Lady M出品嘅千層蛋糕?一定係無庸置疑，不論皮薄嘅程度定係cream嘅細滑度，兩者夾到可以算得上天衣無縫??個人最愛嘅伯爵茶☕同抹茶?味，味道都好出，特別係伯爵茶。不過相比之下，個人會更喜歡伯爵茶味面頭嗰層厚厚嘅cream多過抹茶味面頭淨係得啲抹茶粉。
There is always a line outside, so buying takeaway may save you some time if you just want to taste their cake. Their new Pistachio Mille Crêpe is delicious.

Lady M is a NYC based dessert specialist that has been very well received here in Hong Kong. They have quite a few boutique dessert shops in many of HK’s malls and are almost always full so be ready to queue up if you want to give them a try one of their famous desserts. Opening hours are 10am to 9pm (Sun-Thurs) and 10am to 10pm (Fri-Sat) or until they run out of cake slices to serve.
Note that you can order take-away slices that are boxed nicely for carrying if you don’t want to wait for a table to be made available.
I recently visited this Lady M and was served an excellent Gateau Nuage (light version of the NYC style cheesecake) – HK$68. This tasted the exact same as what I have found at other Lady M eateries around the city. The filling is light creamy with a mild sweetness. There is a thin layer of tart on top and honey graham cracker crust on bottom. This is a great cheesecake slice, my favourite in Hong Kong.
They also serve a really good mille-crepe style cake slice. The original is well worth trying. You’ll find ultra thin crepe with many layers of pastry cream. It is a light, fluffy and tasty dessert. You can order from a small selection of other dessert types, tea and coffee at Lady M as well.
I dont care much for the sitting of the cafe (basically open space in the mall with little ambience etc.) The cakes were good esp by local standard since I can taste the better quality ingredients that went into the cakes we ordered. That said I think they are quite overpriced esp for the cakes they are supposedly known for like the macha crepe cake. I think it’s like HKD 80. I can think of quite a few other cake places that make better cakes at that price.

Best crepe cake in town. Nice open area seating for better air circulation during pandemic times. Staff were very busy yet maintained professional and courteous nonetheless. The food and coffee here is quality every single time, they redefine consistency. Highly recommended although quite pricey, $70 for a cup of specialty coffee or same price for a slice of cake.

I love crepe cake. Therefore I cannot resist the temptation of Lady M. Many said it’s over rated and over priced. My favourite flavor is still early grey.
This place is always crowded. Plan your itenary smartly. Despite how good the cake is, I will not queue for an hour.

It’s my first time be here to try Lady M in TST Harbour city, really very nice, and love it, I was very lucky,.no need wait so long, only around 10mins,
the signature mille crepes very very nice, very tasty, the cream is good,
the 2nd one trying is the strawberry short cake, this one also good, but not so surprising, and the 3rd one is checkers, I was attractive by it’s outlook, the layer of the Belgium chocolate was very strong, matching with cake, nice too. At last is the americano coffee, very good enough of my day!

Poor customer service that never update customer information of the products availability and decline customer request in poker face, but it’s great place of you wanna to waste your time.

Quality is great but it just too sweet to handle.
Also nice crepe cake it is not worth to spend 80$ for a piece of cake, unless you like buy brand or its convenient for you.

2015年去的，第一次吃这家的千层，觉得蛮好吃的，可是当时陆港矛盾已经逐渐浮出水面了，感觉服务态度明显陆港有别。

Just passed by and witnessed the happy queueing faces before the shop. Cakes were nice looking and very attractive. Belive would be yummy as reflected from those customers reaction, worth to try next time.

聖誕節食咩蛋糕?慶祝下好？梗係樣靚又好食嘅紅絲絨蛋糕啦?本來想堂食，但真係好多人排隊，我諗都要等一個鐘?所以最後決定買外賣食，起碼唔洗等就有得食?
紅絲絨蛋糕?($72)
紅絲絨蛋糕係用可可粉為主要食材，其實係一個朱古力?蛋糕?Lady M呢個蛋糕由三層?酒紅色海綿蛋糕組成，而每一層都用左打到滑滑嘅cream cheese?去分隔，食落口感綿密，唔乾身??但我個人認為就甜左小小，而蛋糕上有一個銅色嘅聖誕鈴鐺?同小小糖粉做裝飾，成件事好聖誕?好靚
推薦？????⚪️呢個都算係我食過嘅紅絲絨蛋糕top3之一?

I am a frequent customer, nice place to have a break from shopping for a coffee and cake in an airy podium of Ocean Centre. Cakes were pricey but deservely so for the high quality, portion sizes were also good, better than many establishments of this type where the cakes tend to look good but without taste to match. Recommended, 1 photo.
