The chocolate brownie is served with caramel sauce! Recommend the Kouign Amann too!
抹茶味
Got the smoked salmon ciabatta sandwich right before it closed as my dinner. The smoked salmon was fatty and thickly sliced which offered a great texture with the fresh crunchy lettuce and tomatoes. The mustard also matched very well with everything. While the ingredients were all fresh and good quality, the bread itself was a bit dry and rough in texture. (I was a little disappointed since their danish and cakes are superb! So I expected more for their baked goods.)
Hopefully the dryness and rough texture were due to the fact that the bread was in the fridge the whole day and not made to taste like this.
P.S. I got this at 30% off since they were closing soon. This discount also applied to other sandwiches.
I like the aromatic Coco Coffee drink.

Long queue, especially during promotional period.
Plain croissant – average, not too special.
Almond croissant – amazing! best croissant i ever tried. Strongly recommended!
Pain au chocolat – Average, very less chocolate. The one i tried in tesco was much better.
These three r the one i tried, almond one was really great and I recommend it. Taste better if u heat it in oven and eat it hot!

早前已經試過他們家的經典牛角包?，賣相平平，但卻深藏千層滋味，外皮酥脆，內裏是鬆軟綿密的蜂巢狀，牛油香味四溢，紮實來不會感覺似吃空氣，令人想一口接一口，加上了甜甜的蛋白霜及酸甜的覆盆子果乾，完全不膩口，這個配搭太令人感到幸福了???

Surprisingly good! Hotel quality, fair price, cozy environment.
We walked by the basement in a normal Tuesday evening. Not many people in such a popular shopping centre. Then we picked this restaurant after a few minutes of struggling just because its smell of freshly baked bread was so great.
And that’s what you see below. Definitely worth the try!
But tbh, cleanness of bakery shop could be better:) and please, provide some training to the waitress and cashier… ?
Croissant are top tier if not the best in HK, and scone is also better than most if not all hotel in HK

環境舒適放鬆，很有家的後花園的感覺。
但美中不足的是服務態度差，常常人手不足。

Best croissant in town, even better than those famous hotel bakery, definitely worth the queue.
Return visit because of their croissant. This week I believe they just increase their price but still long lines. The difference between bake house is their croissant layers are more define.

Visited in October 20. We visited the bakery during off peak hour in week-day so we need not queue at all.
We bought a croissant, hkd 24, to share. The croissant was freshly baked out of the oven. It was buttery, airy and crispy. It has all the features that a good croissant should have. The inner cross section of the croissant was honey comb like, which indicates the inside pastry layer was stacked perfectly.
I preferred the croissant here over the famous bakery house in Wan chai as the browness was more of my tea. Just perfect golden yellow.
今午在這大型商場裡，相公看見一間佈置清雅的餐廳，門前擺置一架腳踏車，右面的店舖亦是其自己烘焙的產品，我們便決定入內試試它的食物。
我倆同時選擇了自已喜歡的法式洋蔥湯，味濃而不膩， 端出來的一片片四重芝士麵包很脆的，很香口。
另外也選了龍蝦汁海鮮扁意粉及龍蝦汁茴香帶子意大利飯，味鮮肉嫩，很好味。
Very attractive look bakeries. Mostly Crispy n sweet croissant choices. However, their look is better than the taste.
Good quality bakery although price on the high side, croissants are $24 a piece for example, but always long queue at cashier so probably worth it for a treat.

Good quality baked goods at (for HK) decent prices, considering the high rent they must pay. We’ve had a few things here, always nice. Especially liked the strawberry and cream croissant.

There were multiple rounds of freshly baked bread per day. The almond croissant was crispy, covered with almond and stiffed with almond paste~ The chocolate caramel scone was a devil with all the caramel sauce and the chocolate flavor was very strong! The vanilla flan was smooth and not heavy, with a nice puff bottom. Lastly, the chocolate brownie was slightly less impressive because of its texture. I m more fond of a rich and thick brownie than a slightly loose and wet one but it’s still nice with all the macadamia nuts inserted here and there. I have never seen a brownie that has more nuts stuffed inside than this?
Will come back to try out more for sure!
Best crossiant in town. This shop originated from Paris, now we can enjoy this French and forest taste in K11 Muse….. l will always buy one when l came here. Other bread also good n can try .

Dinner pasta set price was very reasonable and delicious. Nice atmosphere and pretty good quality. Some staff were not very friendly though.

一家位於K11musea地下室美食廣場附近的麵包店。巴黎的人氣店鋪。
它在香港很受歡迎，顧客總是排著長隊。
羊角麵包非常棒，即使我不是麵包迷，也很滿意。
羊角麵包的原味和澆頭的味道很平衡。

This western restaurant also provides bakery products that my wife and I very fond of. Today we deliberately tried lunch over there. First we had the French style onion soup with four-style cheese bread. The broth has a strong but not greasy meat flavor and the bread was crispy with fresh cheese taste. We recommended it highly. The main courses were lobster sauce scallop risotto and lobster sauce seafood linguine. The ingredients were of good quality and fresh. The lobster sauce was mouth watering and we enjoyed a satisfying meal

excellent breads, pastries etc. Probably only negative is the massive crowd and not the most friendly or helpful staff but if you focus on the food I guess it matters less
Great croissants, but the matcha scone is the star of the show. Long queues.

Bought a variety of croissants from the bakery to try.
My personal favourites were the strawberry cream croissant and chocolate almond croissant!!!
The brownie was good enough.
Matcha croissant had some green tea flavour and was bitter and plain, it was alright.
Plain croissant was not the best croissant I’ve ever had, but it’s not bad either, it was alright.
Chocolate croissant was the usual chocolate croissant with the two tiny strips of chocolate in the centre, get the almond chocolate croissant instead of you can, much more flavour.
Can’t remember the price of each, the 8 items were ~HKD250
