在尖沙咀廣東道3-27號海港城港威商場的Cova Ristorante & Caffe買了一個蛋糕，當晚接近七點半，款式已經不太多，五個中選出✨紅桑子味蛋糕$238，再加$12寫生日牌。近期很喜歡到 Cova買蛋糕，賣相精美吸引，味道唔錯，有品質保征。?
蛋糕鮮紅色的賣相，食落唔會太甜，忌廉好軟滑又香，紅桑子味道酸酸地，兩者配合得很好。✨✨✨

1994年開業的老牌高級西式下午茶名店，以精美甜點為人熟悉，但不只單賣果撻、蛋糕、三文治等，其實每天不同時段也有 CP值超高的半自助餐吃到飽供應，主菜天天新款，沙拉、冷盤、糕餅及甜點更是隨意任吃。週日午餐更有燒牛肉吃到飽，另加費用更可無限添飲香檳、紅酒及白酒。週四至六晚餐時間更有悠揚音樂演奏。必吃推薦有Cova 的招牌蛋糕 Mango Cream Dome ，芒果新鮮香甜、果味濃郁、奶油幼滑、蛋糕鬆軟。咖啡酒香醇，芝士滑滑、層次豐富的 Tiramisú。與及那像極金莎巧克力口感的「金箔巧克力蛋糕」，還有多不勝數的甜品，非常適合女生們進來。

Location & food is good but the service is not. We dine in for lunch, we waited for quite a few minutes then some food we want to order is no longer available but didn’t mark sold out in their menu. Then we also advise the waiter that we will take-out 1 slice of cake but we forgot to take it because the service is very slow like the staffs are disoriented. The one who take our order is also the one who made our strawberry shake. Quite disappointed & not what we are expecting since the location is in a high-end mall.

Nice lunch with friends here. I love their appetizers and bread more than the actual main courses. Carbonara is very delicious though.

首先不能夠太甜，外型要美麗，因為始終都系要相機食先?

上面Cream打得好滑，忌廉未香濃，有少少酒味加上個撻底好松脆，整體有90分??
Chocolate Mousse $45
朱古力味?香濃又滑，上面配上酸酸的莓恰到好處，中間有少少海綿蛋糕?， 上層雖然有朱古力醬，但唔會太甜，整體100分，是我的最愛??
芒果海棉蛋糕?$45
清香芒果味?，如果喜歡清清地可以選擇佢。
Cova might be famous for their cakes and pastries, but I would strongly advise against their dinner menu. Wagyu Beef Lasagne was very poor – pasta not cooked well, sauce was weak, plus the service is average at best. Really didn’t see this forgettable experience coming when I walked into the place.
Surprise me that the takeaway coffee here is similar price as Starbucks.
The flat white is pretty good! The foam is so smooth and creamy, with full fat Meiji milk, very nice milk flavor , and the coffee got a deep roasted flavor which is strong but not too sour nor bitter, I simply enjoy it .
