Had a very lovely experience at Hugo’s. Very accommodating especially when they learnt i was pregnant and couldn’t eat any of the appetizers and made me an alternative. Thank you so much!

Service was acceptable, sometimes the staff was not very responsive. The steak is hotel standard but there are better choices in HK. The light was too dim, making us very sleepy. Probably won’t come back again.
Exceptional food and service. The private booths are an excellent choice so book ahead. Highlight was the cherry jubilee which cooked on a cart at your table. Fish was also cooked to perfection – highly recommended.
I took my beef-obsessed partner here for his birthday and he said it was one of the best meals he’s had in the past few years! They had said brunch was booked for the next 4 months, so I booked dinner (and requested the prime rib in advance).
There are a lot of theatrics, like flambéing the lobster bisque and carving the prime rib table-side, but they’re not just for show, as the food tastes great too. Everything from the oysters to the creamed spinach was fresh and carefully made. And they clearly place a lot of importance on food temperature based on the way they serve everything.
Actually my favorite part was the croissant rolls in the bread basket. Crispy on the outside, and warm, soft, and buttery on the inside. I would’ve gladly agreed to the refill they offered, but didn’t want to fill up before our orders came.
The servers were pleasant, well-mannered, and attentive. And the vibe is cool too, with dark wood rafters, swords, and knight armor among the decorations.
Because it was my partner’s birthday, they also surprised us with some chocolate bombes filled with homemade ice cream, and some other chocolates.
Free 3-hour parking was the cherry on top.
Two small areas for improvement – the service was a bit slow (although the restaurant was just a little over half full and they seemed well-staffed), and the red onion tart tatin could have used more flavor. But these are minor points in the grand scheme of the whole experience.
This is an expensive restaurant even by typical fine dining standards, but I’m happy to pay top dollar for my partner to have such a nice experience on his birthday!

Place to go for that spoil yourself Brunch experience.
Signature Western restaurant of the original Hyatt Regency, Hugo’s was recreated for the new Hyatt. It comes with the original suit of armour guarding the entrance.
Hugo’s is a trip back in time to what a classic European restaurant used to be. Great choice for a Roast Beef lunch with all the trimmings.

Taste delicious and especially the lobster bisque was so great also the oysters and scallops was fresh.the British traditional dessert was fresh that have some mint flavor in it.
很好吃特別是龍蝦湯,十分濃郁美味。生蠔和帶子也新鮮,甜品很清新有少許薄荷汁上面有脆口的蛋白餅和配上雜莓。
It was a 3 couses lunch with friends. Cosy interior and very polite staff. Most food was sophisticated and well prepared. The slow cooked pork belly was a very nice surprise. However, the fish and lobster dish we had were a little disappointing…and…Coffee needs to be improved too…?…Sorry, I love my coffee…haha

The breakfast buffet in Hugo’s is over my expection. I ordered 3 more slices of lemon for my lemondade during my meal for the first 2 days. The waiter gave me six slices of lemon at the beginning on the third day. When he was on leave, he even told his colleague my preference and have the same level of service. This is quite surprising me. The buffet serves some healthy food, such as almond milk, chia seed, flexseed and homemade yogurt. They are all my cup of tea. Hugo’s weekend brunch is also very good. The rib prime is so tender. This is one of my favorite restaurants.
It’s a good and friendly restaurant. Lobe the ambience, the salad bar and all dishes. The lobster soup was cool.

今天是車爸爸的農曆生日就來分享新曆的慶祝午餐吧!素來愛牛的他為了我少了很多吃牛的機會,在這大好日子識趣的我安排了極盡口碑的美味牛肉給他。
說到城中牛牛之最少不了Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui的Hugo’s吧!
久未到訪Hugo’s依舊喜歡這兒高貴不俗套的裝潢,首次到來的車爸爸也十分喜歡餐廳的舒適感覺。
甫坐下侍應隨即送來熱烘烘的麵包籃,內裡有法包、洋蔥包及蒜蓉包,三款也非好味道塗上香軟牛油吃更加吸引。
我們同點上三道菜午餐,包括有自選頭盤、主菜、甜品及飲品,我們選上一份頭盤由侍應推來餐車從中自選心頭好,有足足有18款之多當中包括有各式沙律、新鮮海鮮、風乾火腿、蔬菜及芝士等可供選擇,喜歡的像我們全部也試上會好開心。
一份前菜選上餐廳招牌的Hugo’s Lobster Bisque龍蝦湯,喜歡吃得豐盛些其實可加$115升級至四道菜。
熱騰騰的龍蝦湯以黑椒點綴更能散發香氣,濃稠的湯色看得出美味度之高,湯內還有鮮甜的龍蝦肉喝得我十分愜意。
此刻氣派十足的銀餐車具已來到我們桌前,因為車爸爸選了Roasted US Prime Rib of Beef,由主廚Karl Steele於席前為他操刀切片上檯。
由俊男侍應淋上肉汁跟上薯菜連同燒牛肉完美送到車爸爸面前。
Roasted US Prime Rib of Beef燒美國頂級牛肋肉 $625,更會配上鬆軟香口的Yorkshire Pudding,令成件事更加錦上添花。
看見車爸爸吃光光燒牛肉相信他十分滿這個主菜。
而我則選上Roasted US Pork Belly烤美國豬腩肉$495,這個豬腩肉味道真的超級有驚喜喔!
兩件皮脆肉嫩的豬腩肉入甘香不油膩,伴碟的嬌嫩菠菜及滑溜法式薯蓉,沾上芥末籽紅酒汁共嚐味道非常銷魂。
來到最後的自選甜品環節仍然教我興奮,我們各自點上心水甜點和生果堆砌成豐盛甜美的個人大碟。
我選了朱古力拿破崙、栗子酥、芒果、士多啤梨、馬卡龍和白朱古力,朱古力拿破崙超級甘醇酥脆好好吃,栗子酥充斥滿滿香滑的栗子慕絲亦甜美迷人,生果夠新鮮當然是吸引之物。
而車爸爸則選了朱古力伯爵茶慕絲蛋糕、花生撻及跟我一樣的生果,我就最喜歡那細滑香濃的朱古力伯爵茶慕絲蛋糕了。
我們的餐茶還跟上兩片酥脆可口式蝴蝶酥,這個午餐實在太太太令人滿足喔!
最後多謝Connie送上Cream Brulee作車爸爸的生日甜品,令他的生日更加甜蜜幸福。

We ordered the roast beef and lobster lunch, got onion soup and lobster bisque, and a couple of oyster. Beside the oysters, everything was divine. I honestly think the portion could fit 2 people.
The appetisers and dessert offer great variety.
There is a private room for 8 -12 people, minimum charge is $1000 per head. Would come again for family gathering.

A very filling Sunday brunch, hors d’oeuvres, salads and home-made desserts are served as buffet, good food selection from lobsters, oysters bla bla bla to their ceasar salad to cakes and macaroons. Didn’t have much room for main ? …
Unless you really enjoy the food in the set menus, don’t bother with them as they are not worth the price but instead order a la carte. Much better value and actually eat what you want and not what cane with a set.
prime rib 好好食,龍蝦湯嘅湯好飲,但係裡面幾粒龍蝦肉好柴,甜品比較差,尤其酥皮類。服務幾好
Celebration good choice. Decoration use more wood and bright environment with yellow light feeling high end traditional western restaurant. Food quality no problem many year experience cooking chef. The roast beef especially end cut will personal like. the appetizer cart is very wonderful choice for what your want to select. finally the dessert is very happy to made by yourself to choose. everything is perfect must very high end price. Many year Hugo can keep the very good standard service and quality.
早前已經勁想食呢間? 咁但係因為太爆嘅關係早成兩個月book先book到? 不過都值得我期待咗咁耐☺️ 今日嚟食係食佢嘅set lunch,餐包係嗌完嘢食就會上,可以點牛油或者黑醋?麵包有啲會比較軟熟有啲就會比較挺身但全部都好香搽埋牛油超好食?
前菜係用餐車上,侍應會逐樣食物向你介紹,前菜冇限拎幾多款,所以差唔多每樣都要咗啲試下?好多都係平時食西餐嘅cold cut同沙律,但最印象難忘係有兔仔肉嘅凍肉批可以食?食落就好似普通肉嘅味,不過冇咁重/濃嘅肉味,都幾特別??同行嘅堅持冇食到因為佢話佢屬兔??
係confirm booking個時接線生都有問要唔要預訂一份prime rib of beef,聽講呢個係佢哋嘅signature 所以我哋都要咗一份? 上枱個時都係主廚係席前餐車切畀你特別有氣派?同咗佢哋講係share佢就會將所有嘢分一半咁上畀你唔洗自己再分咁clumsy? 肉質好嫩滑而且生熟程度大約係medium個人幾鍾意?牛味都好濃!! 伴碟嘅Yorkshire pudding都幾外脆內軟,食落有啲似油炸鬼?焗薯可以揀落咩配料,揀sour cream 同 bacon 就真係唔會錯?
另一份主菜要咗原隻大西洋波士頓龍蝦拼盤酥皮盒拼扒龍蝦?龍蝦肉實好結實爽口彈牙??酥皮盒入面填滿龍蝦肉超滿足?酥皮都好鬆化,不過個人覺得呢個相對冇prime rib咁驚豔到我?
最後甜品可以每樣揀兩款,另外會5-6款嘅macaroon 同水果可以伴碟?特別推薦opera cake?好有層次,咖啡味都好濃唔會好膩 Matcha macaroon有陣怪味?同埋佢哋出名嘅拿破崙都唔係好酥化,一切落去就散?拿破崙都係鍾意食帝苑嘅?
