Beautifully crafted cakes, visually one of the best cakes you can have, not the most amazing taste and texture, but still very good for a nice dessert, nothing you will regret, but also not something you will crave

多年前曾經買過Twinkle Baker Decor一系列「扮清糕」杯子蛋糕,一直覺得他們創作的蛋糕別具新意,今年中秋節更推出了兩款應節蛋糕,分別是「月·團圓」黑芝麻薑茶麻糬蛋糕以及「茶·敍」焙茶意大利軟芝士蛋糕,前者適合與家人朋友一同分享而後者個人獨享則恰到好處。預先網上訂購萬無一失,不過門市亦提供部分蛋糕現貨發售。平時中秋節晚餐後總是以湯圓為甜品作結,寓意團團圓圓,今年改為與家人一同分享這款蛋糕,不論賣相抑或是味道亦別出心裁,新鮮感十足,而意義猶在。
黑芝麻薑茶麻糬蛋糕 ($368)
蛋糕外層抹上灰黑色漸變忌廉模仿黑夜星空,而且更有一個白朱古力圓月裝飾。
中間以黑芝麻慕絲和海綿蛋糕梅花間竹,大概為了承托面層裝飾,蛋糕及慕絲質感較為厚實挺身,不夠鬆軟,但黑芝麻香濃郁醇厚,最特別在於慕絲當中加入了麻糬粒,出乎意外地口感保持煙韌並無變得乾硬;而每層慕絲和蛋糕之間都有一層薑茶醬,混有糖漬薑皮味道甜中帶辛,彷彿將黑糖薑汁芝麻湯圓以蛋糕方式重新呈現。

?雪絨天鵝$52 :天鵝造型好吸睛?上層係士多啤梨乳酪慕絲,而蛋糕同慕絲中間有一層薄薄嘅士多啤梨果醬?而果醬先係靈魂所在❗️帶出晒成個Cake嘅味道出嚟??
?玫瑰蜜語$48 :牛奶配蜜糖慕絲,甜而不膩?入面再加埋玫瑰軟心慕絲,成件事就好似飲緊玫瑰latte咁?上面插住果枝其實係蜜糖,嫌唔夠甜嘅朋友,仲可以自己再加?不過如果唔鍾意花味嘅你,就唔好試?因為玫瑰味都重㗎!
?櫻花樹下$48 :上面插住嘅其實係棉花糖?造型可愛之如又食得?而入面就係白桃慕絲同白桃果肉?白桃味清甜??愛桃人士必試❗️
3件Cake嚟講,入面嘅蛋糕都好鬆軟??除咗蛋糕之外,其中兩款最最最底層仲會有餅乾底❗️口感即時提升??

Appealingly presented in a CNY festive pinwheel design, the cake implies a message of ???????? ??????? ??? ????????? ???????? ???????? ???? ??? ????? ???????. Covered in vibrant red buttercream icing, it consisted of distinctive layers of red velvet sponge cake, smooth and creamy mousse made with mandarin orange, and refreshing jelly of citrusy grapefruit; sweet and dainty along with hints of natural sourness to savor, making it a ??????-????????? ??? ?????????????? ????? ????? to indulge in during the high-spirited new year celebration!?

Taichung Taro & Pudding???? they’re one of my favorite toppings/flavors for cakes!!!
The cake/tart taste sweeter than usual cakes, so I would recommend it if you’re craving something sweet!
I like the texture of the tart dough, it’s firm and a bit cookie like ?!
But I may not wanna buy it again, since the pudding does not taste as good as I expected, and the whole thing is really too sweet for me :p
