Great restaurant at a convenient location. One of the best roast beefs in Hong Kong.
As a customer of some 40 years standing, but not having eaten there in the last three years I was most disappointed with my lunch this week. Told I should have ordered the beef in advance, my order was eventually accepted. Hors d’oeuvres were ok but the main course was spare, not a lot of beef, a baked potato that defied the description and a huge Yorkshire pudding that hid the deficiencies. Benny would have had a fit. Sorry but it was poor.

總結：之前晚餐去過兩次，但星期日 brunch 性價比好過晚餐，令我有衝動去寫評論。服務環境食物質素一流，非常滿意。適合重質不重量的人仕。不愛海鮮的人仕食晚餐比較好。六月尾去的。服務非常好，有求都盡量滿足，服務態度同對話比港島的君悅好好多。值得一讚。重點係廚房同外場人員管理工作環境夠乾淨企理，非常令人安心。詳細： 前菜自助餐 有魚子醬， 蝦 波士頓龍蝦 夠彈牙新鮮?。冇試蟹。愛爾蘭蠔 開得乾淨 入囗夠creamy又不太濃腥?， 雖然不夠肥大，畢竟6月尾未係season，但喜歡濃味蠔的人可能會失望。砵酒鵝肝醬 調得非常好，令人非常想添完再添，但為左身體健康都係要節制少少。招牌生牛肉入囗牛肉味非常香, 同生蒜蓉一起吃?。36個月parma ham 切得夠簿，有油香，剛好避過筋，配上剛好6月的哈蜜瓜? ?。 沙律菜新鮮美麗。可鮮搾果汁。蒜蓉法包外香脆內軟，低面都有蒜油?。湯今次係南瓜甘荀忌廉，淡玉桂味，但6月中飲就有D格格不入….因為南瓜玉桂始終係外國秋冬湯。主菜prime rib 要訂，非常值得食。薯仔薯味夠，但本人不太欣賞Yorkshire pudding ? 也從未食過好食的，所以不懂評論，只能說外觀上good enough. venison 好食唔硬，但喜愛濃肉味的可能不太喜歡。魚ok，皮脆，但可能部位剛好尾部肉有D硬。青瓜花的咖哩味夠，又不濃，不蓋過別的食物味道。?美中不足： 甜品同咖啡。本人覺得甜品除了梳芙厘，生果，同芝士蛋糕 之外都麻麻地。另外咖啡的奶似牛奶溝水/脫脂奶，令人失望。$755加一 尼講食物種類不多，但食物質素服務補上。 (有卡discount 就更值了)

Nice environment and the best Rosted Prime Rib from wagon in town, and the signature dish Lobster bisque don’t miss it.

one of my favourite fine dining restaurant, comfortable environment, it’ a good place for celebrating anniversary or birthday, highly recommend !

雖然主菜做得有點遜色，但頭盆、甜品、麵包籃都做得出色，配合餐廳環境和氣氛，整體而言感覺非常良好。

Stunning roast beef. Best in town.

Food is excellent although they recently changed the menu but the wine list is still great. Aaron the manager there still remembers me from almost a year ago, which was a surprise. A little pricey though otherwise this would be my go to place.
Warm cozy atmosphere that takes you away from the congested concrete jungle. They begin with a nice warm basket of breads that is hard to resist. But my favorites are the lobster bisque and roast beef (So good you must reserve prior!). All the other steaks aren’t ever a bad choice either. A must visit if your feeling protein deficient.

Pretty good selection of food and great ambiance! It was quite busy when I went but the service was still good! Their Sunday Brunch was outstanding.
Absolutely the best lobster bisque ever! Their brunch is also great, with tons of appetizers to choose from. The prime rib is also awesome.
