一間質素非常高嘅餐廳，不論食物同服務都係一級的，但食物上枱嘅時間掌握可以再好一啲，個人黎講覺得有少少急。
Excellent experience dining and celebrating here. A photo-taking service was provided with a free creme brûlée dessert. Main dishes were very tasty, and table service attentive and exceptional. The broiled scallops in bacons and rib-eye steak were nicely done. Truffle fries were lovely too. The only downside was that a few Chinese waiters were chatting loudly as if no customers were there, making the venue a bit noisy at times.

Service was very good as on previous visits, but the food not quite as good as before. Having been several times over the last couple of years years, we felt the cooking of the meat had deteriorated, not well rested and under seasoned. For this price needs to be oerfect.

In general the food is great, we also ordered the deserts with good service. If you are looking for candlelight dinner with nice night view, it will be one of the good choices at this price range.
Group lunch! The quality of beef was so good. You even don’t bother to tell them well done or medium. They know what is the best quality. Love it.
Excellent restaurant with world-class services! It enriched the atmosphere of celebrating my wife’s birthday, provided its delicious food and wonderful seaview!
Best steak in town
Restaurant is crowded with customers, food is only normal and we had the special 3 course steak dinner. Before course 1, the waiter gave each table a huge bread for sharing, however, all the way when we were having dinner, we only have 1 steak knife, I thought at least they could have given us at least 1 butter knife.
The steak was so so, I do not think it is worth for that price. Lobster tail was okay. Side dishes we picked truffle fries, spinach and asparagus. Spinach mushroom was not that good as the spinach tasted a bit bitter…
for dessert, the legendary hot chocolate was nice, very happy with that.
in general, i think the price should be adjusted and the hotel is quite old, you can have better view in nearby location.

Not as elegant as before~ no more selection from the plate. Food standard is still consider above average for steak house.

Ordered the upgraded sets to be shared with our family members.
Even before we completed our starters, they brought all our mains and forced us to hold on to our starter plates… Seeing this, not only did they not stop but they just placed all the ordered food on the table, making us rush to finish our starter.

The entire experience and atmosphere was completely wrecked, despite having a window seat at 8pm which could’ve been the highlight for my wife’s birthday and the HK daily light show!
The manager asked what he could do and offered to re make the food … but how can you remake the atmosphere and a birthday celebration that has been completely wrecked.
I used to like Morton’s but this is appallingly poor, and I’ll need to make it up to my wife and our family !

生蠔新鮮，比較瘦削。餐前麵包非常好吃，帶點微甜，附上淡口鮮奶油。番茄湯濃郁，藍芝士醬沙律非常好食。
蘆筍薯蓉普通，煎三文魚中間比較亂畫，外面那一層有少許鞋口，伴碟的粟米豆莎莎不錯。
甜品相對上比較失色。

The oysters are fresh but abit thin. The bread before the meal is very delicious, with a little sweetness, and light whipped cream. The tomato soup is rich and the blue cheese sauce salad is delicious.
The asparagus potato paste is ordinary, the fried salmon is more tender in the middle, the outer layer abit tough, and the corn bean salsa with the dish is nice.
The desserts are relatively not nice as the food.

The steak is not good as I expected for the same value of money. Serveice is good but not excellent as being a restaurant in a 5 star hotel.
Not as good as when I had it in the states. The crab cake is tiny as well
