Great quality and nice service. One of my favourite places in HK for good coffee in a western style environment
A rare place that can do non-dairy and decaf coffee! Loved it.
These 5 stars are all for the cookies. I love that they put different kinds of nuts in them. A little pricy, but great for a special treat.

Unprofessional service!
I told the staff to have “a set” including coffee, dessert & quiche when I ordered. Just after payment and when I saw the invoice, the Matcha latte was not included in a set. I asked the staff to change immediately to another coffee and she said the Matcha latte was already made! (Oh so quick action! It happened just within one to two seconds!!!)
I clearly said what I want (a set with 3 items – that’s my 1st sentence I said when ordering) but she never told me Matcha latte cannot be counted. All the items almost are of a la carte prices. Why do I need to order a set meal? If Matcha latte cannot be ordered in a set, she can inform me but NO!
It’s not the 1st time this cafe overcharged!
Charge $10 more for the same items as the first visit when I came again to Wan Chai branch the second times. Their excuse was cashier error! In fact that is unprofessional service – the staff doesn’t know the prices!
This was my 3rd time visiting this maison and the last time.
My advice: Check the bill if you still go there!
周圍搵靚早餐食是我的興趣，以前成日飛就好少在香港吃，現在早上沒事就想出去搵地方坐下，今次來到這間法國麵包店的尖沙咀分店，人少少又咁大片窗可以望街，早餐當然都好好食。
原來尖沙咀K11後面有間法式麵包店，聽講出名牛角包，製作好的牛角包放哂喺麵包櫃入面?蛋糕同三文治就放喺counter旁的櫃入面，有個套餐幾抵就喺甜品+飲品$60，下次再嚟就點呢個?

經典法式素撻，自家製作撻皮，撻皮外脆內軟，唔會一吉開就散哂，蕃茄加橄欖餡料既開胃又夠fresh，size大過一件蛋糕咁?作為輕食嘅話，食完飽肚感剛剛好啊！

What a great place to start your Friday morning….
I had a nice lunch with friend here. The environment is cozy. And we had ordered duck confit $78 and soft boil egg with salmon $90.
The duck confit is nicely cooked, so crispy and tasty! And portion is very generous too!
The soft boil egg goes very well with avocado and salmon salmon, very nutritious meal!
And the flat white is so good! It is smooth and with nice coffee aroma.
Earl grey is served in a pot, can drink slowly and enjoy a moment too.
Third or fourth times visiting Eric Kayser TST.
Knowing that there are several outlets of Eric Kayser in HK Island but there’s no hot food providing, I am surprised by the food in TST outlet.
The pastries are freshly baked and the coffee/latte is of high quality. Solid 5/5!
So far one of the best places in the area !
Shop is accessible easily right from the street. No need to take any elevator or searching in some complicated shopping mall. It is located on the ground floor of the building corner. Very good spot in interesting part of TST area. Amazing and very civilised place. Not noisy or too busy place.

– atmosphere is warm but also good for sitting and doing some works on the table / reading
– several types of coffee available ( served in solid nice cups )
– good toilet room ( spacious and mostly clean )

– comfortable and various seating options
Not sure whether the prices are reasonable generally. Every piece of bakery product they have seems to be bit overpriced and those small salad boxes are definitely expensive, looking onto the size and content. At least is good they have several non-meat options which seems to be still rare in HKG.

Brightly lit interior with comfortable seating for two. Plastic shield between tables to protect their customers from the universal virus. Extremely courteous and friendly staff.
I had the caramel eclair and it tasted divine. All their baked goods looked heavenly. The Americano was just like how good coffee should taste. One can have a quick bite with their prepared sandwiches and salads or take away. We were requested to leave as the clock had struck 6 pm and rules are rules. Definitely going to be a permanent customer of Eric Kayser’s coffee shop.

2012 香港開第一間 Eric Kayser, 到今年 2021 做到有 12 間, 相當唔錯。 在美國的 Maison Kayser 在上年宣布破產, 並將大部份店改為 Le Pain Quotidien. Eric Kayser 同 Masion kayser 有咩分別就唔知。
Bâtard $25 大氣孔小法包, 麥味好香, 外皮脆內裡口感鬆軟。 Plain Ciabatta $20, 充滿橄欖油香味, 非常軟熟。

the only place I know of to get eggs benedict. double the price of local food, but they’re ate times, when you need a break for breakfast. And I enjoy it. Coffee is, good too

The raspberry tart is so good! Raspberry is fresh and the pistachio cream is nice and sweet.
The hazelnut latte is sth u should not miss. It got real hazelnut flavor, and coffee is mild, and it is so creamy and lightly sweetened, love it! Thanks
I think the staff should wash or sanitizer their hands after handling dirty food or clearing customer leftover. The stuff just touched the dirty plates then touch the clean food stuff and handle the customer payment.

A very nice little cafe/bakery/restaurant that opens 7:30am! A true breakfast venue in HK is very hard to come-by. Clean and tidy decor. Friendly and helpful staff. I only had the ham and cheese quiche and black coffee, and both are quite good. Go early as there are very limited seatings.
We love to start our weekend by Erick Khaiser coffee and pastries. Unfortunately, First, service standard is not as it used to be.
Secondly. Should go environment friendly. For dine in customer provide, Reusable cutleries, not PLASTIC, disposal cutlery.
No PLASTIC is FANTASTIC.

the score is strictly for the cappuccino. as soon as I touched the cup I knew it was a disaster: they froth the milk too hot. all flavor was destroyed, making the milk flat and tasteless. I’m sure their food are good enough to earn them the 4 stars average but don’t get any drinks that require them to froth milk to the right temperature.
