Beautifully decorated cake studio offering high quality workshops and custom made cakes for those special occasions you really want to treat your loved ones! Super friendly vibes but professional service which made us all feel welcomed and as part of the family.

One of the only baking workshops in Hong Kong where they actually take the time and care to teach you how to make a cake that will not only look good but taste delicious.
Alison has a meticulous eye for detail which she gently passes onto her students. You not only leave with a proud smile on your face but a few new baking tricks up your sleeve…and a scrumptious cake to share with family and friends.

Went to their pop up shop the other day, I bought 1 piece of each flavour to try out. Loved the black forest the best. An authentic black forest is hard to come by in HK, would definitely go back.

It’s the only cake I allow my toddler to eat as I know Alison sources only the highest quality ingredients and painstakingly handcrafts each and every cake. The Blackforest is a must try!

外層搽滿鹹焦糖香甜奶油，蛋糕面層放上Chantilly奶油、新鮮香蕉片及焦糖核桃，內餡層次豐富，香蕉海綿層與新鮮香蕉片一層一層夾著，一層係Valrhona黑巧克力?，一層係自制太妃糖+ 焦糖餅乾，整體口感豐富，食一半開始覺得有啲膩，個人覺得甜度再調低啲會更可口。

柔軟海綿層與芒果和百香果奶油、新鮮的菲律賓芒果?、芒果醬，一層一層交替組合而成，邊緣灑上開心果脆片，蛋糕面層放上一粒粒芒果肉及Chantilly奶油。芒果香甜，食落好清新。

The cakes here are delicious! Natural ingredients and just the right touch of flavor – not too sweet and tasty.
Not only we love their cakes, but their customer service is superb! Handling issues with ease and instant conclusions. This is very helpful when it comes to getting a cake for a special event. I’ve been recommending them to everyone.
I look forward to trying the Durian (when it’s in season) and Lychee cakes ?. I do hope they come out with a hazelnut flavor.
Alison taught my daughter cake baking and decorating recently. Alison has a heart of gold and is passionate about her craft. Her staff were also very cheerful and we could feel the love and heart that goes into every cake design! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

$75一塊蛋糕，在價格上定價太進取。
這是用牛油蛋糕做，不能跟鬆軟的海綿蛋糕做比較。
我覺得忌廉味道 和質感不錯。
Dear Harley have closed their kiosk at K11 Musea but have opened up a place along with Alive Bakery at nearby sister mall, K11 Art Mall on B1 level. They still sell great Forest cake slices, we really like their Banoffee Forest, it is delicious.

Recently discovered this very good little bakery pop-up at B2 of K11 Musea in TST. Have tried their chocolate and banoffee shortcake slices, both of which are very good. In particular, the banoffee forest has been excellent. Large, delicious and worth returning for.
Can purchase loaves or individual slices, mainly for take-away but you can enjoy at the nearby food court seating if preferred.
