One minor complaint. They removed the mango shrimp salad from the appetizer cart. They should bring back!
上星期日試過它的 Brunch，有些失望。生蠔，牛肉 Tartare，燒牛肉都唔錯。其餘麻麻，選擇少，所謂36個月西班牙火腿不是現切，魚子醬不是魚子醬，長腳蟹衹是蟹鉗部份，很少肉，有取巧之嫌。湯是番茄湯。服務員工唔夠高級餐廳的經驗，每人收費超過8百元，不如去我的至愛，同一集團在灣仔的茶園。
Professional services. Delicious and quality food. Safe and comfortable environment.Highly recommemded.
Lunch set又飽又好食 價錢係貴但比得值
It’s quite a decent dining experience. A few dishes we ordered were actually prepared in front of us. I love the oysters, soup and dessert. Steak and beef tenderloin are above average.
But the chocolate they served after the dessert is way too sweet and a bit disappointing.
Yum. The lobster bisque is one of the best in the city.
Cozy place, staff are nice and service is good. The appetizers and desserts are served by trolley, very interesting.

餐廳內環境優雅，侍應有禮。食物方便十分新鮮，味道亦很好。頭盤選了ala carte形式，由沙津到冷盤， 可以任選沒有限制，就是吃頭盤都可以吃飽。(不過建議真的不要吃太多，酒店餐廳要注重禮儀，同時怕吃不下主食)
主食方面我點了燒牛肉，老婆點了龍蝦，都十分出色，絕對是5星酒店水準。還有10多款甜品，雖然只可選2件蛋糕，但是由於每件不小，3件一定太多。(對女生來說1件可能都夠了)
最後麵包真的吃不下，侍應有貼心幫裝到紙袋帶走。 (老婆很節儉)
唯一要挑剔就是我們挑坐圓枱位，梳化有點矮，手會有點累，建議身高不夠的人還是乖乖坐方枱位較好。價錢也比一般酒店餐廳貴2-3成，算不算貴就看個人消費能力。
總括來說，是一間出色的餐廳，有機會我會再去一次。

The prime rib is really an excellent dish. It’s not just about the meat and tenderness, but also the service and other ingredients.
咁多間酒店buffet當中，啲間係至正嘅。雖然價錢係貴同款式唔多，但食物全部高質。已經第二次幫襯了，最鍾意佢個Sunday Brunch，食足3個半鐘?

Excellent prime rib. It’s an interesting decision to cut and serve right in front of the guests (another famous prime rib place serves near us but not directly for us to see). We were the first table to get prime rib for the evening so they carted over a whole piece with 2 ribs and I was ecstatic! Somehow I thought we would each get 1 rib but a big piece of the edge is cut away and then 1 rib was cut for 2 servings. Although it’s more than enough food for us, it feels bad to see portion size get reduced if you know what I mean. Also, the 2 pieces weren’t cut straight so one person definitely got more than the other. Either way, the meat was cooked perfectly as we like and remember to eat fast before the fat coagulates.
The mashed potato, hash brown, creamed spinach were subpar and the starters/salad definitely aren’t worth it.
Will come back for the bread and prime rib for sure.
Pro tip! If you celebrate your birthday here, they serve these little ice cream balls dipped in chocolate. A really nice surprise ending to an awesome meal!

For such an aclaimed place my food was very average.
We were being entertained so wouldn’t comment while there. Service was good as expected and it is a sumptuous traditional place but not great food.

公司提早食團年飯，細心預備定餐具畀我仔仔，仲有杯暖水♥️，頭盤麵包，好香，新鮮軟熟，仔仔好開心，頭盤餐車好有儀式感，多款選擇，相信素食者，都一定有唔少嘅高品質菜色可選，特別係波菜雪梨，好清新！
主菜，牛（唔知全名），肉質好好，冧滑，我自己又鍾意食肥肥地，真係啖啖爆汁！ 其餘選項，有龍蝦，有魚，素食今次未有品嚐。 甜品餐車，其間四圍走，已經好期待，因為實在太吸晴，我食左tiramisu, opera , 雪梨塔，伯爵茶塔，芒果蛋糕，芝士蛋糕！ 份量多 ，每人可選2款甜品及2款水果，最後嚟杯cappuccino 收尾，滿足！ 服務態度非常好，感謝招待！

Have been coming here for Christmas Day lunch for many years but it seems shrinkflation is catching up with the venue. Selection very narrow this year, mains were repetitive vs prior years and perhaps a little uninspired. For the price point may have to consider other places next year.

Exceptional quality with fresh lobster and oyster served. Have been craving to make a booking in Hugo since 2022 but booking is extremely difficult. Manage to grab a seat in 2023 and I’m a truly believer that it worth the wait
Lunch time is the best, never disappointed. The sale , the main course, the desert is everything. If you have the HSBC signature visa , there would be 15% off. Only 600 a lunch , seems expensive but it is really worthy. The service is excellent!!!!! Will recommend and revisit again !

Brunch是semi buffet形式
餐有湯，麵包，自助海鮮沙律甜品雪糕區，
自選主菜，餐甜品及餐飲
另可每位另加free flow 香檳／紅白餐酒
自助區地方不算很大
有凍海鮮，沙律，cold cut, 原件蛋糕／撻／甜點，
雪糕及水果
另Main course 有幾款可選，雖然係Semi Buffet Brunch但餐點是正常portion 所以都幾大份
食物很有質素
自助區貴精不貴多
職員refill速度都好密好快
凍海鮮區當日有龍蝦，龍蝦鉗，凍蝦，生蠔（好似係即開的）
龍蝦比較細隻但肉很厚，很彈牙
食落好新鮮，有去蝦腸的
（現時很多5星酒店的餐廳都無去龍蝦蝦腸）
順帶一提沒有外邊常見的刺身，但沒有感到失望
而甜品區選擇算多，看起來十分吸引
（需要多帶一個甜品胃）
水果區會有buffet中少見的芒果
算是一點小驚喜
個人很喜歡呍呢嗱雪糕（可配埋呍呢嗱汁）
滿滿呍呢嗱籽香氣
略略可改善的，是甜點區中的hugo朱古力應該是酒心朱古力，
酒味很濃，如果有牌提示比較好，可提示一下唔飲酒及有小朋友的客人

Comfortable space with good conditioned room temperature, teams is providing excellent services, good presentation of Appetiser and deserts through a vintage trolley. I had a roast prime rib which is delicious.
Ambience similar to 40 years ago. Pastries especially the baguette is not quite up to standard, crust not crispy and inside not soft. Lobster bisque just warm, quality of appetizers from trolley were not as outstanding as before. Roasted prime ribs is average. The best are the desserts.
Overall, the $800 plus per head lunch was below expectation.

星期六復活節假期可以由12：15 食到4：00, 小朋友enjoy 食物之餘，又可以同朋友傾到偈。 食物水準仲唔錯， 烤牛肉好諗。 個鴨肶賣相吸引， 肉嫩味美， 幾juicy。 優閒地享受一個下午的好去處。

Bookmarked 咗位於K11 art mall Hyatt Regency 既 Hugo’s weekend brunch 好耐。今次一心想嚟慶祝父親節，所以登特set定alarm book位。Weekend brunch 每逢星期六日都有，每位$858+10%。11:30-15:00有成三個半鐘頭，可以慢慢嘆。佢哋係以semi-buffet既形式，頭盤同甜品出去自己攞，主菜就每人揀一款。頭盤有、龍蝦尾、生蠔、shrimp cocktails, Parma ham, cheese 等。海鮮全部都好新鮮。主菜都有好多選擇，我哋揀咗龍蝦同佢哋signature 既roast beef。要注意啲兩樣要至少一日前預訂。龍蝦肉質鮮嫩爽口，Roast beef 冇得彈，肥瘦適中，五成啱啱好，食完有啲被溶化啦嘅感覺?。之於甜品方面，值得推介嘅有basque burnt cheesecake, hazelnut chocolate cake同napoleon cake。自家製嘅Bakery真係冇得輸。
個人覺得係一間CP值幾高既weekend brunch。

The orange crepe was amazing. It was not too sweet and with great orange aroma. I think dessert was highlight of the night.
Chicken was surprisingly tender and moist. Lobster bisque was flavourful. The garlic was also good. Steak and sides were lackluster.
Waitress was nice.
They also run credit card promotions. AE has 15% off. It’s probably worth checking what cards are running promotions
The ladies’ room was horrendous. Not only is it old, it is also mouldy. It also has a really bad odor that some actually left immediately after they came in
