海南雞飯－雞肉嫩滑，但不重雞味，雞油飯反而好香而唔油，飯比雞更出色。
大蝦喇沙－喇沙汁辣辣地有咖哩味又有濃濃蝦湯味，2隻大蝦爽脆有蝦味，粉好滑好吸汁，配上魚片豆腐卜芽菜非常滿足。
牛肉河－ 牛肉冧又有牛味，河粉濶又滑，芽菜爽脆，醬汁跟正常濕炒河更為濃味。
This is a restaurant serving Asian cuisine mainly Malaysian and Singaporean dishes. The seating is generally comfortable. The service is good. The food served is of good quality and tasty. Prices are reasonable in consideration of its location. A good choice for lunch with friends.
海南雞飯未見驚喜，叻沙就幾正，杰、香、濃！
The restaurant is busy especially during holiday or weekend. The signature dishes, chicken rice and seafood laksa were all tasty and good. Service was good too-you got what you ordered quickly. Since it’s busy, the seating was packed.

Ginger sauce is the highlight for me, chicken was within my expectation, I wouldn’t say value for me is the name I m coming for. Rose latte was a surprise only $10 if you add on top of your main. Reservation not allowed for weekend I will not line up too long for this.

Tasty signature Singaporean food! We had salted egg yolk chicken wings, a laksa, a beef rice noodle and a milo dinosaur, all great choices. Restaurant was clean and service was on the spot. A little pricey for what it is but if you’re eating K11 MUSEA, you know there are no cheap options.
Style is like a pricy Cha Chaan Teng. Food (seafood noodle, pork soup) tastes okay but not better than a good Cha Chaan Teng.

Very Good Chicken
Very authentic Singaporean food and their chicken rice is a must to try as well as their curry laska soup noodle. Staffs were pretty helpful and polite as well.

不嬲行經呢間餐廳都見佢大排長龍。今次有幸五點幾到達，終於唔洗等有位直入食個早Dinner 啦。不過90分鐘要交枱。
?文華海南雞飯（ $123 ）
油飯好香又夠熱，有陣陣香茅味，飯粒唔硬好軟熟。雞肉肉質嫩滑，配埋三款特製醬料（薑蓉、酸甜醬、甜豉油），不過個人就覺得食海南雞要定要點甜豉油。湯亦都好清甜????
?海鮮炒貴刁（$103 ）
海鮮有三四隻蝦，兩粒帶子，仲有臘腸、芽菜，蛋。蝦同帶子都非常新鮮，肉質爽口彈牙。貴刁炒得好夠鑊氣，貴刁粉好煙韌彈牙。豉油好入味！色香味俱全。
?鹹蛋雞翼（ $83 ）
共有六隻雞中翼連雞翼尖，分量嚟講好抵食！炸咗雞翼之後沾上鹹蛋黃。鹹蛋王很香。可惜沾上時應該係重手得濟，搞到啲雞翼偏咸，食唔出雞味。另外雞翼入面淋淋地唔脆嘅？唔知係本身菜式嘅刻意設計還是錯手了，唔係好啱我口味。

呢杯嘢真係好飲到不得之了，冰凍嘅美祿上面有大量嘅美祿粉同美祿波波，一啲都唔留手，有得咬有得飲。口感非常豐富唔悶。

文華海南雞飯的雞肉嫩滑，但略欠雞味，醬料味道可以。大蝦喇沙湯底鮮甜濃厚，蝦肉質地彈牙。咸蛋黃雞翼味道一流，雞翼外面咸脆內裡嫩滑。
Don’t expect a jaw dropping wow. However on a general note, one of the best, most consistent dish of “Hainanese Chicken Rice” (海南雞飯) in Hong Kong at an acceptable price. Chicken is juicy, soft, tender and flavorful on it’s own without using any of the 3 included sauces (sweet soy sauce, ginger sauce and spicy sauce). Definitely proceed with the $10 upgrade option for the chicken leg. Soup is light with delicate piece of tofu inside. Add $16 to the meal and you can enjoy a cup of hot Rose latte. Clean and inviting avenue with polite attentive and friendly staff. They do not take reservations but open early (11am). Excellent all around!

好耐冇去這商場食飯，每次行街經過都想試依間餐廳，而每次都係要排隊。今晚過來見要排10個號唔算多，就等等啦。好彩等左約半個鐘就有位。坐低見個餐牌選擇唔算多，較多係喇沙的款式，所以直覺話我知喇沙應該係其中一款招牌菜，新加坡菜唔係海南雞飯就係肉骨茶，最後選擇試肉骨茶。個面黎先，個然冇令我失望，湯底好濃，感覺落左好多料去整，非常好味！肉骨茶的肉骨夠?，湯底清淡。整體食物質素高，環境舒服，會再來。 …

一直想試食，但因為太多人排隊都未搵到機會。
直至颱風過後嘅星期三，終於食到。
裝修好好，雖然已經開咗一段日子，但裝修都仲好新淨。
掙扎喺喇沙同海南雞之間，最後揀咗喇沙。喇沙湯底真係好濃好濃，雖然感覺上應該都幾唔健康，但真係會令人忍唔住一啖一啖係咁飲個湯。
大蝦好彈牙，大大隻，絕不馬夫。
另加一個沙嗲雞肉串，雞肉唔多，但佢賣點明顯地係個汁。好大盤咁上，仲以為咩事，原來個汁係微辣加甜，又係好野味，基本上每啖都要點個汁先會食。

仲有少量餘額，實行食埋個飯先，呢度最出名海南雞酒店食一客是兩倍價錢哦，呢度只要百來元就食到啦
我試左招牌大蝦喇沙（$158）：三隻大蝦，魚蛋，豆腐皮，芽菜。米缐非常入味可口。仲有個湯掛在麵身上，啜每啖麵都有濃濃架叻吵湯香。
個湯好香濃架椰奶同咖哩味，伴以蝦膏架甘香，我喝得一滴都不剩。
期間限定架鮮斑蘭蛋糕伴椰子雪糕（$68），鬆軟架蛋糕，加埋椰子雪糕又幾創新好食。
點多杯青檸梳打 $32，爽呀，soda 夠氣同涼。
帶位條四眼仔Brian超級無禮貌。呼喝我檢查體溫，明明我已經檢查完，佢亦聽到do一聲，講嘢冇尾音不特之，從來唔會望你，但佢只係係到清楚餐具，有幾忙？你話你急救緊個阿婆就話姐，你帶位咋喎，你真係真係帶位嫁咋喎，冇眼神交流？metaverse 咁快acturalise 左電子員工？咁你應該失左業十世。bye

Usually love this restaurant but had the Laksa on Friday and have had salmonella poisoning for 4 days. Wouldn’t recommend it.
Environmental friendly by issuing ticket number online. Impressive. Signature mandarin chicken rice comes with three sauce; thick black bean, ginger and spicy. Chicken texture is tender while chewy and juicy. Rice is also seasoned harmonized when having with chicken. On that day I felt like having soup which I seldom do. That smell catched my nose and taste was exactly what I expected it to be. Not too hot and soup was served in a heated bowl. Also impressive point. THE bowl is not being hot by the soup. Dip fried fillet was nice and crispy. Wish it was a little less dry inside. It came with sweet and spicy saice. Good match.
Calamansi lemon mint is recommended drink. Vividly sour and sweet entertains me.
今次同朋友為避免排隊預早少少晚上六點幾黎Chatterbox Cafe食晚餐。今晚食咗招牌雞肉喇沙、特色鹹蛋雞翼同美祿恐龍。
自從第一次係鰂魚涌Chatterbox食過招牌雞肉喇沙就一試難忘，既可以食到招牌雞肉又可以食到濃厚喇沙湯底。每次想試其他嘢食都係叫返呢個喇沙。呢碗喇沙入面有魚旦，魚片，豆腐卜同蛋，最主要梗係雞肉，好滑又有雞味。喇沙湯底有濃厚椰香味，非常惹味。鹹蛋雞翼有鹹香，不過可以再脆D。美祿恐龍，即係一杯美祿加好多美祿粉係面同埋美祿可可球，邪惡但美味。
食品質素不錯， 價錢合理
Love their chicken rice so much when in Singapore. Very excited knowing now can have it in Hong Kong.
Absolutely delicious authentic Singaporean food coupled with an awesome lively vibrant atmosphere. Seating was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and eager to accomodate. The dishes were reasonably priced and the generous portions left us satisfied. Overall well worth the experience. Needless to say i will be going back again to try other menu items.
海南雞飯，超正，??? …
Tried several times eating at the taikoo branch. Unfortunately the cooking is never consistent. I can at one time have the best laksa. And the next try will be like its the worst ive ever tasted. Even the presentation is terrible.

I had Hainan chicken rice. It was nice but the service did not match it’s class. The manager was rude for no reason.

It is located inside K11 Musea in TST. It supplies South East Asia food. If you like strong herbs, this is the place for you. One of their famous dish is hainan chicken, very tasty; you may want to give a try. But bear in mind that the prices maybe relatively high.
服務員Queenie 態度極差 語氣也很不禮貌，極不專業。我10月29號晚上時段跟家人來食晚餐，但食個飯點餐時都要要受佢氣…咩事呢家？
當我詢問飲品「美祿恐龍」是否有冰，他用非常冇禮貌的語氣回答「當然是有冰啦，要用熱水才能沖美碌嘅粉」，其實我只需要答案有定冇，或者可以禮貌地回答如果我不想太多冰可以叫少冰….
但他的態度令我感覺很不受尊重，之後在我考慮中時，還很大聲地說「你係咪要㗎？！」…..
希望管理層能作出適當嘅訓練 ，始終在K11 Musea 都係比較高級的商場，服務質素應該有一定嘅保障，至少讓顧客感受到基本的尊重。
The food overall is pretty good and the standard maintained.
However the staff service does not match the standard of their food nor the prices they charge.

If you work in K11/K11 Musea/K11 Atelier area, a good and convenience place to meet your friends and colleagues there for lunch/dinner. Reasonable in its menu price if compare with other restaurants in K11/K11 Musea. Food quality is acceptable although not oustanding.
