Food so so and staffing is an issue
A busy restaurant over the lunch. The seafood platter we ordered came without the lobster. The staff did not tell or update you at all until it’s arrived or about to finish. The manager was quite stern and serious over his face all the times. His staff was more friendly and proactive than him. The bread served was not warm and you’d need to remind them. ?

Executive lunch $298, food of average quality, no dessert ,not even comes with tea or coffee.
Having tried numerous “recommended” places for Reuben I can say categorically this is the best restaurant for Reuben, the search is over, period. The meat, taste, combination of indigrients and size are by far the best. Price was also very reasonable. Don’t waste time trying anywhere else. The restaurant Main St. Deli is currently under renovation but its menu can be ordered from The Bostonian downstairs which was very atmospheric. Mrs had the Bostonian set lunch and she gave it full marks, especially the grilled salmon. Service was attentive and efficient, even it was nearly full house by the time we finished. Highly recommended.

Actually everything was good regarding the food except for the seafood platter. What I had:
– seafood platter for 2
– lobster bisque
– white asparagus soup
– sweet potato fries
It felt like it wasn’t THAT fresh. The Porterhouse has fresher, it felt like. However, the variety is more in Bostonian.
Weekend Brunch 收$8XX 一位包free flow，main course 的和牛面珠差到離奇，同湯渣一樣冇味。Caffe Latte 似洗咖啡機水。海鮮飯每兩人派一兜，得一啖，但同我哋講要2人分嚟食。連水果都得個影，好快冇晒。生蠔每人2隻但品質非常一般，全餐都冇任何龍蝦菜式，得返d普通焗韌扇貝、炸魷魚嗰d，煙三文魚好鹹又起潺，失望。冇湯冇熱麵包。甜品cream靚，服務很好，地方好嘈。都有其他食物好味，但以一個貴價brunch嚟講唔值。

I was not aware that this place existed, modern design and good chicken wings.. will come again, cozy place.
My friend said the bar in this hotel is very lovely, so to celebrate my birthday, she booked this seafood restaurant as well so we can enjoy some nice cocktail before dinner. It’s located on the ground floor, dark and chill ambience. The two of us were assigned to a long table, which can take about 6 guests. Despite the nice ambience and environment, they are under staff so it took us more than 30mins before we can get a glass of water. After about 45mins we finally got a chance to order a bottle of white wine and a seafood platter. The white wine is not chilled enough. For the seafood platter, I started with the fresh oyster but they tasted not fresh at all with very fishy taste. The rest on the platter were below average. With this price, I would expect much better quality of food and service. Very disappointing experience.The 2 stars are only to the environment.
朋友很喜歡這酒店的酒吧，於是為慶祝我生日，朋友訂了這間海鮮餐廳，讓我們可以先享受cocktail再來這裡共進晚膳。此餐廳位於地面，裝橫屬於較暗及平靜的感覺。我們二人被帶到一張能容納6人的長檯。相信這裡人手十分不足，我們等了30分鐘才終於等到一杯清水、45分鐘才有幸點菜。我們點了一枝白酒及二人份的海鮮併盤。白酒溫度不夠冷、生蠔入口非常不新鮮及有腥味，併盤內其餘的食物也屬中下水平。如此收費、如此食物質素、如此服務，只能說十分失望。給的2星是因為環境好。

The food was decent and portions were fine but it was just missing a certain umph to the meal. We had the steak platter and some sides, as well as a bisque but I think it could be much better.

Nice restaurant in TST. Fresh oysters, and the burgers are awesome. The service is very good. Professional and nice waiters.
Excellent steak
Onion soup is good, but beef roll and fillet mignon are disappointing which we got a fully cooked mignon. Fries are not crispy. Quite a unpleasant experience, won’t recommend this restaurant, and definitely won’t come back again.

Amazing seafood and great deal for weekend semi-buffet brunch. Good selections of cold cuts and cheese, fresh and tasty seafood platters. Several hot dishes to share. Not a fan of the curry mussels, better if it’s cooked with white wine sauce. The lobster may also be better if it’s not baked with strong seasoning. The mains are all superb.

I have suspected food poisoning after one day… as I ate many seafood (oysters, escargot, mussels…etc … ?
Service: Very good and sincere
Drink: healthy drink (lemon water with dried fruit to add flavours)
Buffet: Great selection of food and of quality… however too many hovering at the seafood bar which constitute a hygiene risk…
Taste: really gooooood
Appetiser: the lobster soup in small mug was excellent?
Maincourse: big portion!!
Though i have food poisoning, i think it is worth to risk ?

Lobster bisque cooked table side, very rich in flavour and nice to watch. Oysters, lobster and steak were all exceptional. Risotto and the side dishes not so. Nice service. Would come back for crab cake and thermidor.

Haven’t been here for a while. Seems like they got a few new items on the menu.
The new lobster dish is yummy. The cooked oysters, wow. Really caught me by surprised how good they turned out to be.
Will definitely come back again

喺海港城行完街諗起呢間餐廳想試吓
– 煎蟹餅：煎得好香，蟹肉一絲絲都啖啖肉，唔會話一嚿嚿麵粉，不過不失
– 周打魚湯：夠香，而且用料多，蜆肉都好多，好飲
– 慢煮豬鞍：煎得剛剛好，軟硬度適中，配菜同埋醬汁都唔錯
– 青蘋果批：好香牛油曲奇味，餅皮好味，略嫌蘋果餡唔係好夠蘋果味。
服務唔錯，唔會急住收碟，或者係你傾到興起嘅時候，突然又收碟呀等等。

Close at 10pm while my booking is 8pm staff hasn’t remind us in advance. End up no time for dessert as kitchen close at 9:30pm its a shame. But food are very tasty portion is a bit small.
Excellently prepared dishes and great service except for one complaint: I had a reservation (for just myself, party of 1) and the restaurant was nowhere near full at 7:30pm. I was offered a 4-top table in the middle of the service floor and I noticed a bank of booths that were empty. I asked to be seated at a booth and was told they’re reserved for parties of 3 or 4, so I accepted the table in the middle of the room, rather than fight for a quiet booth in the corner. I should have insisted as that corner booth table remained unoccupied for the entirety of my meal, and I was the last diner to leave. That disappointment aside, my meal was superb. I started with an array of raw oysters on ice. The server helpfully suggested the order in which I eat the three varieties I chose. He also suggested I squeeze lemon on the first. I learned from an oyster bar in Paris a few years ago about the delicious purity of fresh raw oysters without lemon, vinegar or any other condiments so I tried one plain and one with lemon. Both tasted great, as did the other four, two plain and two with lemon squeezes.
Next was the best steak tartare I’ve had outside of France: well seasoned and perfectly chopped. Toast points were unnecessary, and not crisp.
Grilled lobster was my main course and it was cooked beautifully. Their house speciality is lobster thermidor but I prefer my lobster simply prepared, and then drenched in drawn butter. The Bostonian’s butter was more robust than plain drawn, and it was delicious.
The apple tart for dessert was excellent, especially the Chantilly cream. I had a glass of Chardonnay with the first two courses and a glass of Perrier Jouet with the lobster and dessert. Yes, I really splurged and I’m glad I did. I’m not usually a chardonnay fan but this one was almost dry enough for my taste. The wine list actually had my favorite white, a Pouilly Fumé, but only by the bottle so I settled for one glass of wine and then the champagne from a favorite brand.
A five star meal that lost a star only due to the seating issue.
