1️⃣我FB呢到好少介紹酒類，多數都會post喺我飲食IG，其實我自己都幾鍾意飲酒，有時放工嘆番杯會好放空，食飯飲杯整餐飯會加分?。
2️⃣除咗紅白酒，威士忌外，啤酒都好喜歡，近2年更愛上手工啤酒，精釀啤酒五花八門，所以口味變化好大。
3️⃣呢間新開嘅手工啤酒吧?除咗20多款來自世界各地on tap新鮮手工啤外，仲有好多款樽裝手工啤啊，而新鮮手工啤仲會每星期轉換味道，等大家都有驚喜睇下會有咩新口味推出?我幾鍾意朱古力味黑啤，而果味清香都大愛，仲有款酸啤都好正。
4️⃣小食方面有南乳雞翼配藍芝士腐乳醬，另一款佐酒小食芝士蟹肉釀蘑菇勁邪惡，用上菇加入香濃芝士去焗，原來入面仲有蟹肉架，食落菇身好香又夠多汁。 –
唔太熟手工啤都唔緊要，老闆們會好細心介紹啱你嘅口味，可試少少試啱先叫來飲都得，另外真空設計嘅tap頭，仲可真空入樽咁外賣返屋企慢慢嘆。

友人與我都喜歡飲酒，由其係手工啤酒，每個星期都會有一晚找個特別的店鋪聚一聚 ，係無意中發現左係柯士甸路的一間酒吧。
店鋪前門係落地玻璃，入面既裝潢一目瞭然，同樣入面都可以望到街外景色。行入去， 你會望到吧枱上面有一個大型既板，上面列出酒吧入面20款來至世界各地的手工啤酒 ，每種手工啤酒都有個人特色，岩哂想試唔同口味既友人。想認真了解一下當中不同之處，除左可以係佢地既beverage list 睇，亦可以詢問店舖人員，每位都好樂意與你分享或建議。
雖然食物選擇不多，但味道都不錯。我與友人叫左芝士煙肉安格斯牛肉堡配薯條?（芝士熔化係芝士面上好惹味，煙肉又唔太咸，牛肉又香口腍身夾埋漢堡一齊食好滋味）；而慢煮煙燻燒烤豬肋條（味道岩岩好，個醬汁唔會太濃味，而烤豬肋條好入味，薯仔又熱辣辣好脆口）同惹味仙豆佐兩杯啤酒 最後埋單連埋加一 每人二百幾 價錢合理 值得再試。??

啤酒主打嘅餐廳竟然有茶供應.仲要唔錯！第一次試TWG Green Tea，好香綠茶味
肉眼牛扒好大塊仲煎得好香，薯條炸得好好味有驚喜！
漢堡包一樣唔錯，裏面嘅材料夾得好好，唔會好容易跌出嚟
漢堡也好juicy

想找個清靜得來又可以談天說地的地方歇歇？Tipsy Tap是個不錯的選擇。這裏燈光很是柔和，環境清幽舒服，最適合下班後來啤一啤。
這裏酒的選擇很多，且頗具特色，值得一提的是，有些是有rating的，方便第一次來或不常飲酒的人參考， 十分體貼。
啤酒方面，我們點了Go Banana, 是以香蕉牛奶作為藍本的啤酒，味道偏甜，十分冰涼可口，不錯不錯。
食物方面，由於我們都不太肚餓，所以我們點了兩個小食+一個主菜。先來的是芝士蟹肉釀蘑菇，一碟六隻，芝士味極濃，蘑菇配蟹肉口感很好。
另一道小食是TIPSY雞翼配芝士腐乳醬，雖然只有五隻雞翼，但每一隻都十分大隻，鮮嫩多汁，而且辣辣地的，十分惹味開胃。
最後就是雙重芝士雙重煙肉雙重安格斯牛肉堡配搭黑松露薯條，一上枱已聞到黑松露的香味，十分吸引。薯條頗脆，細細條的幾方便放入口，不過味道略為鹹了一點，而黑松露醬亦可增添多一點點。不過，安格斯漢堡就做得十分出色，單看賣相也很不錯，且十分足料，尤其是漢堡煎得剛剛好，保存了漢堡嘅質感和水份，所以十分多汁，口感相當豐富，正。
芝士煙肉安格斯牛堡(HKD88)~漢堡同薯條永遠都係喺埋一齊！好意頭！所以一定要點！SIZE剛剛好，唔會食到無哂儀態，而薯條比起大型連鎖店X噹噹為幼身，相對會脆身一點，而且配上青瓜醬及茄汁！雙重滋味喔！
肉汁四射安格斯嫩滑肉眼扒8oz (HKD178)~MENU寫著每日限量10份，女仔見到呢D字眼就會諗都唔諗叫咗先！我當然都唔例外！一嚟到見到賣相都好靚！伴著香脆薯條同燒過嘅番茄！7成熟，剛剛好並沒有over cooked，而且名乎其實的「肉汁四射」！
Midnight Hour( HKD64-260ML / HKD88-420ML )~雖然去到酒吧唔點酒係好哂！但身體不適，只好請店員介紹一D NON ALCOHOL嘅ITEM喇~最終點咗個420ML SHARE嚟飲，味道係酸酸甜甜，有D似蘋果醋，後來睇返MENU先知佢係用TWG的茶葉來釀製，係自家釀製的，相信喺其他地方唔會飲到！
柯士甸道呢條街內有好多高質餐廳。今次來到專飲craft 啤的Tipsy Tap. 都幾多人放工過黎Happy hour ? 環境好chill. menu 有多款啤酒類別，平時去bar 成日見到個名都5知係咩味，但呢間個menu 好體貼，有detail 介紹每種味道同酒精成份。 我點左得獎作，Nightfall, 好重cocoa 同coconut。 另外個friend 叫左個有Earl grey 味的低酒精濃度（3.6%) 的beer. 佢雖然5係好慣飲酒都覺得好易入口。
另外叫左佐酒的芝士蟹肉釀磨菇（$48）同fish & chips （$88）. 加左$20要黑松露醬。覺得黑松露味不太出，可不加錢試。每樣小食中規中矩，但價錢勝在好合理，佐酒還是很好的??！
總體來說，這裡談心一流的好地方?
啤酒比較多元化，限時推出既獨特口味更是可遇不可求，連我女仔朋友都搵到心頭好，重點老闆好健談，見識好廣?學到野

Their staff is very nice and professional. As I didn’t know what drink I should choose, they asked my taste and gave me two testers before I made the decision. Their drinks are distinctive and one of a kind. The pineapple cider is excellent and super refreshing. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lively but not too noisy. It is also surprisingly family friendly that clients bring their small kids here. Highly recommended.

岩岩既weekend同朋友係尖沙咀行街,約左人又未夠鐘,行過柯士甸路見到有間叫Tipsy Tap既Bar,睇真啲原來係間Craft Beer做主題既Tap Room,
見佢岩岩開門無乜人,於是入去坐陣飲杯野先
鋪頭既裝修都幾特別,感覺好relax,好啱幾個朋友吹下水飲下嘢。最吸引係一字排開既Tap,鐘意飲啤酒既朋友應該會好興奮.
Bar枱對上既menu list左唔同種類既啤酒,同埋佢地既成分仲有酒精濃度,都幾得意.
我地兩個人,一人叫左一杯飲. 我叫左杯 Peanut Butter Milk Stout, 入口順滑好香花生味.
朋友就叫左杯有咖啡口味既,有小小咸咸地既口感,佢話好得意好好味.
隨左啤酒我地仲叫咗Fish and Chips同埋雞翼,魚柳係用啤酒漿黎炸,入口有啤酒香味.
雞翼辣辣地幾好味,加埋blue cheese醬,竟然又好match喎!
最後我地叫左杯無酒精既Midnight Hour,店員講呢杯係發酵左嘅茶黎,但入口好surprise係有啤酒嘅口感既,好特別.
估唔到呢竟然搵到一間咁有驚喜既Tap Room,下次再黎過!
Very nice little bar with a good selection of Belgian and Belgian style beers, as well as the usual craft beer offerings. Prices beer reasonable, especially given the location.

They have 20 kinds + limited tap beers. And it changes sometimes. They serve fried beans as a basic snack. Their fries is very crispy. You can ask them you wanna try try a tap beer before ordering.

有不同手工啤選擇，又有專人介紹。
Cozy and quiet taproom with a wide variety of local and foreign craft beers on tap, and a bunch of bottled beers as well. The food offered is good, but sometimes the kitchen is closed and the full food menu wouldn’t be available.
A little gem of a pub !! Bartneders are really knowledgeable with a big shout out to Terry and MC and also Jay . If you’re a fan of real craft beer be it European American or Asian you’re in for a treat here . Prices are good too
What a lovely bar
Good pub with a selection of beers on tap and some tasty bar snacks. Think truffle fries, wings, chips, burgers… We visited on a Friday night and were asked to wrap things up by 7:30, which means that this is a popular hangout. Would visit again. However, I would not get the chips with the cheese and avocado dip. That was a bit of a disappointment.

decent place for craft beer aficionados as it got more than a dozen on tap. staff were friendly and knowledgeable. a bit expensive for some of the beers but probably only reflecting costs. can imagine how difficult it is to control costs, inventory and freshness of the kegs amidst often sudden govt closure of pubs during this WARS period. haven’t really seen similar beer variety on offer in other places in HK before. place was quite comfy and not noisy. good for enjoying craft beer alone or with friends.
The bar provide excellent unique beer , the staff are very nice, look forwards to go again.
