Appetiser, main and dessert are as good as it gets. It’s definitely 5 stars.
寬敞的店面，產品齊全，店員有禮親切。
今天約了兩位舊同學在海運大廈 Cova午膳，地方不算大卻佈置清雅。
我們各自選了套餐，我和另一位同學點了 Antipasti +Soup+Pasta。
先來了 soup of the day 是意大利芝士餛飩清湯，味道清甜，餛飩餡是芝士，味道濃郁配清湯很適當，還有脆口的薄麵包亦是我所喜愛；另一位舊同學要了Italian Antipasti 意式精選頭盤；
隨之而來端上我倆選的Spaghetti with Tuna, Capers, Black Olives, Cherry Tomato Sauce 櫻桃番茄醬黑欖雲吞拿魚意大利粉，味道鮮甜意粉爽滑；而另一位舊同學要了US Beef Ribeye, Barolo Red Wine Sauce 美國肉眼牛扒配巴羅洛紅酒汁，看似不錯；
最後端上熱檸檬茶兩杯一杯熱咖啡。
餐後嘆杯茶聊聊天，亦是享受！
Cova has two places at Harbour City in TST. Their place in the Gateway Arcade area of the mall has traditional indoor caffe with seating as well as the pasticceria, take-away and retail unit. Their other spot is on 1/F of the Ocean Centre part of the mall, where you find open layout and seating section in the mall. There is also a take-away order counter here if you just want coffee or gelato. Opening hours are are 11am to 8pm daily.
In short, Cova is a good option for afternoon coffee. They predate the majority of coffee shops and franchises that showed up over the past 10-12 years as part of what we refer to locally as the Third Wave. Coffee is Italian roast, medium body, earthy and nutty flavour and consistently good. However, what I like about that this branch is that they also do gelato that is very good as well.
You can buy small $46, Regular $62 and large serving $72 and they serve in cup or cone. Creme and chocolate are very good. What I like most here is the pistachio, which is the right shade of green, creamy, buttery with a very nutty flavour. It is up there with the best gelato that you can find in the TST part of the city and worth a try, especially on hot summer days.
下午茶Tea set除咗個和牛三文治外都非常唔好食
店舖食物品質及味道保持水準，
整潔仍然維持，
員工服務可以，但今天我們坐在近排隊位置用餐時，突然有排隊人士拉出我們身傍的椅子便坐下，但員工視而不見，本人感覺不良好。需要正視改善。☹️
