Very helpful staff. Normally local staffs will ignore you, maybe due to poor english skills. But the lady staffs from Wing Wah will keep trying to describe their products. Their mooncakes were excellent! Great to bring to your home country as gifts.

Sadly we didn’t have a good experience in this shop, we bought some moon cakes and they charged us 40 dollars more than the price in the label on the shelves, when we asked about it they said they forgot to change it and that price was until new year, new year was like one week ago so it means that they showed the wrong price for more than a week, its unfair coz you buy thinking its one price and at the end they charge u more, as i said it was just my experience and maybe im the only one with bad luck… Still i think its not fair, it was their fault not mine, hope they take more care about those details in the future
Staff provides explanations when needed. Not pushy over sales. Comfortable and easy browsing.
