Bakehouse finally opened in Kowloon district! ???
As usual, best pastries and breads in town but there’s always a long queue outside since it’s just opened, you can expect 30-40 minutes waiting time.
And sometimes egg tarts sold out…?
Small cafe in the back streets of TST near Kowloon park. Lovely helpful staff. Line up can be long but staff are quick.
想食好耐終於試咗.. 各類都不錯.. 感覺都較濃厚實.. 好飽肚。
因為太出名了,所以特別去了一趟尖沙咀買四個蛋撻。嚴格來說,味道不錯,不會太甜,也不會太膩。酥皮也控制恰當,不會很乾。薄薄的酥皮,像薄紙一般。
剛好今天也覺得幸運,店員挑給我的不是烤到很焦黑,都是烤得剛剛好的狀態。
好吧,唯一美中不足之處是,離我家太遠了。我大概要搭15分鐘的車程,特別到這裡來。而且買回去後,蛋撻都已經被涼風吹到涼透。
如果可以的話,有沒有保溫效果的方式給顧客? 畢竟真的不是每個人都住附近。
我知道這一點有一點兒過分…
尖沙咀Bakehouse平日10點買不用排隊,而且唔使等到3點就可以買到蛋撻。
酸種麵包?? 返屋企焗熱,外脆內軟麵包嘅酵母味十足,加啲cream cheese好好味! …
咖啡不錯,價格唔係平,質素中上;牛角酥唔熱唔好食,我無諗起叫佢地翻熱啦

Same Quality as Wan Chai Store
Just wonder why people are queuing up outside this bakery all the time. Finally bought some to try. Sourdough bread’s price is reasonable ($32 for a 400g fig and walnut sourdough). Texture and taste is not as good as expected though. Danishes are good but expensive – strawberry vanilla danish costs $36. Asparagus foccacia also costs $38 which is small (female palm size) for its price. So don’t find this bakery exceptionally great.

天早行過Bakhouse,買了幾個麵包(Walnut & Fig sourdough 、Chocolate hazehut、Cinnamon pecan roll) ,Walnut & Fig sourdough 渣了牛油都不錯,值得支持一下。

每天經過都大排長龍,今日終於買到了,店舖開08:00,10:00前到達還不是很多人,不用10分鐘就買到,蛋撻、蘋果波蘿包、牛角包通通都有,一次過滿足食欲??? …
awesome bakery. miss French bread so much..
One of the best bakery in town. Interesting Bolo Bao, which reference from famous Hong Kong style ‘Pineapple’ bun, added touches of fusion like salted egg and Apple cinnamon. The mix is surprisingly good, the outer crust is very crispy and hold very well on the bun upon your bites.
Curry Chicken pie is quite spicy and full of herbs. The crust is good with great smell of butter. So satisfying!
Expected to queue when paying visit.

酥皮天花板出嘅招牌酥皮蛋撻,定價嚟講唔算太貴。酥皮脆而唔漏,內餡份量十足,甜甜地,又嫩滑,唔好酥皮嘅我,都覺得呢間好好食???
▪️Plain Scone $18
見都排咗一小陣,就買多款bakery試下。Scone size 偏大,個人加咗啲蜜糖。賣相睇落以為好硬,但點知外面係脆嘅,內層唔乾鬆軟,有奶香味,口感好似W牌嘅奶油餅乾,但佢唔漏,好食呀???
葡撻的確好味,但必須襯熱食?其他cakes or ? 價格高、味一般,不值? …
麵包好有水準,全家搶住來食 ??? …

人氣烘焙店:每日新鮮岀爐葡撻?
由前四季酒店總廚掌舵???,自灣仔開店以來,Bakehouse一直都人氣高企?,門外長期都有人排隊等候新鮮岀爐嘅葡撻?,真係非一般嘅受歡迎?
一兩年前,去過灣仔總店排下隊,去到先知葡撻已經賣曬,下一批要等一個半鐘後?。難得去到,冇理由空手而回㗎嘛,所以嗰陣就買咗佢哋嘅scone嚟試下!印象中,份量都幾大下,吃一個已經半飽?,不過佢地冇jam或者cream cheese提供,所以都有點兒dry
相隔幾年再去Bakehouse,發現麵包嘅種類都多咗幾款,比如有doughnut?,唔再只有葡撻、牛角包?啦!
今次非常幸運?,終於試到我想吃好耐嘅葡撻啦?。幾啖落肚,焦糖味道突岀,內裏蛋漿呈半流心狀態,口感軟滑,果然名不虛傳‼️
依家尖沙咀有分店啦~對我呢D好少岀港島嘅人嚟講,方便好多?。聽講嚟緊仲會喺銅鑼灣、赤柱開分店添啊?!

Overall the bakery is good, must try the egg tart
Bakehouse嘅人氣從排隊嘅人數同網上洗版就可見一斑。由港島開到尖沙咀,長長排隊光顧嘅人龍有增無減,平日傍晚6點經過,人龍不少於20人,想幫襯唯有乖乖排隊,好彩員工快手快腳,不到10分鐘就買到店舖signature嘅Sourdough Egg Tart同埋Croissant,但係呢個時間唔少款式嘅麵包已經賣晒,買唔到想食嘅菠蘿包。
店舖外牆由復古工業風磚塊組成,展現濃濃外國懷舊情懷,尖沙咀店只設外賣,不設堂食。
Sourdough Egg Tart $12/1 piece
外貌粒粒都好飽滿,蛋醬面令立立好有光澤,酸種酥皮薄薄一層疊一層,鬆化到驚一咬就碎,但一啖咬落去,整體咀嚼,比一般酥皮異常煙韌,有?勁。食過嘅人,有啲覺得佢似葡撻,因為蛋漿面層有焦糖,蛋漿嘅部份好香滑,好重奶味,感覺好似食緊Crème brûlée,沒有濟膩感。
Croissant $20/1 piece
已經食過幾次,個人覺得幾抵食,因為佢都唔細個,外皮同樣出色,層次分明,好酥脆,內裏氣孔好誘人,可見鬆軟程度,而且非常喜歡這個包嘅天然鹹香、再加咀嚼又感受到甘香,唔嗜甜又鍾意用吓牙力?吓嘢嘅人士啱晒!

Delicious baked goodies! Almond danish was super fresh, flaky and tasty, not oily at all. Onion scone was super fresh, but rather sweet, a strange combination of sweet and savory, in my opinion. Will definitely be back for sweet pastires tho!
Edit: I am now addicted to their sourdough egg tarts, so fresh and delicious!

What a fine establishment indeed!
Artisanal baking at it’s finest with fantastic coffees to match! Although there was a long queue (as expected with a product at such a high standard), it was well worth the wait, especially considering we received service with a smile under those face masks.
Bakehouse has done it again – so glad we now have one on Kowloon side! I’ll be here everyday no question about it.

朱古力冬甩餡料好多,肉桂蘋果唔會太甜 ,牛角包放耐咗依然脆。
