坐窗口位置對住科學館、維港，有熱或凍既海鮮盤，今次試左熱食（天氣凍），其他都ok.
??竟然唔識用apple pay , 要親自行去一個暗角房仔門口，企係度等拍，有點?尷尬，但職員似乎覺得正常????（如果係茶記就係正常）
高級酒店好貴但堅好食 材料真係高質

枱面早已佈置好，壽星佬望見都露出微笑
生日套餐餐單印埋壽星名字及生日日期，仲有幅全店員工簽好名嘅即影即有生日相送比你，真正又食又拎
壽宴正式由呢客洋蔥飽開始，坦白講係有D失望，唔係指個味道，味道係好香洋蔥味，配以自家出品嘅牛油，一個點夠數! 見網上食評係成個人頭咁大個，點知今次變成普通餐飽咁大……………………..OH NO!!
莫爾頓海鮮拼盤，係冷同熱之間，因為想試個蟹餅，所以選擇熱盤
熱盤包括焗煙肉帶子，珍寶蟹餅，蒜香牛油焗生蠔，焗亞歷山大珍寶蝦，另設特式醬汁
隻焗亞歷山大珍寶蝦，外面有D焗脆感，蝦肉超級彈牙，滋味
鍾意食蟹嘅朋友對呢個珍寶蟹餅絶對無投拆，底面煎香咗，成件基本上係用蟹肉堆砌，加埋個沙律醬汁，招牌菜果然唔係浪得虛名。
主菜選擇上等牛腰肉 (24安士)，在咁多牛肉中，牛腰呢個部分的肉脂肪含量較低，但亦出產最貴、最嫩滑嘅牛扒。肉質鮮嫩多汁，品質愈好就以煮法越簡單愈好。
所以最佳嘅烹煮方法就係烤，最能夠突顯肉質的優勢
牛嘅腰位由菲力與西冷組成，所以成日都話一份牛扒可以有兩種口感
點了五成熟，先試西冷位，肉質較為有嚼感，肉味幾出
跟住就到菲力位，用刀切開時已經感受到佢嘅嫩度，肉汁仍然流出，嫩滑口感，肉味仲濃，天呀………..
Side Dish就要珍寶露荀，配以黑醋汁幾清新; 有牛扒當然要埋薯條咁先岩數，芝士松露味都無得輸啦卦?!
甜品選擇當然要試佢嘅經典䁔心朱古力餅，配以特大雪糕球，外脆內鬆軟，食到香濃朱古力味 (食完先醒起無影相…….唉!)
另一款係法式焦糖燉蛋，睇見個焦糖脆面，幾咁邪惡…………
口感香滑，充滿蛋香味，超級滿足。
坐係窗邊位，天公又造美，滲入溫暖陽光，呢餐生日午餐……………………..食得過!

Lots of steak houses in Hong Kong, and this is definitely one of the best! Great ambience, superb service with great attention to details, excellent view of the Hong Kong Island side of the Victoria Harbour! Tried 3 times there and each time the beef was perfectly done!

食物方面，就由小仙子逐一介紹下:
Signature 洋蔥包?: 好大個，表面焗到好脆，配上牛油食好香，有淡淡的洋蔥味
蟹餅 Jumbo Crab Cake?: 蟹餅好厚好足料，表面煎到脆脆的
海鮮拼盤: 海鮮拼盤有波士頓龍蝦、阿拉斯加長腳蟹、生蠔、蝦同蟹肉，海鮮夠新鮮，拆埋殼好方便??
Bone-in ribeye: medium ribeye, 牛味好重，但肉質較硬，油分唔多，比較乾身?有點失望
黑松露薯條 ? 薯條係幼身，炸得好脆，黑松露味好濃
梳乎厘蛋糕: 上甜品嘅時候waiter會幫手影埋即影即有?好貼心
環境食物質素overall都唔錯，係ribeye 麻麻地? 最特別係寫咗自己名嘅menu好有紀念價值?係慶祝生日/特別日子嘅好地方?

great place for a decent lunch with sea view!
To be honest, it’s not good as I expected, maybe I was not lucky enough? For a steakhouse with 1000 HKD/person, you can’t believe what’s in your mouth, not too bad but totally not 1000+ level. In addition, the vibe of the restaurant is also very strange, a posh restaurant with Olivia Rodrigo songs as BGM? R U serious? I mean her songs are perfect but not for steakhouse ok？

呢間餐廳都幾出名，慶祝活動好多人都會揀，主因係餐廳會tailored made一個menu?，上面可以印名+祝福語，再會係餐枱上佈置
staff再會幫大家影張相再曬返出嚟送俾你?、生日卡上仲會有全店staff嘅簽名祝福，非常特別❤️
呢餐係未解禁堂食前嘅early dinner，現場只有三枱食客，又因為有日光關係，無夜晚咁好feel，不過都好期待美食到來?
上網見必食牛扒、龍蝦，但可惜呢日無龍蝦~
一開始以為得一塊牛扒、2個side dish會唔夠食，但原來係好飽㗎~

可以揀冷盤或熱食，有蠔、帶子、蝦、蟹餅，全部都好食，海鮮啱我哋口味?

覺得有骨嘅會好食啲香啲，所以要咗有骨嘅
真係煎焗得好香牛味好吸引，開頭睇佢唔大份驚唔夠食，但未食晒都有啲飽，可能多肉有啲膩

呢款好多人都會揀，味道好好，忌廉味重，食完有滿足感，不過一樣食太多會有點膩

以上2個甜品作呢餐完美句號，2款都係我哋鐘意食嘅，cream brûlée 焦糖面好正，chocolate cake係心太軟，流心朱古力味好正?
總括呢間餐廳都好值得再嚟，因為環境氣氛幾好，好多人都會喺門口位影相，值得打卡?

性價比高嘅高級餐廳。牛扒質素高，雖然唔係炭燒，但肉質真係頂級，今晚叫一份porterhouse, 無得頂！不過真的太旺場，人手真的不夠。

Vibe?Chill with American style, strong feeling in Chicago style at the entrance. Majority of harbour view is blocked by the museum.
Starters?Smell good of lobster bisque, best to serve with bread. Shrimp cocktail is nice also.
Steaks?Unfortunately, no aroma when the steak landed on the table. New York Strip is tender while Mignon has a stronger taste of beef

Last visit was over 15 years ago. It was so impressive that Morton’s always had a special place in my heart. But not the time we visited recently. Perhaps there are many good or better places for steak in town? Perhaps the glorious times before the pandemic had gone….? Anyway definitely a restaurant with a good view!

The steak was way over cooked, the French fries was not hot and the asparagus was not fresh nor tasty. Dessert was just average. Not worth for the price they set.

名過其實，相當失望
Definitely a restaurant with good view and good service! Portion of dishes are generous. Recommended one would be Tomahawk steak, tender and juicy, and the lobster tail. For dessert, must try the New York cheesecake!

Lobster Bisque
五星是給服務和氣氛的，如果有慶祝來這裡會有很多貼心和拍照服務可以留來紀念，但是餐點就一般了，生蠔和魚有腥味，牛排普通沒有提供芥末醬，沒有擺盤，比較好吃是蝦雞尾酒和炸薯條，食物不值這個價錢。

We came with high expectations, simply because it was a steakhouse located in the 5-star hotel.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing.
For appetizer, I ordered their Lobster Bisque. The food itself was okay, nothing to rant about. But the soap was served in a chipped bowl. Not quite acceptable for a ~HKD700 per head lunch.
For entrée, I ordered their Lobster and Steak, which was a little disappointing again. The Lobster was slightly overcooked and the portion was little.
Lastly, the dessert was okay – nothing more, nothing less. Nothing quite suits the dish name “Signature Hot Chocolate Cake”.
If you are planning on spending HKD700 on a lunch, there are some better options around the area.

All of our steaks were cooked to perfection. The starters were excellent and the service good.
My only comment, for such a high end experience both in quality and cost, the tables are much too close together. Makes your fine dining experience that little less dramatic.

Excellent selection and service in the bar for the Power Hour Happy Hour (M-F, 5-7 pm). They provide a nice selection of cocktails, beer, wine, and snacks at a discounted price. Drinks are excellent and the bar staff are friendly and accommodating.

十分喧鬧, 三五知已聚會就夠熱鬧, 想靜靜傾偈並非好地方,絕對不適合二人世界約會談情說愛。侍應服務與態度普通一般並帶一些冷漠, 完全並未達到酒店水平, 基本餐具也不足夠合適,食物整體還尚算不錯, 若果有其它地方大可不用再來。

一個月前準備同朋友慶祝生日，煩緊book咩餐廳時search到呢一間餐廳，初時睇相見到佢門口有啲白色格仔裝修好似幾靚，所以就book咗呢一間打吓卡影吓相慶祝吓??
Book嗰時預先同佢講係慶祝生日用嘅，去到見到已經擺好咗生日嘅小擺設，同埋有一張印有朋友名既Happy birthday嘅Menu，除咗可以用來點餐之外，仲可以作為紀念， 十分特別?
我哋叫嘅set都夠兩個人食，有牛扒、生蠔、餐包、黑松露芝士薯條、龍蝦湯，同埋有一個菜，最後仲有兩個甜品送返?
呢啲食材都十分之新鮮，最滿意係個生蠔，夠晒肥美?同朋友過咗一個滿足特別嘅生日??
