宜跟朋友分享的大大碗芫茜車仔麵。
芫茜湯頭鮮甜美味得來也不太濃及太咸。

非常有特色的裝潢，置身如舊式戲曲場地，午餐時段走過，心想不妨一試，價格是比較中上，但質素不錯，燒腩仔飯，超脆皮，例湯好足料，安安靜靜吃個飯不錯。當日問侍應有沒有芫茜湯底的車仔麵，侍應只搖了搖頭，看餐牌應該還有，但不能自選配料了。
值得一去的地方，吃的做得很不錯！

芫荽湯底車仔麵
人流都唔多，有好多位，可以揀坐出面或者入面。我就比較怕熱，都係坐入面好了～
叫了以下幾款食物
羊肚菌皇瑪卡燉烏雞——個湯唔會好油，反而好甜好入味
秘制酸辣魚——個碗好大！叫左小辣已經好夠辣，配上水晶粉，吸哂Ｄ辣味但好過癮。個湯同D魚好快暖呀，如果KEEP到溫度夠熱既話，應該會仲正～望落好似好多芫茜，食落又ok啵??
桂花生蠔——酥炸蠔配上甜甜的蜜糖和桂花。一定要趁熱食！隻蠔都幾大隻，脹卜卜，好味道～
台山興哥手工黃鱔煲仔飯——黃鱔D肉細細舊，我都係中意啖啖肉多D。飯夠哂乾身，但無左煲仔飯應該有既飯焦。如果配上鱔魚汁（我心目中既鰻魚汁），應該會好似D港式煲仔飯咁加D秘製醬汁，一定會加好多分

Ordered a coriander noodle and waited for twenty mins. It wasn’t peak hour at all.
Other tables that came later had got their noodles.
I can tell the waiters are in lack of efficiency training. They like jotting down 3-4 tables at one time which takes longer time for the kitchen to receive the orders.
In short, don’t waste your time waiting here when you are in hurry or have a show to watch.
Try the coriander noodle. A wonderful bowl of greenness.
