The Verandah is famous for afternoon high teas. The cakes and scones are delicious, and exquisitely made. The teas are aromatic and served in fine china. The ambience is luxurious but it can get noisy and packed especially on the weekends. Dress code is casual. $$$
半島的下午茶還是非常有名的。但是另個弊端就是人好多好多噢。我覺得味道真心一般性。吃個新鮮而已啦。精緻是很精緻的，適合一個陽光午後去下午茶。
well balanced buffet and kindness
内部装潢中西结合，有浓浓的港茶冰室风味，好似回到数十年前，很有味道。
從回舊地， 令人回想前事， 時間每分每秒過去， 就只有少量回憶藏於心裹。 記得細個第一次嚟半島酒店食飯，同樣露台餐廳食自助餐，由下車一刻眼球就被華麗風格牽引，半島酒店建於1928年，是香港歷史最悠久的酒店，融合東西方文化精髓，將歐洲設計帶到香港，到依家都無大改變，酒店內亦擺放的各種古蹟文物比客人欣賞。
Cozy and romantic environment, excellent food and service
卫生条件还可以。服务员很热情。以后常去。
Nice buffet with a good choice of fine food. Children section is ok. Salad section is filled with fresh veggie, a good selection of sauce.
Dessert is my favourite, from ice cream to chocolate cake, from cookies to raspberry sticks, delicious and finely done.
Worth a try. But not for those with big appetite.

Their food and service quality have fallback compared with 3 years ago and an new art museum will be builded and block the view from The Verandah. Disappointed dinner buffet. Tonight is Asian Food night, Thai, Viet, Chinese, Japanese foods served, however the Thai soup is salty although other seafoods are fresh. Mango and strawberry sorbet like artificial taste more than made by fresh fruits. I also heard the waiter chit chat with tourists, but he said something bad about Hongkongers in front of tourists, I sat near the tourists, I felt embarrassed.

晚飯選了這一家高級自助餐餐廳, 氣氛很好. 服務員都很有禮貌. 對比其他酒店, 未必算是最抵食, 亦未算最多款式食物, 但來這裡, 主要都是為了氣氛吧?

Provides probably the best buffets in the territory. Atmosphere and service are impeccable. Very wide choice ofdiffetent food. on.the pricey side. Must book ahead.

We went back this year for the Chinese New Year day lunch buffet because we were so impressed last year. Service was still good but everything else was disappointing. Both the variety of dishes and quality of ingredients have nosedived.
Reasonable price food available for lunch and dinner. Plenty of seating area .

Food is fresh and good. Love the desserts. Fantastic service. Waiters were very prompt in clearing empty plates, but yet did not feel them hovering around.
Did not give 5 stars simply because instead of giving me a pot of tea, I was only given 1 cup, and it was non refillable.
One of the best buffets in town. Dish variety is not as plenty as other five stars hotels like InterContinental’s Harbourside, but overall food quality is definitely top notch. Sashimi is surprisingly fresh for a buffet. Desserts and seafood are the highlights.

半島酒店一樓，V，自助晚餐每位838/元另十10/%，食品不錯，鮑鱼，龙虾仔等丰富，環境优靜，不愧稱六星級以上稱號。
decent place with good selection of food
Excellent service. Quality of Sushi and sashimi are the best in all buffet I have dried. Desserts are good too. You can also try the hand made peninsula chocolate in the buffet. The price of over HKD900 per person worths.

Not exactly a wide array of food compared to other buffets, but the service is lovely & the food is of high quality. Love the seafood & the little dessert corner with the Peninsula’s very own delights!
