Great food, great service
Service good , product good taste .

Morton’s has grown to over 74 restaurants, but the vision is the same today as it was when we opened our first restaurant in Chicago in 1978. Quality. Consistency. Genuine Hospitality. Prime Beef at Morton’s is aged for 23-28 days is so delicious.
crab cake is also a yummy dish.
I had fun chatting some Filipino workers there. I loved the burger though they need more improvement on the buns but the patty was good. I enjoyed the food and that’s what’s important ? …
The environment is really good. If you seat near the windows you can have a great view of Tsim Sha Tsui. The bread before the meal is really delicious but the steak is not really special at all if you also consider the price here.

Fine dining steak house and spectacular harbour view from the 4th floor of Sheraton! Flawless food quality and great service! Fresh oyster, prawn salad and creamed spinach and the home made bread all stunned our tastebuds! Filet mignon is the best of the best – juicy and tender! Best served with horse radish! Birthday boy was rewarded a creme brûlée and a framed b-day photo taken by the staff! What a thoughtful restaurant! Really wanted to come here everyday ???? Definitely will come for another enjoyable dinner!
We came specifically for the sea scallops & souffle. Never disappoints. Super yummy! Great service too. Eventhough the place is a bit outdated.
Disappointed. It is supposed to be the best quality steak. But I have had better a a Salt Grass for much less. The price is not worth it at all.
Haven’t been for about a year, prices are up again.. getting too expensive for me.

It’s pretty average steak. The cooked outside is tough and flavorless. I almost feel like this isn’t prime meat but I wouldn’t think a traditional steakhouse like Morton’s would cheat on that. Service is mixed. Some waitresses just walk by without seeing raised hands. Disappointing in an expensive place like this. The grilled seafood is also just mediocre. Good but not awe inspiring. Even the tables are really close together. The manager was nice though.
Just like any other Morton’s, nice atmosphere, good steak and …. especially, good Martini…..
In southern China, you can only find Hong Kong and Macau with Morton’s…..
Booked window side table in.advance for nice Christmas Lunch. Unfortunately the lady at checkin did not verify our reservations as asked. It was Christmas so we went with the flow so as not to ruin our day. Ordered drinks and the special Set Christmas lunch… Waited, waited and waited for drinks, asked waitress and finally they showed up. Must have sat at bar for a while as my drink had a nice water/melted ice layer ruining our drinks as my wife’s was warm/a lemon drop should not be warm nor a Manhattan be watered down, especially at those prices. Manager had seen the drinks sat there during lunch as we placed them aside and ordered wine with lunch. Lost cause and a waste of time and money. Sad as our last visit for my birthday was great. I was so looking forward to a great lunch with my wife for Christmas… Would not doubt it if those drinks are not still sitting there, very sad for the quality restaurant this is supposed to be and usually is at other places around the world. We should of just ate at the Sheraton in house restaurants, the quality of food and Service in the Sheraton Hong Kong is exceptional. To bad Mortons a premium outlet cant compare.

quality wine provided. I like the offering of wine allow you to order a glass. suitable for small group with different wine preference.
the free offered bread is made with onion, super decilous.
I celebrate my sister bday at this restaurant,free dessert offered. also, they will print the bday star’s name on the menu. the service crew will also sign the bday card.
overall, a nice place for celebrate memory

I love the sliders at this place! It’s perfect as a quick snack. The bun is so fresh and delicious and the meat is cooked to perfection!

One of the best steakhouse in HK. they have brilliant cuts of steak and cooked into perfection. Wide range of appetizers, cold and warm ones. Service was great. Would highly recommend it.
餐廳位處喜來登酒店四樓，具懷舊風情。店內餐桌與餐桌間距離較近，有少許擠逼感。侍應服務態度親切，食物質素也不錯。方便的地方就是没泊車服務。

The definite highlight of my stay in Hong Kong this year, this is a top class steakhouse, with a great view, great menu, great service and fantastic quality food and drink. This is a place worth dressing up to go to and making it a special occassion. Easy to find within the Sheraton in TST, relax and enjoy. The portions are definitely american sized so you need to bring a full appettite. I have been here a few times and already looking forward to the next time I am in a city with a Mortons – sadly with Sydney having closed and hence none down under, its a 10hr plane ride to the nearest one!
Always a nice place for a great steak or a special occasion. Nice Harbour views with a window table (if available). Flawless staff service.

Excellent steaks and best crab cakes I’ve had in town. Friendly service is pretty rare these days. Will definitely go back again.
