Their the bread is indeed quite good, but the dine-in food quality I must say is underwhelming. The sandwish is over seasoned, ultra oily and far from ideal from a healthy stand point.
I’d have expected so much more fr GC, needless to say, I won’t be a returning customer.

尖沙咀K11 Musea呢個food court,有一間經常都好多人排隊買嘅麵包店,佢地最出名嘅就係牛角包!除此之外,仲有唔同種類嘅pastries,包括我最鐘意食嘅Pain Au Chocolate。

我買嘅時候啱啱好新鮮出爐,觀察5分鐘之內就已經賣哂!成盤喺我眼前嗰陣真係好香,買完攞上手,感覺比平時嗰d脆同鬆化。咬入口食得出佢超多層嘅酥皮,牛油味好重!買咗個翻去比屋企人食,但同新鮮出爐好大分別,所以最好都係即買即食!

尋日陳師奶早收工, 佢朋友介紹左佢去K11 Musea買牛角包, 我上網睇下呢個麵包店咩野來頭, 「巴黎最好味牛角包」香港分店?? 咁橋我上次行過呢間鋪, 見到個朋友喺度做, 即刻whatsapp佢攞下料啦? 以下就係佢俾我既資料:?
“呢間系一個法國品牌既麵包店, 大多數既客人覺得我地既牛角包, 鬆化D冇咁油囉? 其實呢度既其他麵包都OK嫁, 因為呢度既麵包冇落發粉, 淨系用酵母, 用低溫發酵, 所以會健康D, 同埋飽肚D?”
我自已當然即時試左啦, 個包系幾鬆同埋真系吾太油, 不過我食過有鬆化過佢既牛角包, 冇辦法, 始終系外賣, 吾系新鮮出爐, 所以不能作準, 下次有機會再現場試下?

Hundred plus HKD for 3 pieces of pastry, the shop not providing any bags for the lot (not even those cost you). One piece with cream and fresh fruits on top, have enquire how they gonna packaging it, the shopkeeper insisted that they only put it in a paper bag, so by the time it get home… I lost my appetite?
Gourmet looking pastry, terrible service. Not worth the money.
Soup a little bit salty. Pasta is good

依間真係食過後翻唔到轉頭,勁好食,仲要款式多,多心嘅女仕真係難以選擇、唔怪得每次經過都咁多人排隊,除咗牛角包我覺得佢啲酥都好好味?依間真係值得去值得試!

An awful experience. Staff were rude, unknowledgeable and ignored us. Weren’t accomodating to the fact that we had 3 babies in the party. We had to ask for menus and then staff were more interested in their phones than their customers. We left in disgust.
The baguette doesn’t quite have the taste and lightness that one would expect.

If this is the first time that you visit K11 Musea, Gontran Cherrier is a must go place!?Their croissant defo not cheap. It tasted really well when it served hot. It was soft but still had that crunchy. Love it!

Pretty disappointing lunchtime experience.
Staff looked bored (wasn’t busy) and generally disinterested.
Food presentation pretty average with a taste not equal to what the meal cost.
Had been eager to try the restaurant / cafe for a while as the bakery treats next door are excellent.

Restaurant is very bad. The sandwiches are awful. The chichen one is full of garlic and the cheese sandwich has no flavour, just pure fat. To avoid!

Delightful eatery, signature burger is good. Risotto has its own style. French onion soup is out of usuals expectation.

Extremely bad service. Unprofessional staff which doesn’t even know what decaf is, we didnt order set but send a set onion soup to our table, all the staff are chatting and gossiping and doesn’t pay attention about the floor.
Spaghetti isn’t worth the price too, using tiny frozen seafood for seafood lobster linguine.
Minimum charge per head is $100, find another place if you just wanna grab a coffee with your friends.

Price a little bit high
During peak hour, there is quite a queue time. Somtimes some people walk away, so better to stay around to not lose your queue.
About the meal: I appreciate the crab meat salad. Maybe a bit too much sauce but it is still very tasty. Highly recommend to eat there! ??
Terrible food terrible service
蛋糕店的西餅比較甜。麵包店麵包十分出色, 水果吉士牛角包最好食,其他麵包質量也很好。餐廳西餐一般,飲品很特別,牛奶雪糕很健康,鮮芒果牛奶使用鮮芒果肉。
Nice coffee, comfy environment
As frequent customer, the pastries and bread are on point. No wonder always having lonnnnng queue and goodies are sold out faster than you can imagine.
I got the blackcurrant croissant at night (~20:30), not freshly baked, maybe that’s why. The croissant itself tasted more like a dessert croissant, less savory. The folds are quite nice, though leaning to a bit bready. I didn’t like the cream at all cause it was sticky and didn’t have a good texture. I find that it’s a bit over hyped, I would probably try the plain croissants or the ones without cream for a better experience.
Very good bakery and also a very good bistro.

Notre boulangerie préférée à Hong Kong. It’s not an easy task to be our favorite bakery. There’s no shortage of good croissant in this town, but the ones here are legendary. It’s worth waiting for the fresh stuff straight out of the oven. But it is not worth waiting in line for half an hour to pay. Come on a weekday or morning. Just avoid the weekend rush.

數日前,小編同友人經過K11 musea,疫情來襲期間商場多個樓層幾乎空無一人,十分冷清,直到我地搭電梯落B2/f,竟然見到間店舖前有人群聚集,當場打左個突,好奇心作崇下決定上前探個究竟,點知原來就係傳說中嘅法國著名麵包店Gontran Cherrier!我地唸都唔唸即刻擠進人群中執番幾件??
?Gontran Cherrier 曾被華爾街日報評為巴黎最美味牛角包,已於多個國家設立分店,香港分店由疫情大爆發至今仍一直大排長龍,可見香港人係疫情期間除左好中意返工外,仲好中意排隊買牛角包?
?全店面積超過3千呎,除左麵包店外,仲設有餐廳堂食。麵包店主售賣各款牛角包同法式甜品,而餐廳主打法國料理。
??♀️要品嚐一間麵包店嘅牛角包,更係要試左最原汁原味嗰款先($24)!新鮮出爐嘅牛角包香氣撲鼻,一聞就知落左好多牛油。麵包形狀飽滿堅挺,琥珀色嘅面層帶有光澤。外層酥脆可口,內裡柔軟濕潤,酥皮折疊層數非常多,層與層之間嘅洞頗大,令整個牛角包好有彈性。食完後,香濃嘅牛油味係口中久久不散,卻沒有油膩感,點解會咁呢?
原來係因為特別嘅製作原料同特別嘅烹調方式!麵包店使用優質法國牛油同低根麵粉製作,以提升麵包嘅發酵效果。然後分段冷凍麵團,讓其發酵,以提升牛角包外殼嘅蓬鬆酥脆感同乾燥度,整個過程需時4小時。最後塗上一層蛋漿放入焗爐以170度高溫烘烤20分鐘,將水分鎖係麵包裡面,造成外層酥脆內層濕潤嘅對比感??
??♀️小編今次仲試左亞麻籽牛角包($28),朱古力牛角包($30),黑椒熱狗腸丹麥蘇($28)。亞麻籽點綴了成個牛角包,令其香味昇華;朱古力牛角包嘅餡掩蓋了牛角包嘅牛油味;黑椒熱狗腸似食緊脆皮熱狗。✏️整體推薦度排名為:亞麻籽>原味>黑椒熱狗腸>朱古力味?
Gontran Cherrier果然聞不虛傳!相對其他出名食牛角包嘅店舖,GC嘅牛角包雖然冇咁多款式同口味,但其外脆內軟度同牛油香濃度無可否認係無以倫比的!難怪係「動態清零」嘅日子中仍能保持人龍不斷??下次再黎試下啲scone, brownie, 同其他denish再寫食評?

Right at the entrance of K11 Musea’s Food Playground, it’s hard to miss the reputable French pastry chef’s first flagship in Asia and 57th bakery to open globally
There’s always such a long queue, so we had to check out whether it was really worth the hype. After a tough choice between all the sweet and savoury baked goodies, we yearningly watched the bakers roll out fresh batches of pastries out of the open bakery while waiting in line
The croissants were a bit pricey, but definitely a work of art. You can tell that they are on a completely different level just from the first bite into the crispy golden exterior and endless buttery layers.
Both flavours were simply irresistible: while I devoured the warm ham and cheese in seconds, the juicy grapes with rich cold cream was a little too heavy to finish in one sitting though
Tip: There’s also a restaurant and cafe area if you want to sit down and enjoy
The best croissants in HK. I make an effort to go there once a week to get my croissant treats. Thank goodness they only have one branch, otherwise if they have a branch in HK Island, I will definitely gain fat. But its all worth it!
我是第一次到這裏,聽說這裏的牛角包不錯,所以就想試一下,我買了7個不同味道的牛角包,一包芝麻方包,還有芝麻曲奇餅,全都没有令我失望,牛角包很有牛油的香味,但不油,不會令到手都是油.芝麻方包,曲奇餅都好吃,我用了270元,好吃,下次經過,還會去買的,對了,它還有一間餐廳,下次有空一定要去.

Their plain scones and croissants are nice and buttery. However, their other pastries are not as good as it looks. Some are too salty or sweet or too heavy for me. The breads are forgettable at unforgettable prices.
Very delicious and worth the price. Already the second coming back.
