個sauce比較濃,偏向惹味感重d;而小扁豆餅
炸得非常脆口,口感一流;鷹嘴豆空心脆餅
外層脆卜卜,裡面一大舊芝士,鹹鮮味
夠哂突出,風味十足。

咖哩有藏茴香籽、小豆蔻、香葉嘅味道,入口辛辣惹味,羊肉非常軟淋入味,好好味?!配naan食一流!

▪️印度香蒜薄餅
薄餅外層香脆、中間酥軟,完全唔會死實,蒜味香但唔會太濃,配咖哩食可以提香,而唔會搶走咖哩嘅香味。

▪️印度羊肉炒長米飯
印度香米鬆散,飯粒之間沒有粘性,炒出嚟粒粒分明,食落帶有黃薑及香料味,炒飯中加入九層塔,食落更香口,羊肉炆煮過,香軟入味,我媽媽好鍾意❤️。
這間餐廳裝修新,坐得舒服又乾淨,枱與枱之間距離十足。
秘製乳酪醬咖哩薯角配羅望子酸甜醬及薄荷醬 | $88
見好多人點這個菜式,咖哩薯角上有好多醬料,最上層舖了很多脆脆。要趁還脆的時候食完,我們有一半放到最後食,脆脆及薯角都變淋了,口感會有所不同。伴碟有好多豆,煮得軟熟。
招牌天多里乳酪香料烤雞 | $128 半隻
烤雞聞起來好有燒烤的香味,半隻雞的份量其實是兩隻上脾加雞脾位,幾多肉,兩個人夠食。雞皮有燒烤味,雞肉帶有香料味道,點一些薄荷醬又有另一番風味。
自家製茅屋芝士球洋蔥番茄腰果蓉奶油咖哩 | $118
茅屋芝士咖哩都有四款選擇,餸菜名超長,我自己主要用它的辣度及廚師推介來分辨?。不會很辣,帶有些少甜味,有好多粒茅屋芝士,不過原來我自己不太好這種芝士味道。
皇室烤餅 | $48
最令我覺得好味道,聞起來好香牛油味,外層少少脆,咬起來有些煙韌,淋上咖哩後仍然食到它的牛油香味。
店員會幫我們舖餐巾,又不時問我們感覺如何,感覺印度人都好熱情。
這家新的印度和地中海餐廳開了大概一個月 環境摩登,宴客室充滿印度元素。他們有印度傳統的烤爐,其燒烤及烤餅值得一試!印度大廚還曾經仼職海逸酒店廚師,另一名埃及大廚則負責地中海菜,難怪兩種菜系都非常出色。
戶外充滿熱帶風情的位置有悠閒的位置可以吃水煙,吃飯後可以chill一chill~

呢個係薯仔餅,當中有印度菜經常出現既鷹咀豆&石榴,
個汁用左yogurt,呢個combination 幾正,
原來同yogurt都幾match,
食落仲有啲辣味,惹味得黎唔會好膩,
不過都幾飽肚!
咖喱魚塊
原本見menu上寫有2隻辣椒,以為會好辣,
點知黎到完全唔辣,所以好香椰汁味,

上網搵到呢間新開嘅印度餐廳,睇個裝修都幾靚仔,於是就決定去試一個午餐。

?Chandani Chowk Ki Tikki Chaat – $98
呢一個真係必試。餐廳經理同我哋介紹Chaat係一樣印度嘅傳統食物,而且唔同地方都有唔同款式嘅Chaat,我哋今次就揀咗呢一款。
加咗乳酪嘅呢汁非常之開胃,汁醬下面係雞同豆,雞唔乾,汁醬好味,勁推介!
?Chicken Tikka Amhara – $138
Chicken Tikka都係一個常見嘅印度菜,其實即係燒雞。呢個超惹味,雖然係燒,唔單止唔乾,仲好juicy!
?Hummus – Hummus其實係中東菜,就係以麵包去沾以豆造成嘅醬料嚟食。因為食完頭兩個菜之後,我同我朋友都已經有啲飽,但我哋又好想試呢個,所以就叫咗一個細啲嘅份量黎試,都幾唔錯!
?Paan ice cream – 呢個應該係佢哋鎮店之寶。Paan 中譯盤安,係一種香料。而呢個雪糕就係用呢種香料製造出嚟嘅雪糕,餐廳經理話唔係好多印度餐廳會有,但佢呢度唔止有,仲要係自家製,聽到係咁,就即刻點一個嚟試吓。口味係有少少特別,因為我本身都好鍾意印度嘅香料,我自己就幾鍾意,仲覺得好特別。

Delicious food with not expensive price, so worthy to go!
While I was looking for a nice Indian restaurant on internet, I found Carat and attracted by its decor, I decided to come to here to have the lunch.
This restaurant serves Indian, Italian and Mediterranean food but of course I order the Indian food in this restaurant.
I ordered:
?Chandani Chowk Ki Tikki Chaat – $98
I love this dish and highly recommend this one! The chicken are juicy. While the portion is big, the yogurt in the sauce balanced with other ingredients, making it my favourite dish in this meal.
?Chicken Tikka Amhara – $138
(char grilled chicken) – it’s always nice to have some juicy grilled chicken and again, the sauce makes it special and not replaceable. Another dish that I really like in this meal.
?Hummus
While both me and my friend felt a bit full already after the 1st two dishes, I am still so tempted to have this one, we checked and we ordered a smaller size one. Hummus is a traditional dish in Middle-East which is a dish that people dip the sauce with the bread and the Hummus here is quite good!
Paan ice cream
While I dunno what to order for the dessert, the restaurant recommended this one to us. He said it’s a in-house made ice cream and not easy to find in HK. Paan is very new to me but I found this ice cream is really nice, so I finished it in a heartbeat!
Lassi Mango – love it!
Last but not least, I want to thank you the hospitality of the restaurant staff, especially the Manager, Shyam. Your hospitality is definitely one of the many reasons that I will come back to have the meal again!
Excellent food and top notch service! Highly recommend this restaurant if you want nothing but the best Indian food and a great time with your bunch.
As I mentioned I’m on a Foodie mission to visit every Indian restaurant in Hong Kong, this was my 52nd. I have to say the curry is spicy enough, I requested it to be hot but nothing really wowed me about the lunch, which is perhaps the priciest this side of Victoria harbour & you don’t necessarily get the value.
At this price range I’d expect to have both rice & naan, & not just 1 of them. No soup as well so I left still a little bit hungry
I’d recommend going to Tagline in the same building which I’d rate as 5/5

N年前跟朋友遊印度??後,經歷日食夜食印度菜的短暫時日,從此回到港這麼多年都沒有再食印度菜的念頭,同行者也差不多,不是討厭,但就是沒有特別想再吃的想法。N 年過去,終於不再抗拒印度菜??

用香料及乳酪醃好然後烤的雞,是常見的印度菜,相片是半份,有2隻大雞髀,味道偏濃及咸。
A traditional dish in Indian restaurant, the chicken is seasoning by yogurt & herbs and then grill. This pic is half portion and there were 2 big chicken legs. A strong taste and bit salty for me.

是西印度一個地方的羊肉咖哩,我地因為想食羊肉咖哩,但即使睇menu 都唔知有咩分別,所以叫侍應介紹,侍應介紹了這個,很香,羊肉唔羶,稔又很入味,而且不辣(因為友人唔太食得辣,所以同侍應講less spicy)
Curry lamb, we actually don’t know the different between a list of curry choices in the menu. This dish was recommended by waiter. And it was very delicious, no so spicy as you can tell them the spiciness you can tolerate.

Naan, I miss this so much. I will order every time I saw it in the menu. This one was traditional one. It was hot, smell & soft. A perfect match for curry.

2款都是印度菜必點的飲料,lassi 是類乳酪的飲品,而Masala Cha 類似香港的奶茶,不過加了Masala 這種香料,但香料不是人人喜歡,我卻十分懷念,Masala 在香港不是所有印度菜都有,有機會大家可以試試。

Worst dining experience of my life in all of Hong Kong.
Hosted a lunch with 11 people 4 days ago only to experience a disaster of epic proportions on behalf of the restaurant. To start, once you order your food and drinks, be prepared to wait ONE HOUR for all 11 drinks to arrive the table after following up about 6 times, with several of them being wrong orders. In addition, from the time you order your food, people on the table get the food at drastically different times. Some people received their lunches 20 mins after ordering and some up to an 1 hour 15 mins after ordering. This is despite the food being ordered from a set lunch menu. Furthermore, expect some of these dishes to be wrong and to get sent back.
Upon sharing frustrations with the restaurant manager, Sasi, you will be met with the rudest and most arrogant restaurant manager in all of Hong Kong, claiming that a wait time of an hour for drinks is “normal” in Hong Kong. He then raised his voice towards us and told us we were not being fair as once again, our experience was “normal” for Hong Kong. He proceeds to slam the bill on the table infront of us, give an attitude and use hand gestures to point at the exit for us to leave.
Ironically, all this happened after hosting 2 parties at Carat prior to this…clearly giving them your business means nothing.
Avoid this restaurant at ALL costs, manager Sasi and wait staff Ali will be sure to provide you with the most dreadful dining experience you will encounter. They will rebuke all your complaints and tell you that you didn’t wait long for your food and beverages.
All the above happened with the restaurant being only about 60% full, I cannot even bring myself to imagine what would unfold if they were fully booked.
That being said, despite receiving a token discount at the end, it is the awful attitude of Sasi, the bartender on duty that day and Ali that would make me give this restaurant 0 stars if I could.
The table next to us also shared their frustrations wait us, after waiting close to 1 hour 15 mins for their appetizers.
Do yourself a favour to not spend a single cent in this establishment.

專揾特色嘢去食係我閨蜜興趣之一。今次她提議話食印度嘢,我又末食過感覺新鮮便跟她去試試。CARAT Fine Indian Mediterranean Cuisine 位於尖沙咀寶勒巷 一座商業大廈上面。 內裏佈置典雅,好有印度民族色彩;座位擺得闊落舒適。露臺外還有座位可供客人選擇和打下卞,不過在大熱天時的午餐食客當然揀選室內嘆下冷氣品嘗美食啦!
自助午餐每位會包一杯飲品。我們order了fruit punch和mango lassi。Mango lassi係用新鮮芒果和乳酪攪拌,好似芒果milkshake咁,甜甜酸酸味道濃郁。
食物方面亦多完化主打印度及地中海風情。頭盤有各式咖哩小食、腸仔、雞件、燒肉、天多利爐烤製的烤餅和芝士等等,皆用上多種印度香料去烹調;亦可隨意配搭不同醬料。例如murg badami、kuhumb haha pyaz、prawn masala外,還有一種極富印度色彩的醬汁dal triagna可供選擇。特別一提是在花園露臺外有㕑師卽場示範多種印度街頭小食如Pani Puri,有辣有不辣;係典型孟買美食。將肉汁、蔬菜、土豆混合,加入咖哩、黄油、洋蔥、香菜醬和少量檸檬汁製成,配上麵包一齊食;非常開胃。
自助餐當然少不了至愛的沙律。而紅菜頭雪梨沙律從末食過,感覺清新爽口;是我最喜歡。

即使唔係茹素的自己,都覺得喺人間美食。?
935 杏仁碎奶蜜浸芝士球 (Angoori Rasmalai)
嗅到一陣陣好重嘅薑味,我估計落咗薑黃粉,加埋算係甜到漏嘅煉奶糖水,裏面有4小粒「奶湯丸」嘅芝士球,口感上有啲「鞋口」,卻煙煙韌韌,表面灑上一層開心果碎與杏仁碎,整體黎講真係好match。
【高級印度餐廳】
好耐無食過印度菜,對上一次應該是很多年前在重慶大廈上樓的住家式餐廳。今次去試呢間亦都位於尖沙嘴開設的,走高級路線,用餐位置面積逾兩千平方呎,約300個座位,堪稱全港最大的印度餐廳。室內裝修有點異國風情又帶少許印度風格,食物方面以印度菜為主,主廚來自印度Grand Hyatt酒店。

Had heard a lot about CARAT …. So finally got chance to go there for a friend’s birthday celebration and experience was memorable .Manager and staff were extremely helpful and catered to our needs efficiently.We chose to sit outdoor and it was lovely. Pindi Choley and Banarasi Aloo was my personal favourite in our order . Veg biryani and pani poori was delicious too .Will go again definitely and highly recommend to all .
疫情緩和多日了, 已開始相約好友外出午膳聚聚。她早已訂了在尖沙咀寶勒巷的一間印度餐廳午膳, 進入餐廳裡看見吧檯前的天花板卦上了黃色丶白色的吊燈, 遠看仿似大小魚在水中央,很有特色丶很吸精,眼前一望露天平檯佈置清雅別緻,可容納四丶五十人!餐廳頗為寬敞燈光充足, 環境優雅,每張枱也放上消毒液,挺細心。
餐牌裡有多款不同的款式可供選擇,有正宗印度菜式及地中海菜式,侍應Manu殷勤招待,親自介紹食物,獲益良多。
我們最終選了兩款菜式~地中海式香草燒雞配薯條及烤紐西蘭羊膝配地中海特色醬,另點了三色地中海包籃~ 自家製中東鼠尾草包丶中東口袋包丶土耳其包。
地中海式香草燒雞配薯條, 肉鮮味美,肉質幼嫩又能保有肉汁,味道濃郁~讚??!亦有口感。
烤紐西蘭羊膝配地中海特色醬,入囗嫩滑,羊膝味道香濃,既香又軟冧,肉也離骨,肥而不膩,頗有嚼感。
最後加添 mango lassi, 一喝已知芒果份量十足,清甜度適中,很滿足呵!
印籍朋友推介這家他家鄉菜館,員工全是印度籍,正好練習英語會話?
高樓底加上透光窗内裏好開揚,侍應殷勤介绍了幾款菜,我選了其中兩道餸:
招牌天多里乳酪香料烤雞(半隻)及
摩洛哥烤紐西蘭羊架配石榴汁,薯蓉及彩虹甘筍
主食是:
番紅花香草印度長米飯
招牌烤雞果然招牌菜, 醃得入味,但不過火,雞肉仍然嫩滑鲜味,更嘗到乳酪香氣,伴碟蔬菜好別緻,必試菜式??
烤羊架是菜單中地中海菜式部份,薄切羊架烤得香脆可口,底墊大量伴碟配菜,薯蓉美味可口, 西蘭花,椰菜花,翠玉瓜清甜, 配搭合適??
主食印度長米飯熱腾腾又香氣撲鼻,不用其他食物伴食,亦已經十分搶口感,無揀錯??
雅緻環境,高素質食物,又一好食處????

We ordered food from this restaurant and some of the dishes were okay and others were bad.
First the Sun dried tomato Naan and Onion kulcha. We didn’t get the Naan, instead we got something with red chilli flakes. I don’t know how it could happen bcoz i don’t see it in the menu. Probably they substituted it bcoz chilli flakes are cheaper then sun dried tomatoes.
Paneer makhni should be renamed to Sweet thick tomato soup with Paneer. It was too sweet and completely lacked any other flavour.
Veg Awadhi rolls – we got four rolls which were a bit dry. They probably expected us to pair it with water as they did not give a chutney or at least a ketchup packet to go with it. The sweet tomato soup served well with this. If I get such a sloppy presentation, I wouldn’t call the restaurant fine in any manner.
Finally- the only dish that even made me give one star more. Punjabi dum aloo. We gave instructions to make it spicy and they delivered.
Probably we ordered the bad dishes. This is just our experience.
Most of there waiters don’t have any clue about menu. They very frequently mess up starters with main course specially when you order take awag .. like bharwan aalo in started but they will make it like main course. Not sure if it’s intentional because it happening too frequently. Or they expect us to open each box and check? Quantity also fluctuate in take away vs dinning.

It is very reasonable and with best ambitious restaurant for lunch and take away. I strongly recommend the Carat
Curry and salad are very good. Dessert is very very normal very expensive, it cost $88 . I don’t recommend to order any dessert here.

有室外座位勁Chill 印度地中海餐廳
平時食開西餐、日本菜、泰國菜、港式食物….印度菜食過嘅次數我諗10次都冇?喺香港呢個人多地少嘅地方搵一間地點方便、環境寬敞餐廳都算難。難得有人介紹我去呢間餐廳,好耐冇食過印度菜嘅我哋就決定一試?
到達餐廳後先會經過酒吧位置才到室內用餐空間。酒吧旁邊就有度門通出去戶外位置。嗰度擺放咗好多唔同嘅綠色植物,地方又夠大,如果唔係天氣太熱嘅話我係會選擇坐戶外,好好咁享受吓寧靜嘅時刻。
▫️Lavender Lemonade (HKD58) – 呢間餐廳有好多特色飲品選擇 (有酒精及冇酒精飲品都有!)。唔想飲酒嘅話飲呢杯有薰衣草味嘅lemonade都唔錯!成杯檸檬水充滿住花香味,感覺清新。我哋拎埋杯飲品出戶外位置一邊打卡一邊飲?直至食物送到上枱我哋先返入去。
▫️秘製乳酪醬咖喱薯角 (HKD88) – 咖喱薯角Samosa 呢款印度小食係店員推介我哋食,話因為有乳酪嘅關係味道帶點酸,好醒胃。三角形嘅咖喱角裡面塞滿餡料,每一隻都漲卜卜好得意。
▫️天多里烤自家製茅屋芝士球(HKD138) – 呢碟茅屋芝士一上枱就俾賣相吸引住,嗰幾塊紅、黃、綠青椒同埋茅屋芝士球結合賣一起,令人忍唔住相機食先?店鋪自家制paneer,每日新鮮製造,店員話製作過程都幾複雜及需時。我第一次食 paneer,有啲似豆腐軟綿綿咁。味道就有淡淡奶香。
▫️印度果亞椰香咖喱龍脷魚柳(HKD128) – 去食印度菜冇理由唔點咖喱呀。我哋喺海鮮類揀咗龍脷魚柳,要少辣因為我嘅同伴怕太辣食唔到。結果叫少辣個咖喱味道真係啱啱好。味道辣得嚟唔會過於濃烈,加上香氣十足,好味呀。
▫️牛肉烤餅 (HKD38) – 叫咖喱點可以唔配烤餅呢。一籃烤餅大約有3、4塊,外層好脆口,一啲都唔覺好厚粉。配埋咖喱醬一齊食真係啱晒??餐廳提供嘅烤餅種類印滿了一頁紙,真係揀烤餅都有排揀。
印度+地中海菜喺同一間餐廳出現比較少見。由於選擇太多嘅關係,今次只係試咗印度菜咋。地中海菜唯有留番下次先啦。
第一次食
平時食中餐西餐日本餐都食得多,但係就好少食印度菜,今日下午一於和Queenie去食印度菜。今次去了尖沙咀寶勒巷 一間商業大廈食印度菜。餐廳叫CARAT Fine Indian and Mediterranean Cuisine 。
餐廳環境地方好大,行得好自然舒服,空間感好高。而且餐廳格局都幾有特色,裝修和擺設感覺都像一間高級餐廳,職員嘅服務和態度都幾好,會問我們要不要倒水,又為我們遞上餐巾,其中有一個職員又會提到餐廳餸菜的特色,介紹他們家鄉的風味 。埋單387元,連加一服務費,平均每人193.5元。
孟買石榴脆香米,78元
這碟好大碟,份量好多。味道有點特別,第一次食,裡面有一些似短麵條的,又有一些半脆狀況的脆米粒,又有一些生洋蔥粒,又有一些水果石榴粒,又有一些脆脆的一粒粒東西,總之就是從來未見過,亦都未食過。上面還有少許綠色醬汁。全部稍稍攪拌,食下去有點清新的辣感,我猜想應該是因為有生洋蔥,至於石榴粒無疑是令鮮甜感提高。78元這樣大碟,食完都飽,但不感肥膩。
爐烤秘製香料鯖魚柳,148元
一碟有四大件,有配特製綠色醬汁和伴隨檸檬。將兩者添加到鯖魚柳之中,微酸的,感覺不乾不硬,有點像食”肉”似的,質地比較厚實。
忌廉蘑菇黑松露湯,68元
這個十分喜歡,裡面有豐富的蘑菇黑松露,黑松露好香,與忌廉蘑菇的配合簡直匹配,材料足,質地不稀,調味適中,好好飲。飲完還想多叫一碗。哈哈。
特飲Lassi mango,58元
賣相好美,橙黄色的芒果特飲,芒果感好重,好濃郁 ,不算太甜,甜度適中,上面還有一些芒果茸,相機先食,影得美美的。
One of the best Indian food. Both the taste and food variety are superior and the venue decor is of high taste. Price is comparable and slightly higher than other Indisn cusine.

這餐晚飯約會可說是等了又等,原本想著幫朋友慶祝生日,但郤因自己的意外而一再延期,直到六月初才相約出來,由幫人慶生變成幫自己慶祝重獲自由,點都好,現在出街要找個理由,食飯都要找個理由的。是日到訪《CARAT Fine Indian and Mediterranean Cuisine》
香港想食正宗咖喱的地方唔多,通常都會聯想到重慶大廈,但係果度俾人感覺人流比較複雜,行近大廈門口就有”熱情的招待” 唔係一般人受得了,而呢間《CARAT Fine Indian and Mediterranean Cuisine》位於寶勒巷既盈豐商業大廈,上到去成個環境會令你覺得置身於印度異國風情,感覺真係唔錯。
餐廳入面分為三部份,一進去是很Chill的酒吧。
另外兩部係一邊係室外一邊係室內,而家呢個天氣我就選擇咗坐喺入面涼下冷氣,當然室外都會有吹風機,而且室外環境都好乾淨企理的。
餐廳入面非常寬敞,坐位亦吾會迫狹,環境舒適。每張枱都會放置一盞枱燈,燈光暗暗的營造出一種格調。這裡還有一個用玻璃相隔的「開放式廚房」喔。
望吓個餐牌,有前菜餐湯至到甜品飲品,都有好多特別嘅菜式,餐牌內款式眾多,但分類清晰,除了有中英對照,每道菜式都有詳細介紹,十分細心。
?馳名牛油蕃茄咖喱雞 $138
賣相精緻,呢款牛油咖哩雞,加左牛油同蕃茄汁一齊煮,食落重奶油味,帶有甜酸的惹味感,加埋啖啖無骨既雞肉,好易送飯送薄餅等等
同埋佢都幾足料,因為食晒個飯加烤餅都仲有雞淨,138呢個價錢係非常抵食的。
如果你想吃落重香料、重口味又或著重香草 、呢道菜應該可以滿足到你。
?蒜香烤餅 $38
烤餅上面撒有碎蒜和牛油,Garlic味道十分出眾。越吃越滋味,一客共有三大塊, 每塊表面都沾上蒜粒 和香草, 而底部就烤至帶些焦燶, 蒜香味並不突出, 但口感柔韌, 也不錯!
烤餅配左兩隻醬汁到來。逐一蘸上,先是奶白色的薄荷乳酪, 微辣中帶點薄荷香, 味道挺清新; 咖喱色的印度咖喱醬,微辣當中帶一點香氣並有點辛香,惹味得來亦不會嗆喉,配烤餅最美味。
?乳酪番紅花薄荷羊肉香飯 $158
「Gosht Biryani @mughlai dish made with New Zealand mutton, basmati rice, yogurt and onions, flavoured with mint and saffron, served with mirchi ka salan」以上呢一個菜式我見每一台都有點,好似係呢一間舖頭嘅招牌咁。
番紅花係印度美饌,簡單溫和、卻沈穩平衡的香料組合,呈現成印度料理真實、多層次風味。用落呢一個飯度有相當嘅驚喜。
香飯用上各種香料和印度米,番紅花的天然顏色呈現金黃色,多吃幾口飯便會覺得小辣。個飯個名稱有乳酪,其實係另外配上的,根據個人嘅口味可以隨意添加,我覺得加咗嘅話會多一個層次感。

店員放低杯嘢飲之後都講咗句我啱啱新鮮打起的。芒果酸奶飲落帶清甜清幽既芒果香,甜度適中
食完呢餐飯後,人都開心了許多。現在的狀態只差一兩步,逐步來,亦開始逐漸恢復朋友聚會,又即將會有新的挑戰,肯定會更加積極,更加開心!

Very nice food, good ambience but service is WORST.. They took 50 mins to serve the main course nd i lost my appetite by the time the food was served.. Most of the ppl felt the same.. Hotel must focus on the customer service first!!!!!!!!

北印度香料阿姆利則魚— ?一條條嘅炸魚亦都係印度菜嘅常客,而佢哋所整嘅炸魚就唔係用鱈魚,反而沿用返家鄉嘅特產阿姆利則魚,?特色就係魚肉經過油炸之後仍然保持咁濕潤,冇鱈魚咁一片片分明不過仍然有結實嘅肉,?至於外皮當然亦都唔淨係脆漿咁簡單,包左一層咖喱醬,?咁就可以唔使點汁嘅情況之下都仍然感受到咖喱炸魚柳嘅感覺,?當然旁邊有咁多款嘅咖喱亦都可以每一款都點一下睇吓邊一款咖喱最啱自己口味?

馬沙拉咖喱烤雞— ?馬沙拉係一種由多種香料混合起來的調味料整成嘅咖喱。?整體嘅質感都係偏乾身糊狀。?至於味道嘅話就會以大蒜、薑、洋蔥及以印度辣椒製成嘅醬。?所以整體嘅味道係又濃又有少少辣,?用嚟點飯食或者一點薄餅絕對係一流?
孟買脆脆— ?可能睇啲社交網站都會知道脆球絕對係印度嘅一大小食,炸好嘅脆球每一個都乾身脆卜卜,?食嘅時候員工就會先喺頂頭開一個窿,之後放入拌薯仔,?另外再比多一倍選擇用嚟喺食嘅時候擺入幾羹酸汁,?即刻邊度係一個幾新奇嘅開胃菜 ?
烤咖喱土豆泥煎餅— ?印度菜都會有煎嘅時候,亦都係對薯仔呢一個食物有多一重嘅烹調方式,?將咖喱土豆一煎煎到係深黃色,唔使再加調味都已經聞到咖喱嘅香味,?至於裏面當然就係熱辣辣嘅薯仔蓉,?如果係作為街頭小食絕對係一流?
鮮奶布甸— ?除咗咖喱同埋脆球出名之外,甜品亦都係印度嘅一大特色,?呢一個鮮奶布甸驟眼睇就好似同我哋喺甜品店嘅一樣,?食落口嘅感覺就真係有些少唔同,?係會感受得到成個布丁都結實啲,?而且都有一定嘅黏性,奶味依然係充足,?通常印度甜品俾人感覺都係好甜,呢一個就出乎意料甜度適中啱啱好?
Mango Lassi— ?飲品之中以芒果Lassi呢一個最為出名,?非常濃郁嘅好似乳酪質地再配上甜嘅芒果,?絲毫都感覺唔到酸味,?非常飽滿而且喺喉嚨裏面到有拖延嘅甜味感,頓時就真係感覺去咗印度一樣?

呢啲天氣唔知點解特別好胃口,所以我今次就同朋友搵咗一間都幾特別嘅自助餐。呢間餐廳係提供印度同埋地中海菜嘅自助餐㗎!所以都真係好特別下。先講吓呢間餐廳個環境先,我覺得餐廳嘅座位真係坐得好舒服,而且空間都好足夠,出邊自助區都有好多款式嘅嘢食可以攞。無論係魚雞定係羊都做得好出色好入味!除此之外出邊戶外都仲有嘢可以攞㗎,有當地嘅特色小食可以試吓。而我自己最鍾意嘅就係Pani puri脆球,可能係因為佢醬汁嘅關係,我覺得呢啲天氣有啲酸酸地嘅醬汁真係特別醒胃同消暑。至於飲品方面,每人都會提供一杯飲品,我就試咗最有特色嘅mango lassi,我覺得呢杯飲品個芒果味都好重,整體來講我都幾滿意㗎!如果大家週末想食自助餐都不妨考慮吓呢間餐廳。
我食午市自助午餐,食品唔算豐富,勝在廚師有誠意,印度香料唔係個個人啱食,我都幾接受,所以感覺都唔差。
