好吃但不便宜的燒肉

Amazing food–refillable side dishes and eggs, three types of sauces (Korean sweet sauce, oil and salt, miso) that accompany the meat perfectly, and most importantly, fresh meat. The kimchi could’ve been more sour and less spicy for my liking, but since it’s free there’s nothing to complain about.
The meat is decent and overall experience is good but beware the ventilation is not that well inside the restaurant so you will smell smokey (don’t wear nice clothes)
昂貴,但當你想念香港的韓國肉店時
A Korean restaurant specialised in roasting beef and pork on your table. People were nice and the environment was OK. Beef and pork were over than average Korean restaurants. But others like jjigae and noodle were not that bad not that good. Hall was big, so it felt good even when it was full. Price was kind of high.
Very good Korean BBQ, kimchi had a lot of oomph and spice, the cooking plate was replaced very regularly, the meat was good quality, staff very friendly. Especially want to emphasize that they leave enough space between tables which creates a cozy atmosphere and allows private conversations over BBQ. At weekends they have long queues, I recommend booking in advance. We arrived with two people and got a table after a short wait. The smoke/smell management seems better than in other places. Can recommend!
The servers didn’t really have time to check on us, and seating was limited for > 4 people. It was very hot where we were sitting and had to ask them to turn on the A/C, which they did. Otherwise pretty cool that they cook eggs on the side of the BBQ plate while the rest of your food cooks as well.

Korean bbq can’t miss. Good selection of grilling items from mushrooms and vegetables to beef and pork. Meats are prepared and sliced and very tender and flavourful.
去年三月份和女友去過韓國首爾,那時品嚐了當地人氣韓牛燒肉,韓牛的油脂絕對是一試難忘。回到香港之後我們一直都沒有機會再吃到,而且因為疫情關係,短時間很難再去吃了?
上星期是女友生日,收工之後去了尖沙咀和女朋友走走,在街道中看到這家在香港挺有名氣的燒肉店,上樓見到這家店的位置很闊落,看一看餐牌價錢也合理,因為是平日很快可以就坐,點了幾款招牌菜。
小菜
泡菜、生菜沙律,酸酸甜甜,清甜開胃,還有醃洋蔥,是可以無限任添。
韓式炸醬麵
炸醬麵是在韓國的國民料理,將麵條和炸醬混合均勻,味道甜甜鹹鹹,十分開胃。
喜來烤肉
切成薄片並捲成一朵花,配上特調醃醬汁,輕輕燒兩面即成,口感嫩滑,油脂分布平均。
牛肋骨肉
很貼心,上桌時已經去掉肋骨上碟,是一片長長的肉,入口即溶,並沒有很重的燒烤油膩感。
調味牛護心肉
屬牛的橫膈膜和肝之間的肉,每隻牛只有幾百克,非常珍貴,味道濃郁,可配上燒肉醬入口,甚具咬口。
特製的烤盤凹坑分成3格,分別放上蒜頭麻油、泡菜蛋漿和純蛋漿,烤爐熱力慢慢將蛋漿煮熟,以爐邊蛋作結,滿足了女友最後的生日願望☺️
店員態度友善,進內會幫客人探熱和提供搓手液,亦會主動幫客人換鐵板、添小菜,推介招牌菜,餐桌間亦有隔 1.5 米和最多4人一枱,值得一讚,但留意有限用餐時間1.5小時和有部份店員為韓國人,可能需要用英語溝通。

熱愛追棒韓劇既好姊妹今晚又帶我食韓國野, 尖沙咀金巴利道一間韓國烤肉, 設於樓上舖, 平日晚餐廳已經什有人氣, 全場爆滿。
餐廳裝修樸素, 以灰色水泥牆做主調, 打造了韓國地道餐廳氣氛。而且座位闊落, 坐得鬆動。
入座先送上韓式小食、生菜同埋注入爐邊蛋 (分別有泡菜同埋芝士兩種口味), 呢D都可以免費無限量添加。
除左烤肉, 還有不少韓式熟食選擇。至於烤肉類, 豬同埋牛款式較多, 我地兩個牛魔王, 想每款試少少, 就揀左【二人拼盤套餐-壹頭牛】HK$520
套餐包括有喜來稀肉、牛五花、特級牛頸、牛肋骨肉、調味牛排骨, 8個紫菜醋飯同埋兩罐自選果汁,
調味牛排骨醃得很入味, 味道甜甜的; 特級牛頸牛脂分佈平均, 入口鮮嫩; 牛肋骨肉較有趙口; 牛五花牛脂比例佔一半, 薄切更易迫出牛脂, 烤至甘香, 用生菜包住食唔錯; 卷成花形既喜來稀肉, 同樣薄切, 牛脂不多, 肉味較重。
不同部位既牛肉, 配上鹹鹹地既紫菜醋飯食, 飽肚又可以平衡口中既濃郁味。
額外加左$10轉左芒果汽水, 餐廳先家調製, 不過唔太夠氣, 似芒果汁多D。
另外我地散叫左【炸醬麵】HK$95
炸醬麵為常溫, 麵質中心有少少煙韌, 炸醬份量幾多, 撈埋一齊食, 感覺很漿口, 但炸醬味道偏淡, 醬油味唔太突出。
性價比之王….
一分錢一分貨, 都算好食同平, 可以再去食
Good food, very decently priced. Service was so so but might be bc Friday night and they were full house. Portions not bad and refills of kimchi was very generous. Recommended.

最近疫情稍有緩和,便相約好友下班後吃飯聚聚?朋友們很愛吃燒肉,我就提議韓燒,因為上次在喜來稀肉吃過的燒肉令我一試難忘,很想再吃?

這次光顧的是位於尖沙咀的喜來稀肉分店,在晚上的時候,排隊的食客有很多,建議各位早一點去等。食物的選擇和上次吃的沒有什麼變化,也是傳統的韓式食物和美味的烤肉,只是這個分店的套餐set少了飲料,需要另外加錢?

1. 壹頭牛燒肉套餐 $520
朋友和我也是牛肉終結者,所以點了這個全牛肉套餐?牛隻模樣的木盤上有五種牛肉,包括喜來烤肉、牛五花、特級牛頸、牛肋骨肉及調味牛排骨,每款顏色鮮紅及新鮮,真的是未燒先興奮?我和朋友一致覺得牛五花是最好吃,因為油脂相對較多,放入口中的滿足感是另外四種不能比擬的?隨餐還有一碟紫菜醋飯,有很香的麻油和醋香,配上滿滿的紫菜來吃,非常美味?

除了燒肉外,芝士和泡菜口味的爐邊蛋、泡菜、辣雜菜、醃酸瓜和生菜是無限refill,對於我這個大食人士是非常吸引?
This was one of the best Korean BBQ places I have ever visited. Delicious meats, awesome side dishes, good atmosphere and great service. I’ll be back.

Excellent taste of Korean style BBQ they serve, even their staff services may not be the best in the industry, but their food is gorgeous, and their ventilation system is very efficient so not much smell would be on your clothes.

上一次去銅鑼灣食完喜來稀肉,已經念念不忘,今次轉移到尖沙咀分店,不知道味道有沒有不同?這次同樣叫了牛肉套餐,但少了兩杯飲料?

?壹頭牛套餐 $520
這個套餐有五款肉,分別有喜來烤牛、牛五花、特級牛頸、牛肋骨肉和烤調味牛排骨。一上菜,發現全部肉都很新鮮,是鮮紅色的? 特別是牛五花長長一塊,較上次更大塊☺️

朋友和我最喜歡食牛五花,因為脂肪比例是最多,燒起來油脂芳香撲鼻,脂肪微微燒焦,會有特別的香味,再用生菜包起來,一點也不會有油膩感

調味牛排骨也很好食,因為本身用醬油和梨汁醃製,所以燒完會聞到醬油香和食到甜甜的味道,肉質也很軟腍?

喜來烤肉份量最多,好像有八片,而脂肪含量最少,所以食起來牛肉味最濃,但燒完一點也不鞋口,好食??

其餘兩款牛都不錯,簡單燒三十秒左右,再翻面燒,食之前蘸少少燒肉醬,冇得彈??
?醋飯
這間的醋飯也要大讚,因為我超愛紫菜,而紫菜量多到看不清下面的飯??醋飯小小一球,本身已經用麻油和醋調味,外層再用大量紫菜包住,煙韌美味?
?爐邊蛋
爐邊蛋可以無限refill,啱晒食完這麼多肉,轉換一下口味?個人比較喜歡食芝士蛋,芝士味襯托蛋香味,兩者味道都不會太over!但泡菜蛋則有點過鹹,泡菜味太重,搶去蛋味,食幾口就會膩?

同朋友一齊食飯不外乎都係飲吓嘢傾吓計,通常都係傾多過食。所以今次就揀間烤肉店,邊笑邊食邊吹水。等位唔算耐,等咗大概35分鐘左右就可以入座。一入到去都唔會太大油煙,個抽風系統做得幾好。因為有時都會怕食完燒肉之後成身烤肉味。
一頭牛套餐。樣樣有啲,一個拼盤可以試唔同部位。我自己鍾意食牛五花同牛肩肉,牛五花嘅肥肉會比較多,燒完之後好香牛既油香味。相反,牛肩肉嘅肥瘦會比較均勻,油香味減少令牛味會重啲。
招牌烤肉。係一個薄身嘅牛肉,捲到成朵花咁放落碟上枱。薄片嘅牛肉,放上烤爐,每邊燒1分鐘,done。配上甜甜地嘅,入口軟滑有牛味。
Glad decided to try this restaurant.
Love the beef bbq, and cold noodle. The portion is good, not too big not too small.
Bear in mind that during the weekend they only allow to dine in for 1.5hours.
