ones in Japan, disappointing…. Staff are… It is ok…. Standard Hong Kong management, as everyone knows service in HK are just not as goos as before…. Food…. Meh…..overpriced cookies. Croissant sandwiches are just mediocre, can get better from M&S, for cheaper price. Same as the chocolate chip cookie, better from M&S. Cannot find the “hong kong special” turmeric bread by itself.(they sell the tirmeric in japan and france, may be not the same kind, but simular) seems to be only in sandwiches, salmon or chia and avacado. Tried the salmon one…. The salmon taste took over the whole sandwich.. Not recommended. Also tired Curry sandwich, it was good tho, lots of filling, tasted well. Better than expected. Had the pear almond tart, good enough.
Look forward to going to the one in HK Island, hope they have better service there. Went twice, 1st time in the afternoon for coffee, service was normal. 2nd time in the morning 11ish… Feeling not wanting to return again because seems to be judged by my outfit.

Great for a quick breakfast; granola with yoghurt, fresh fruit salad bowl. Pastries of course and a gluten free cookie which was almost a cake. Italian style coffee and fresh orange juice who could ask for more ?

吃了 pesto chicken sandwich, latte 和一甜品 好像叫柚子朱古力蛋糕。食物不錯，蛋糕尤其出色，店員也有禮。但咖啡一般，本來可給4星，扣了一星因為冷氣不夠，在夏天光顧是很大問題。

Pastry as someone would expect from a french bakery.
Unfortunately the staff is very incompetent and unfriendly.
They try to sell you last days croissants in their sandwiches. I got in there 7.30 am right after opening their shop and even after asking whether they’re fresh or not, they wouldn’t admit it. Trying it and having a soggy bite I asked them to remake the sandwich with a fresh croissant. After waiting for ten minutes and asking again, they gave a rude response that it’s not possible so I got my money reimbursed and left the shop frustrated.
半自助式，食物還可以，價格可接受，但環境有點窄，坐得不是很舒服。
Masion Eric Kayser is a Parisian based boulangerie which as done very well since first opening up in Hong Kong probably 7-8 years ago now. They now have a fair number of their French bakeries scattered around the city, including this branch on Minden Ave. in TST.
Opening hours are 7am to 8.30pm daily. There is a small indoor seating area. You can also order take-away or have orders delivered through deliveroo if you prefer to have orders sent to your home, office or area hotel.
We recently passed by this Eric Kayser and enjoyed their coffee and breakfast bread items. The cheese and bacon danish and slice of carrot cake were very good. Even better was the ham & cheese croissant sandwich. The croissant was light, flaky and the ham and cheese of very good quality. Coffee orders tasted just fine.
This was a similar experience to those had at several Eric Kayser bakeries on Hong Kong Island. We’ll continue to frequent their branches from time to time, as long as their bakery products remain of a consistently good quality.
Great selection of pastries and desserts regardless it’s a bakery.
