I came here for my birthday and loved it. Their food is absolutely amazing especially their steak. Their service was also great! As it my birthday, they even gave me extra food! Loved this restaurant so much! Really recommended!
Worth the price! Portions are huge, so take into consideration when ordering. Tasted pretty good and the staff was pleasant.
Solid restaurant and always a good experience. I was surprised that the martini was on the weak side and steak lacked regular crust. Still a great experience.
One of my all time favourite steak house, chunky crab cake best in HK, juicy steak pairing Kenwood red Zinfandel, what a treat!
Today after a long hectic day in office, joining friend for dinner at the Sheraton, deliberately arrived early, slipped up to 4/F for a vodka martini, shaken, not stir before dinner, all headaches forgotten! Always friendly staff, bartender, decent crowd, last, but not the least call me BOND???

最近新出咗 Surf and Turf menu, $688,好抵食,好抵食,真係好抵食!
Appetizers 揀咗龍蝦湯,少少辣,好 creamy,配上外脆內軟嘅洋蔥包,係好開胃。
主菜我揀咗 Filet Mignon & Lobster Tail,老婆就揀咗 Filet Mignon & Crab Cake。
Filet Mignon 當然高水準,表面焦脆,切開肉汁滿瀉。
Lobster Tail 比想像中細,真係幾細,無乜特別。只係咁啱我想食,所以都覺得好食。
Crab Cake 要試,製作用心,全部蟹肉,仲有好香牛油味。
Side dishes 嘅蘑菇同薯條應該都係大路嘅選擇,無乜甩漏。
生日梳乎厘,雖然係送嘅,但味道都唔差。 Crème brûlée 有好多雲尼拿籽好香,焦糖脆脆好甜。份量唔會太多,一個人食啱啱好。
心太軟朱古力蛋糕唔流心,可惜。
食物質素很好,服務質素有待改善。尤其是生得最高果個,無禮貌,咁嘅服務態度我真係唔知佢點生存。我哋兩個人企喺門口等入座,佢望一望掂行掂過,問都唔問。我話之你係老細,我係客,你都好應該招呼吓呀嘛?不知所謂!

經理及其他女員工在入口大聲説話,影響其他食客,不太像一家五星級扒房,食客沒有遵從衣著規定,某些著短褲圓領及翼袖T恤。
great steak, greater service! There are fewer steak house in Hong Kong that serves good steak . It was my friend’s birthday and Morton’s are kind enough to prepare her name on the menu and a complimentary dessert with her name written on it.
Went here ages ago.
Tried Morton’s in Macau and the food was amazing so went to the TST branch which has a lovely view of Hong Kong.
The seafood platter we had was fresh and the cocktails were fab.
Its a classic steakhouse, the food is still delicious but the decoration is a bit old and the price not so competitive relatively meaning which this price, there are more options now than before.

5月1號老婆生日決定去Morton慶祝!4月30號Morton已經打來confirm booking,仲問我地要唔要生日或週年special menu,最後睇左決定唔要。
疫情依然限聚,4人一枱,book左下午1點半食,去到唔算太多人,一到就已經直入餐廳。
見steak & lobster menu幾低,所以叫左一set,另外加多個洋蔥湯。
牛腰扒肉叫左medium rare,廚師火候控制得好!仲唔知係唔係知生日,比左塊心型嘅扒,立即加分。
蟹餅好食,夠晒味完全無點醬食,龍蝦湯有啲啲辣但好creamy,洋蔥湯芝士夠多,芝士松露薯條最正係條條薯條都有芝士同松露味,唔同出面係要靠個松露醬,無晒醬,加醬又要錢。
服務都好到位,又幫手影相、倒水,知道要放袋,服務員比個籃放,我地有乜要求,服務員盡量滿足。
Came for an anniversary celebration with wifey couple weeks ago and ordered from the ‘steak and lobster menu’ that comes with a starter, an entrée, a side dish and a dessert
starter – the lobster bisque was rich, creamy and smooth with a velvety texture
entrée – you get to choose a steak plus seafood where my wife had the filet mignon with lobster tail and I had the filet mignon with crab cake
side dish – button mushrooms & creamed spinach (so fulfilling that it took up 50% of my stomach space)
dessert – cream brûlée & morton’s legendary hot chocolate cake
Everything was tasty and the portion was larger than usual which I was 85% full after the main course and completely forgot about the dessert (and I couldn’t finish all).
There was a pleasant surprise when the staff placed a giant soufflé (complementary for our anniversary) on the table which wrapped up the meal perfectly.

Vibe: nice night view, need to do something on the decor or at least change those seats and sofas. Some Jazz swing will be help.

Morton’s is always a good feed. High quality and generous servings which you’d expect from its Chicago roots. We love the atmosphere which isn’t too fine dining type wanky but still nice and plush if you know what I mean.

加錢後升級至16安士既肉眼,選擇左medium rare?非常夠份量!燒得好靚仔,無咩血水都幾juicy,牛味唔香濃,如果無咩要求又唔係特別大食,基本上order個唔洗加錢既6oz牛柳都夠玩。

待客有禮而且細心。
食物水準如一。
個人就喜歡佢嘅蟹餅,同帶子。
仲有肥都要食一次嘅龍蝦芝士通心粉。
佢嘅扒亦都做得好。
Yesterday was our Wedding Anniversary. I want to give my heartfelt Thanks to the management of Morton’s Steakhouse. They were so thoughtful! A personalized menu and perfect sitting arrangement so that we could have a very quiet and private corner.
It was our first time there. The food was delicious and portions were big. The starter bread was so tasty, that we could not stop eating. Their foie Gras was perfectly made, except the toast was not crispy at all and the apple sauce was too sweet, but these didn’t bother us. Their waygu fillet and the ribeye were so juicy. But the ribeye portion was big enough for two ppl.
Anyway, we had a wonderful time there.
Good environment to enjoy a anniversary dinner
The lunch set price is hkd 498, the steak is good, the orion soup taste is strong and little salty. The potato chips is delisus. The desert is fine.
American steakhouse franchise is consistent
Always a treat to come for happy hours. Staffs are friendly, good is amazing and you can walk in most of the time. Whereas the steakhouse is usually fully booked. This is the best way to enjoy steakhouse quality meat at a reasonable price, on a whim.

??上台聞落好香,但實際入口湯龍蝦味未算太濃郁,反而係好creamy~點埋餐包就鹹度剛好,但齋飲就略鹹,勝在湯内有一大舊龍蝦肉,咬落爽彈,加分嘅~☺️本身唔太中意太勁龍蝦味的我就覺得正常啦不過不失,?但若好中意龍蝦湯的話就會好失望了~?

??Cream brûlée:法式焦糖布甸表面的焦糖燒至脆身,而下層的布丁質地軟綿、蛋香味和雲尼拿香味交匯得正好,入口即溶的感覺幾出色,?但坦白講坊間做得出色的法式焦糖布甸真係好多,所以都係普通地好食,唔會令人特別驚艷和心動。?
??Key Lime Pie:青檸批幾有驚喜~?鬆散的批皮與軟身的内餡搭配融洽,調味甜中帶酸,?不會過分地酸反而是酸得有層次,實在不錯~但可惜在太大舊了,?份量小啲,點到即止就更好味。(¬︿̫̿¬☆)
?可一試但唔食都無損失,無咩期望去食就最好,?坦白講若以慶祝來講餐廳係安排得幾好,價錢幾適中,人均一千有找~? 慶生紀念可以作爲其中一個選擇,呢個價錢絕對會有更好選擇?不過呢間臨急抱佛腳都有位~?會Suggest重要日子提早book定其他好過^ ^
論食物味道就係平庸地好食,但份量真係好多,不出錯都無咩眼前一亮的地方,最好食都係薯條??
??論服務都係一般般,雖然其他位都做得幾好,嗌咗枝水個Staff幫我地開咗之後就放低走咗,出哂問號❓水都唔會斟埋我真係打出個突?

呢年一件牛扒包含左有西冷&牛柳2個部位~

但原來Porterhouse 矜貴係牛柳部份!
牛柳一定要有1.25寸以上厚度先可以叫porterhouse 嫁!可以話係升級版既T-bone來?

先品嚐一下西冷部分先,牛味香濃而且非常juicy!正!
