Awesome spot for breakfast! The pancakes were fantastic and the meals come with coffee also. We aren’t tea drinkers but felt like this would be a great place to give it a try. We got 2 and could have been fine with 1 because it was a lot of tea (not sure what normal is). But anyway, the tea cups were really cool and the atmosphere and corner view of the harbor push this place up to a 5 star. The only thing lacking was speed as we had to wait around for a few things, but hey what’s the rush?

in addition, i have ordered a whole SP Blossom cake for take away, after a whole night it was sitting in the refrigerator, its flabbiness and favor still tastes the same as is yesterday, quite amazing..
Cakes tasted really good. A bit expensive. Service is good. Pleasant environment. You can sit there and chat for a long long time.
I enjoyed twice my best breakfast in TST East in front of the Royal Garden Hotel, the corner of Mody Road and Mody Lane. The food costed HK$148 a bit more but fantastic food, good taste and excellent service. I feel relaxing watching people walking hurrilyb accross the street in front of me.

Such a lovely place to have breakfast or tea. The desserts are almost too pretty to eat! We had breakfast here 2 days in a row because we liked it so much. They serve American style breakfast here which was nice. One day I had a delicious smoothie bowl for breakfast and had a continental breakfast the next day. 在朋友IG看到很美的蛋糕，原來出自尖東的茶室，今晚下班後跟朋友來relax一下。門口用上不少植物裝飾，已經有在花園的感覺。店内裝潢清雅，氣氛令人覺得舒適、安心又靜心。不想吃很heavy的東西，這的茶泡飯也是一個好option。當然，蛋糕也不可以錯過。
汁燒牛肉櫻花蝦煎茶泡飯($148)有步驟參考，先喝口煎茶，再吃點前菜，有兩款，玉子蛋味帶甜，芝麻沙律醬豆腐、黑豆、秋葵，口感清爽。然後吃點餸和飯，汁燒牛肉味道濃郁，白飯加了藜麥，跟櫻花蝦和紫菜吃，有日式感覺。再加煎茶變成泡飯，味道很夾，茶也很香。
Celebrate ($62)帶tropical fruit果香，也有不同的texture，不會很甜，很清爽，沒有令人失望！

Price is a bit high but worth what you get. Pasta serves in a big portion. Waffle dish is wonderful, waffles are crispy with good texture, served with caramelized banana and vanilla ice-cream.

Good lunch choice if you work in Tsim Sha Tsui. The lunch set is pretty delicious and with good value, including soup, appetiser, main dish and a drink.

Well it’s an average cafe providing average quality of food and drinks but was a bit overpriced in my opinion.
The tea chocolate did not have enough chocolate taste while the cake was so so. And the tea did have quite a nice aroma but the taste was not as good.
The place was cozy and nice for chit-chatting with frds and the staff was friendly too~
今日情人節約閨蜜聚一聚，我選擇了SP Flower & Tea Room！雖然沒有一層層的甜點架，也不是名氣星級酒店，但是這裡有暖暖的粉紅色環境，加上室外的陽光照耀入，和店員禮貌的招待，給我和閨密靜靜地邊食邊喝邊聊心，更勝五星級酒店的下午茶！

評價： 特別一讚西京燒銀鱈魚好香魚油味，油脂分布得好平均，啖啖肉，啱晒啲怕食到魚骨嘅朋友?推介❗️日本帶子好大隻，唔會有雪藏嘅味道，兩面都煎得好香。另外再配有一個煎飯團。加上佢成個定食會配上前菜，大蝦配鰹魚汁啫喱，有趣有趣。黑豆我個人幾中意食，甜甜地?南瓜?都好好食。麵豉湯湯底用三文魚魚骨熬製而成。另外仲有兩件天婦羅，分別係南瓜同蓮藕。最後結尾一件精緻嘅果子。所以成個定食包括左前菜，主菜同甜品，好豐富。無論賣相，味道都令我好滿足?

評價：味道上相對會比較清淡啲，最主要係用日本煎茶去帶出淡淡嘅茶香味，令你個口腔有煎茶亦有牛肉同櫻花蝦嘅味道。牛肉有自身既牛香，唔會俾煎茶蓋過咗。三者之間有個平衡點。亦配有小小前菜，酸酸甜甜好開胃。日本煎茶可以到一半係個泡飯入面，另一半可以慢慢品嚐。
鮮草莓麻糬窩夫

評價：咁當然唔少得新鮮嘅士多啤梨，面頭有一片厚厚嘅麻糬，我中意?窩夫之間，亦都有士多啤梨片。不過值得一提嘅係窩夫好香蛋味，每一片窩夫，亦都有少少鹹牛油帶出佢鹹香鹹香嘅味道。
其實餐廳仲有其他法式糕餅，心思思想試，不過眼闊肚窄??所以留返我下一次再去食啦。法式糕餅嘅款式每隔一段時間都會轉換下樣式。睇到櫥窗嘅已經好吸引啦??
