2月22日:第一次嘗試他們的蛋撻,我通常買餅乾一個(另一個是黃酥皮)。餅乾很好吃很新鮮,裡面的蛋布丁奶味十足。然而,牛奶比雞蛋重。整體來說還是不錯的。地方很乾淨。在新冠肺炎 (COVID-19) 期間,它仍然營業,我看到麵包店仍在烘烤。
蛋撻收雙倍價錢,但質素低,一拿起就散曬,糖粒堆在一起,過甜,蛋味不足。
名牌寫是日式雜豆包,但回家發現是合桃包!
去買個蛋撻我唔會要求極好服務,但係都唔會想受到極不禮貌無理對待!請下午嗰位女櫃位改善一吓態度。
一星係俾個服務嘅!

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at the King Bakery in Yuen Long. She visited the bakery on October 14th 2023, around 15:00-16:00, to purchase an egg tart and a pineapple bun.
Upon requesting a takeaway box due to the need to travel a significant distance, the saleslady rudely informed her that boxes were only provided for orders of four items or more. In a bid to solve the issue, my mother offered to pay for four egg tarts, despite only needing one. However, the saleslady responded with unnecessary hostility and declined the offer.
It was only after another customer intervened that the saleslady reluctantly agreed to provide a box, but charged an excessive fee of $10. To further the dissatisfaction, when my mother asked for a separate bag to hold the hot pineapple bun, the saleslady imposed an additional charge of $1. This was particularly unreasonable as bags are typically provided free of charge with any single bakery item purchase.
The experience was characterized by:
1) Rude and impolite service
2) Inflexibility despite offered solutions
3)Overcharging for basic packaging
My mother left feeling unfairly treated and disrespected. Such behavior is unacceptable and is a stark contrast to the service standards one would expect from an establishment like King Bakery.
I hope that management takes note of this incident and provides the necessary training to its staff to offer polite and fair service. Until such improvements are made, I regret to say that we cannot recommend this bakery.
我代表我母親寫這篇評論,她在元朗蛋撻王有一次極度不滿的經歷。她在10 月 14 日 15:00 – 16:00 左右訪問該餅店,購買了一個雞蛋撻和一個菠蘿包。
當她因需要長途跋涉而要求一個外帶盒時,售貨員粗魯地告訴她,只有四件或以上的訂單才提供盒子。為了解決這個問題,我母親提出付買四個雞蛋撻的價錢,儘管她只需要一個。然而,售貨員以完全沒有必要的敵意回應並拒絕了這個提議。

我希望管理層注意到這次事件並向其員工提供必要的培訓,以提供有禮貌和公平的服務。在進行這些改進之前,我們很遺憾無法推薦這家餅店。
