Tsim Sha Tsui only has 2 Swiss restaurants. So considering that, this place could even get away with average Swiss food (which it is, average at best). However the service was so bad that I felt compelled to write a review and warn others about this. The waiter, I think his name is Gordon is the worst I’ve seen. He talks to you in a demeaning tone and attitude. Seems like he angry at the world and wants to take it out on the customers. If we asked anything about the food he just got annoyed. I can get better service from a local HK restaurant where I could easily get a meal for HKD 70 ( 10 USD). I don’t recommend anyone to spend 5 times more to get such horrible service. Save your hard earned money!
Fantastic fondue and venison steak with great service and a unique atmosphere. Hong Kong is lacking in european food that isn’t French or Italian, but this place really stands out.

Great staff vibe, attention to detail, superb quality food and alcohol. As a Swiss man was pleasantly surprised by the extent of the food authenticity to be found in TST, good job!

Loved the raclette cheese dish to start. The fondue was okay. Rhubarb dessert was fantastic. Good ambiance, and nice to see something different in TST. The service could be better.
Amazing place! Looks authentic, with a fantastic variety of swiss dishes. I tried one (veal with cream and rosti) excellent. Can’t wait to try the fondue (s) and raclette. The place was quite busy, indicating its popularity. Pricy to be honest, but worth it.
Excellent food and service each and every time that I visit. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. One of my favorite dining spots in Hong Kong.

Went here for a lunch. Food could be hotter. I assume they finished cooking the food during the serving of soup. I ordered the lamb lunch set.
The table set up should be more spread apart. At the moment the tables do not satisfy the 1.5m requirement. Could make it more covid safe
If you are looking for an authentic cheese fondue, then this is not the place you should be looking for. I visited with a few French friends of mine, they all agree the fondue lacking taste of cheese and kirsch, the texture is not thick, light but quite grainy with hard lumps. Somehow feels like having a cream soup. It’s disappointing but at least the wine was good. Great interior design of Swiss chalet but won’t return for cheese fondue for sure.
My old time favourite restaurant. The grilled Sole fish with Calamansi sauce was delicately flavoured.
The classis cheese fondue was cheesily good and we had the caramel ice cream with bits of caramel in it which was simply heavenly. The head Steward who has been there for years and years was very attentive and helpful. Great service with a smile. This restaurant is Iconic. Must visit.
Good Food, appalling service.
First time I went here. Based on recommendations I was hopeful for genuine Swiss-German food, and that is exactly what I got. Cozy place, nice service and authentic Swiss-German food. It delivered what it said it would, so 5 stars!

非常特別嘅餐廳，一入到去剩係個環境已經好有特色，有啲舊式西餐廳味道，最好係座位唔係擺到好密，Lunch Time坐滿人都唔自好嘈好迫。
個Lunch Set多野食到食唔晒咁滯，初時見接近$200個Set Lunch好似幾貴，但試過就知值回票價
十二月初再去幫襯多次，餐廳已經報置到勁有聖誕氣氛，超似已經係聖誕咁～～問一問侍應聖誕節menu有啲乜？佢話24&25/Dec已經Full Booking 晒，而家只可以排後補，但都要full payment咗先。。。認真誇張～～可以隔個禮拜又話要晚市禁堂食，個正苦連俾人安安樂樂食個聖誕大餐都唔得嘅？？？
The fonduu was delicious! However, I ordered the mussels and there was still sand in them, and it was luke warm instead of piping hot. Overall it was not bad though!
Not many swiss restaurents in Hong Kong. If you cant afford the one in Peninsula, then Swiss Chatlet is definitely your choice. Very nice environment and good food. The fondue is highly recommended especially under cold weather.
Terrible service, staff is not attentive, was rude when we asked for a picture, and pressured us to order more and finish quick. The cheese smell is overwhelming so be warned.

喺仲未強制用安心出行嘅時候同朋友book左呢間餐廳，一入餐廳就有個外國人職員叫我哋scan 安心qr code，我話我要填紙仔，反而俾佢話返我點解唔用安心，浪費紙張??然後成餐飯都無咩心情食～

很久沒去，令人太失望。這一星是給唯一態度良好的廣東話侍應。其他冇禮貌的店員和老闆 是零星，黑臉行來行去不服務，要求侍應給水隔了很久再問，不禮貌的侍應黑口黑面回應 you didn’t ask me。 大家都是訂了位，我也是用英文跟店員和西人老闆溝通，但西人客人未夠鐘可以先入座，本地客人未夠鐘不得進入餐廳。 以前未裝修還可以接受，現在新裝修了， 環境衛生變得更差，間隔佈滿塵埃！
Good fondue but service could be better, most of the waitresses looked like newbies and lost. They weren’t able to really help with explaining the menu nor attentive.
The most disgusting Fondue I’ve ever had.
A popular place even in pandemic and on a weekday. Foods are good and authentic. A three-course lunch set with drinks before and after meal costs $188 and is value for money. Highly recommend. I like their Walliser Raclatte and over-baked mixed berries with vanilla ice cream.

它比我預期的要便宜一些。
店員將麵包端上桌，是可以隨意選擇的款式。
店員也很親切。
我因為吃飽而不能吃甜點，但下次我想享用甜點。
這是一家您絕對想在午餐時使用的餐廳。

第一次食正宗瑞士菜～餐廳嘅裝修瞬間將我帶左去阿爾卑斯山??好有feel!一入門口就見到一隻大乳牛，地方幾大，兩面都係落地大玻璃，而且仲有蠟燭同花花裝飾，情侶拍拖一流

維也納炸牛仔扒（$238）：同時都係出面比較少見嘅菜式梗係要試下???炸牛仔扒外層酥脆，入面既牛仔扒唔會過熟，配上獨特嘅醬汁別有一番風味～
Authentic European food. Not ‘haute cuisine’, but everything is consistently good. Makes you think of being in a cafe in Europe.
The menu is interesting. It’s not cheap, but gives value for money. Many people come for the cheese dishes.
Delicious, atmospheric and transports you to little Switzerland, stepping off the streets of TST. Service could be a bit more friendly.
