Simply the best swiss food outside of Switzerland we come over every year from Moscow to celebrate Christmas and new year here. Feels like we are home. Thanks to all staff and Max making our stay enjoyable in Hong Kong we are back again keep up.
Authentic swiss food prepared and served with Swiss precision in an authentic, spotless, Swiss ambiente. It doesn’t get any better than that, not even back in Max’ home country!

Very authentic Swiss restaurant serving tasty rösti and fondue. It’s a hidden gem in TST that is easily missed if you’re not purposefully looking for swiss food. The interior looks a little old, but the old charm and great food makes for a nice casual experience.

Quiet place for lunch, food excellent, nice ambience. A few times visited and will re-visit again.
The foods are so yummy. Many different choices of Fondue. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The restaurant decorations looks so different then any other restaurants. We love to go there, definitely! Can’t wait to eat the Rachlette and cheese fondue while my son’s can’t wait to eat the chocolate fondue ?????????????? …

The food and atmosphere were good. The only reason why I’m not giving it all five stars is because of the waitresses. None of them were friendly nor cheerful. I don’t know if they’re just being timid, but that just makes you feel unwelcome…
Nice place, good food, fair price.
Food is expensive for what you get had lamb chop,too salty and half is far. Scallops is over cooled. NOT worth the mention from Michelin guide.

正宗芝士火鍋只係二百幾, 裝修有特色略嫌燈光太光, 服務有善, 很滿意!
Can’t tell if it serves authentic Swiss cuisine coz I am not a Swiss nor visiting Switzerland. But, I will highly recommend this restaurant for the good quality, a variety of choices, Chalet like interior and customers services. The food is generally good and the prices are comparatively cheaper than a buffet rate in the region.

芝士火鍋很好味道，大部份食物都十分出色，員工服務十分友善。香港的瑞士餐廳都無邊間了，一定會再來。唯一缺點是泊車不方便。

牛舌很精緻，但牛排太辣了，但很好吃。我選擇了一道帶香腸的菜，非常好吃。奶酪拼盤也很好。
Very authentic Swiss restaurant, which is rarely to find in Hong Kong. Fondue is the must ordered item, which you choose many flavours. Another must ordered dish is the rösti!
