食物一般，洋蔥圈淋哂，雞炸到過咗火，pizza果底部有夠火喉。而且最大問題係間舖勁熱，冷氣完全唔夠

Better than your main stream brands. You can pick up slices already made or order a fresh one. The 14 ” one I ordered was generously loaded and fair price.

Quality and service very bad.
Food is great, service is terrible, i order on panda and pick up myself, they made me wait for 30 min standing at counter even when i had asked 3 times how long, at the end my food was ready to go, but it was ready and sitting there for long time already, if yiu cant manage busy hour, just say you can’t but dont shout at your customer and say ” do you know we are also busy” as an excuse

和评论区说的一样饼底太软，而且给错了餐，花了多的钱吃到的是便宜十几块的另一种。因为吃了才发现不好意思去找服务员退钱，但以后肯定再也不会来了。
The most disgusting place for a pizza in Hong Kong.
They are living off people that don’t know better, good location and quick service.
My experience was so bad that I still can’t believe that Paisanos is so successful. I just moved to Hong Kong.
The moment I walked in it felt like I was
Doing them a favour dining with them. I ordered, remember it was my first time so I didn’t know the menu… no selling or recommendation, no drink offered （when I asked for a asahi beer it was sold out) … the cashier gave me the change in the smallest notes ever as I paid with a 500 hkd note , very unpleasant.
The pizza arrived after 9 minutes. Hot and fresh and honestly quite good. I enjoyed it.
I had some leftover slides I wanted to take home. The lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and dumped the pizza in a brown takeaway bag. So when I reached home the pizza was destroyed.
So much to learn and improve : Mr Paisano

I was walk in and just try to grap a slices of pizza for take away .
The very rude staff – at around 9ish almost 10. . At the front door refilling the drinks to the fridges.
Was totally yelling at me and said

“What ? ” Yelling at me few times with “What” ,
She has no other word that has been educated by parents or the company .
She’s not even deserve a job . There’s much more People willing to work and earn money
And when i go back . I asked her is that necessary shout ? . She said , they are busy . They the reason being mad to a person who walk in . I didn’t ask her for service , and alll she does is wanted to kick me out , because she doesn’t wanna serve anymore .
I honestly ok to wait . But not ok being yelling or shout. We all had enough stress to deal with this kind of people ? Even stranger on the street don’t seems talk in this way .
. please close down the restaurant , when you dont even know the meaning of respect and being a basic human being should be .

Not as good as the one in mongkok.
It’s not the best Paisano’s. The one in SK seems to be better. Dirty tables as usual. AC does not seem to work well.

What a mess. The manager decided to prioritise takeout orders over folks dining in, so they had literally a few stale left over slices. Of course, I only found out after waiting 15 minutes to place an order. I will never go back to the Granville TST location.

Excellent pizzas! Some of the best in Hong Kong. Order a whole pie or get pieces only to eat out or takeaway. It’s the best choice for the topper of an evening of enjoying malty beverages.
Best pizza in town I guess but I always get this bizarre almost total lack of pepperoni on my pepperoni pizza when I order for delivery. Would you believe this picture is after I clicked the box for extra pepperoni?
Went to this pizza few times, since im a vegetarian then i chose their veg pizza and margarita, i like their pizza, havent try their appetizers and other but its so worth it, and their staff are so well trained

A good place to eat authentic New York pizza. I suggest that the pizzas are need to add more topping.
I’m just so happy that I found this place at TST that I can occasionally visit when craving for food from home. They make above average NY Pizza. FYI, they are better than some of the pizzerias in Upper West & Upper East. I just want to share something that I just experienced.
One of my pet peeve is when people or companies sell products that doesn’t match with how they are advertised. This place call themselves authentic NY pizza, but just sold inauthentic food. They are still great (don’t want to downgrade their value in being a tasty restaurant). However, as you can see from the attached photo, this is just not the right way to make & sell pepperoni pizza. It is rather more appropriate to call it a cheese slice with a couple of pepperonis on top. I plan to try it once more soon to see if this becomes a pattern. I would be extremely disappointed if this is how they generally make pepperoni pizza.

Extra extra large size of pizza with a large variety of topping. The pizza dough is chewy and cheesy with perfect amount of crunch. One of the best pizza I have had in HK.

Most of the staff are not kind persons, and the Pizza has no Pizza Sauce under the cheese. Requests for extra sauce to be placed on Pies prior to them being cooked result in angry responses from employees and no Pizza Sauce put on the pie, but a surcharge is added to the cheque.
This scam reminds me of many Chinese and Chinese-Canadian and Chinese- American restaurants’ notoriously unethical business practices.
TST Restaurant had not opened till 10:20am on Sunday, no one answered the phone & the App did not allow to make online payment, from the options specified there, to order a pick up – which we tried consistently since 9:00am without any success.
