慢煮三文魚配香草乳酪汁
慢煮三文魚非常嫩滑。而且味道一流。配上香草乳酪汁,滋味無窮。
燒大蝦配香草蕃茄汁扁意粉
兩隻大蝦真的算大隻,是整碟的亮點。 大蝦燒過來, 肉質彈牙有咬口。扁意粉配上香草蕃茄汁, 不會過酸, 很開胃, 我們不禁一口又一口地吃。
烤蔬菜
蔬菜有紅蘿蔔,青瓜, 翠玉瓜。估不到把這些蔬菜烤過來,又另一番味道。的確不錯。
個南瓜湯好香濃好thick。意粉本身有啲辣味,可以加强蜆肉嘅鮮味。一咬落個口度爆開話啲汁好鮮甜呀!而且煮得啱啱好。呢個cheese cake吾太重芝士味,有士多啤梨加藍莓,清新呀!
cp值高,銀鱈扒煎得金香,內裡仍有肉汁不乾身,磨菇汁加雜菇都很相配,完全清晒,8安士肉眼扒,足8安士,juice 牛味濃。

今日黎到呢間餐廳環境舒適,地方寧靜舒服,幾岩朋友黎傾計食下野。
我地點左,一客有兩隻蝦,蝦身煎得好香,肉質都幾彈牙紮實,鮮甜味不錯,我地反而好鍾意個香草蕃茄汁,味道帶酸,好醒胃,醬汁掛滿每一條意粉,最喜歡意粉個口感,軟硬適中。
另外,加左份薯條,即叫即炸,食落沒有半點油膩感。
黑松露雜菌忌廉薯蓉非常滑而且細膩 後面黑松露嘅味道慢慢湧上 配合大量雜菇層次口感分明
加埋焗製過嘅麵包一齊食 又另有一番風味 麵包非常香脆 香口
炭燒豬肋骨配薯條沙律 有分大同少分量選擇
雖然是點選了小份量 但分量依然驚人 肋骨肉嫩多汁 外層嘅醬汁非常惹味
旁邊仲有黑松露嘅薯條 是我喜歡的粗切形式 外脆內軟 即叫即炸
特別要稱讚一下餐廳職員服務態度一流 經常幫我們更換餐具 並且主動加水 服務殷勤又貼心
今日係男朋友嘅正日生日 我揀咗呢間西式歐陸風嘅扒房同佢慶祝生日
點了一份16安士嘅安格斯牛扒 牛扒成塊面咁大而且仲好厚肉 中間切開依然是粉紅色的 肉質非常豐富肉味香 配上黑松露薯泥 非常飽肚 味道一流
加$58有燒大蝦兩隻 非常抵食 蝦肉鮮嫩彈牙 是上等貨色

Today I went to have brunch with my friend in Tsim Sha Tsui. The environment is quite nice, the service is good and the food is fantastic too. We have ordered two lunch set, soup or salad and drink are included. I like the burger the most, the beef is quite soft and juicy, The soup is very creamy too. Really enjoyed the meal and atmosphere here.
去左尖沙咀店,叫左4樣餸,分別係前菜巴馬火腿温泉蛋配黑松露露筍、主菜慢煮三文魚配香草乳酪汁同香草燒草架配烤菜,仲有甜品一個朱古力蛋糕。真係十級推薦,冇咩好挑剔。
忌廉蘑菇湯-有濃郁的蘑菇香味,又幼滑而且濃稠
SURF & TURF (美國牛柳拼大蝦配薯蓉露筍)賣相一流,牛柳燒得岩岩好,配埋燒汁非常美味,,薯蓉做得非常香滑軟綿,而大蝦有香濃既蝦膏,又爽口又彈牙,值得推介。

真係份量十足,用燒烤醬醃過的豬肋骨,非常入味而且肉質有彈性,又好juicy,薯條炸得脆口,加左少少既黑胡椒,更加香口,,再配上少許沙律菜中和油膩感,yummy yummy !!

Salmon TT served with yoghurt, dill and egg The salmon was smoked , taste fresh , with sweet and sour yoghurt, very appetizing.
Parmesan ham hot spring egg with black truffle fritters We loved the Parma ham, delicious and not salty , under the ham.
Angus Ribeye. 16 oz. with potato puree, mushrooms, red wine beef $398 The steak was cooked at medium rare which is perfectly grilled, it is tender meat with crispy. The size of steak is heavy weight.
Slow cook salmon, with yoghurt, dill, yuzu and red spinach. $ 278 Good presentation, the black plate with the pink color Salmon looks just like an art piece , so great
Dessert are White chocolate panna cotta A soft and creamy taste, not so sweet, this is unusual and great tasting dessert, wonderful, we love it.
Blueberry cheese cake is rich, velvety cheesecake combined with plump and the freshly taste. The cake is filled with dry cheese layer, accompanied by a soft cake. Yummy!
This restaurant provide nice environment, while the food is tasty and not expensive. we will come again.

8安士肉眼扒配薯角蔬菜
肉眼扒牛味濃郁,帶肉汁。雖然8安士頗有份量,但仍無損其軟嫩度。配菜也十分美味:切粒的翠玉瓜、青瓜和紅蘿蔔新鮮;還有焗薯角。
Opera朱古力蛋糕最頂層是較厚的朱古力,下面的部分濕潤,有點像提拉米蘇,香濃誘人。
Pork belly is very nice, it’s greasy and crispy. I enjoy it very much. Salmon tartare is rich and it’s perfect to have it with French bread. Angus beef is also good, it’s meaty and tasty!

好食,上菜速度快
今晚同老婆去樓上舖食西餐撐枱腳。今餐的主角係香草燒羊架配烤蔬菜,燒羊架唔羶又不失羊肉味,7成熟肉質仲好鮮嫩,配埋個汁感覺唔會乾,好夾。飲咗Strawberry cheesecake milkshakes整杯甜度剛剛好,奶味唔太重又好滑,配上超甜士多啤梨,都唔錯。

The Angus rib eye ($318) is tender & juicy 🙂 Although the black truffle mashed potato has lumps in it, it still tastes great. For the sauce, I personally prefer the red wine beef jus. It enhances the flavour of the rib eye. Besides, the drink surprises me – Strawberry cheesecake milk shake. It’s totally insane & I’m in love with it.

Have lunch at the grill room, I ordered the Shrimp spaghetti that is quite nice. The lunch menu are up to hk$140.

Decent food at reasonable price (especially the steak, it was very juicy in medium doneness and the size large enough).
It’s a comfortable environment, may be one of a good choices for anniversary celebrations.

約好朋友在尖沙咀食午飯, 因為朋友話要帶我去食一間平, 靚, 正的西餐, 來到這間位於尖沙咀樓上舖的The Grill Room, 一出電梯就已入到店舖內, 中午十二點幾, 店內座位已所剩無幾, 人氣好旺哦!
我order咗個招牌炕燒豬小排配沙律薯條, 跟餐湯及涷檸茶, 涷檸茶好快就來到我面前, 天時暑熱, 飲啖涷冰冰, 酸酸甜甜的涷檸茶零舍舒服, 餐湯是忌廉薯蓉湯, 而且跟湯配了片超級脆的面包, , 湯非常香濃, 我用塊脆包點了點餐湯送入口, 包依然好脆, 但索了些湯的味道, 好味道!飲埋碗湯, 個人胃口大開, 非常期待我的主菜 – 烤豬小排.
過了十來分鐘, 我的主食上枱了, 哇! 好大舊豬排而且好厚肉, 真係啱晒我這個食肉獸, 我數了下, 個豬小排共有5大條豬骨連住, 切開豬肉送入口, 豬肉一D都唔怕乾, 店家用好多醬料醃過的豬排, 入晒味, 我覺得不用點另配的醬汁已經是很好食, 而且肉質嫩滑, 又好容易切下豬肉剔開的豬骨, 啖啖肉, 真係超好食! 薯條是我鐘意的嗰種粗身的大薯條, 食落口外脆內粉, 點少少茄汁, 酸酸甜甜, 唔覺唔覺成份薯條可以食晒, 仲有沙律菜, 用意大利醋撈勻了的沙律菜, 可以中和薯條的熱氣, 又可以舒解豬排的油膩, 真係非常好的搭配!
食完咁大份的午餐, 埋單落來, 我的豬排餐才138, 仲不設加一服務費, 真的是好食又抵食, 唔怪得朋友話食平靚正的嘢啦! 我一定會再幫襯!我要食下其他幾款餐, 因為真的好吸引!

尖沙咀店同銅鑼灣店都裝修得好靚! 二間空間感都好重, 灯光好明亮, 坐得好舒服呢~~原來星期六都有lunch menu, 睇落去唔錯喎, 有牛扒, ribs, 意粉揀, 連set lunch 仲有湯 和汔水或檸茶送, 不過就要加一, 價錢都ok可以接受!
湯好快送上- 係忌廉薯仔湯- 湯好濃好美味! 每一啖都有薯仔既香味, 但又唔會太杰身太漏, 記住要滲少少黑椒, 更加能帶出湯既鮮甜!
安士肉眼扒配薯角蔬菜- 坦白說, 除了賣相有點hea (笑), 其它都好ok, 扒係grill的, 更多左陣燒烤的香味, 而且肉質又唔會太乾, 食落去都好juicy, 總括來講幾好食~
招牌炕燒豬小排配沙律薯條- 呢個好有驚喜!!! 除左醬汁做得好惹味之外, ribs既肉質比我想像中更加嫩滑, 輕力切落去, 絲絲既香噴噴小排肉都出左來, 皮都好好食呀, 而且佢本身都好夠味, 唔洗再加調味了, 另外配菜既粗薯條係即炸即攞上來,新鮮熱辣夠粗又夠脆,正!必點!
餐飲可配冷熱檸茶/水, 檸檬都好靚仔, 唔會爛蓉蓉, 清新解滯, 唔錯~~

餐廳佔地非常大,甫入店內就見到半開放式廚房,而餐廳分咗兩邊,一邊係街境,另一邊就是密封式,牆身有掛鏡嚟增強空間感。
Set lunch 幾抵食,包括餐湯/沙律及飲品。 主菜點咗安士肉眼扒配薯角蔬菜,雖然肉眼扒有點厚度,但感覺上份量偏少,肉眼扒上有美美既燒烤格仔紋理,入口挺鮮嫰,肉質不會粗糙,而且內裏肉汁挺豐富,個人認為相當不錯。
另外,炕燒豬小排配沙律薯條都值得推介,以炕燒的模式泡製,我都係第一次食,豬小排份量幾多,而且上層灑上大量醬汁,令豬小排既味道更香甜,而豬小排肉質看上去好似有D乾燥,但入口時肉質卻唔會過鞋。
不過,飲品方面選擇極少,只得檸檬茶及汽水。

頭盤 ~ 巴馬火腿温泉蛋配黑松露筍沙律 上檯擺設好精緻, 露筍很幼嫰伴在兩旁, 中間是温泉蛋, 上面是巴馬火腿. 巴馬火腿份量不少, 大家 share 每人有兩塊, 入口鹹香, 品質不錯, 流心蛋好滑, 煮得剛好, 露筍細嫩, 爽脆, 混合黑松露齊吃, 好滋味.
另一個頭盤 ~ 三文魚他他配香草乳酪汁 一個七彩繽紛的頭盤 , 沙律什菜新鮮爽口, 橙色的蟹籽好吸睛, 下層的三文魚他他配香草乳酪汁, 配搭得宜. 細切的三文魚新鮮香滑, 乳酪汁帶酸甜味, 這是一道很開胃的前菜.
慢煮三文魚配香草乳酪汁 $278 造型及擺設很好, 可見師傅心思不俗. 內容豐富. 三文魚兩塊, 份量大大, 以慢煮製作, 火候控制極好, 內裡魚肉口感嫩滑, 魚味香濃. 車厘茄, 橘子帶來甜美口感, 大滿足.
主菜 ~ 燒美國安格斯肉眼扒配薯泥雜菌 $398 燒得剛好 5成熟 , 呈微紅色的 美國安格斯肉眼扒, 好吸引. 上檯時, 大家都被那炭燒香味醉倒, 牛扒夠厚切, 燒得外香, 而肉汁保留, 牛味濃. 肉質鬆軟, 薯泥夠牛油香, 又夠滑, 燒汁配合也味. 肉質鮮嫩多汁又有牛味, 優質享受. like好睇好食. 燒烤汁味道好好, 我們也習慣上要求了黃芥辣, 醬汁自由配搭, 雙重好美味:
跟餐送的甜品 藍莓芝士蛋糕 上層芝士軟滑又香濃, 下層蛋糕鬆軟可口. 藍莓士多啤厘, 酸甜好味, 吃飽了多款美食, 大滿足.
另一個甜品: 白朱古力意式鮮奶凍 用玻璃杯盛載, 有紅, 藍莓及白朱古力片伴著. 裝飾好別緻, 鮮奶凍像燉蛋般入口香滑. 白朱古力脆片味道香甜. 帶來濃厚歐式風格
餐廳環境及氣氛很好, 是個跟朋友聊天舒適的地方. 食物和價錢也配合. 侍應的服務態度很好, 會替我們換碟及加水, 值得稱讚. 此餐廳每道菜式, 設計得好用心, 廚師廚藝也不錯. 值得回味, 再來.

頭盤我同老公既選擇都係巴馬火腿溫泉蛋配黑松露筍沙律: 軟身既巴馬火腿配上溫泉蛋,配搭創新,另外黑松露筍好香黑椒味
扒類點左五成熟,肉汁味突出,軟硬適中,燒到好香。 黑松露薯蓉, 淡淡黑松露味配上入口creamy既薯蓉,食完都想再叫當份。
炭燒豬腩肉: 個人覺得比較似西式嘅燒腩肉。 豬腩肉有六件,每件厚切,而且每年都見到有五層肉。豬腩肉肉厚,皮脆。配以蘋果沙律,感覺健康。
牛奶布甸,口感軟滑,濃郁,唔甜,配上少量脆片,增加口感
藍莓芝士蛋糕:芝士軟滑香濃,藍莓酸甜適中

The Grill Room is just Grand Opening on 8 November 2017, so everything is clean and tidy. The set lunch menu from $100 up, price is reasonable in TST.
I’ve ordered Half Rack Pork Ribs and Black Truffle Linguine. The ribs marinated with barbecue sauce and after baked, it’s still very juicy. Together will some chips & salad, it’s very full for a girl to have the whole set.
Another main course – Black Truffle Linguine, many mushrooms and it’s so creamy. Smell good & tasty.
I felt like eating meat with strong favor tonight and suddenly thought of The Grill Room. With medium pricing, I got a great piece of meat 16g. Cooked to medium rare, smashed potato was also yummy. $398 for 3 courses

虽然今日天气继续欠佳,但都阻挡唔到我同朋友聚餐嘅决心[笑哭]
系滂沱大雨之下行左五分钟,终于到达餐厅。
职员安排左我地坐系bar台嘅位置,仲贴心地提醒我地台下面有挂勾,可以挂伞???
睇完具热带风情嘅餐牌之后,非常肚饿嘅我地即刻急不及待落单?
首先嚟嘅系香草鲜茄红酒烩牛脸颊肉扁意粉。牛脸颊肉煮得非常腍,入口即溶,加上淡淡嘅红酒味,令人欲罢不能[色]而扁意粉软硬适中,每一条都沾满香浓嘅香草番茄味,正!
跟住嚟嘅系黑松露盐薯条,薯条炸得好香脆,配合埋黑松露嘅香味同茄汁嘅酸甜,好味?
第三道菜系炭烧猪腩肉配青苹果沙律。
猪腩肉外皮松脆,肥瘦合宜,肉质好嫩,配合埋焦糖汁,好惹味,好想配白饭哈哈!
热爱黑松露嘅我地仲叫左黑松露薯蓉,口感软滑,味道香浓,大人小朋友都啱食!
我仲叫左一杯好邪恶嘅饮品——nutella milkshake[色]?好浓厚嘅榛子味,上面嘅cream亦都非常香滑,虽然好邪恶,但都忍唔住饮晒?
The Grill Room 地點方便,餐廳空間感挺寬敞,沒有訂位,所以安排坐吧枱位置。
芒果乳酪銀魚鮮蝦沙律: 蝦肉非常結實新鮮,醬汁用芒果蓉加乳酪加成,較濃稠,可以滿滿掛在蝦肉上,每一啖都有芒果香味。中間加有生菜、青瓜、粟米、杏仁片增加口感,而且蝦仁數目不少,非常不錯。
香炒新鮮蜆仔配墨汁青檸扁意粉:蒜蓉炒蜆很香,新鮮墨魚汁用青檸中海腥味,雖然食完嘴巴變色,但鮮味齒頰留香。
炭燒豬腩肉鹽味焦糖汁配青蘋果沙律:青蘋果減少了五花腩的肥膩感和焦糖的甜,味道頗不錯。
最後再加了一個朱古力千層蛋糕作甜品。
MEDIOCRE FOOD but with poor services, not really worth the price.
The food are really mediocre and slightly overpriced even with the 20% off discount we got from Openrice. We order the ham with asparagus salad, regular pork ribs, rib eye steak, and fries. The salad portion was much smaller than we expected. The ribs and the fries were normal, whereas the steak was a bit chewy.
The drinks, particular the peach fruit punch just tasted that medicine. The waiter got our other drinks order wrong without any apologies.
Though we understand that there is a time limit for using the Openrice discount, the servers were always using a not so friendly tone to keep on reminding us during our dinner OVER AND OVER again, during our an hour and a half dinner. When we had ALREADY paid for our dinner and were just having our final slip of our drinks before heading out, the waiter was rudely demanding us to leave or else a full price would be charged. I really dont understand what was the hurry since that was a weekday with no other guests waiting on the table. But I guess we got only ourself to blame for only focusing on the discount when we booked it.
We would not come again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to neither, because honestly there were better restaurants to spend around 300/per person on in this neighborhood.
Went there a couple of times on eatigo. The service is nice,the food is great and the atmosphere is lovely. Defo recommend. The food is fairly Western, and done nicely
尖沙咀向來多野食,今次同朋友黎到grill room嘆西餐。呢間扒房感覺集氛唔錯。
葡式香辣燒雞配黑松露薯條 $238
雞外皮燒香,非常惹味,口味好岩唔食得辣既人。不過如果辣d會惹味d。薯條超香脆,如果黑松露味強d就完美。
紅酒燴牛面肉配黑松露野菌薯蓉 $258
牛啖啖肉,肉質軟腍入味。薯蓉滿有黑松露既香氣,味道唔錯。
香炒新鮮蜆仔配墨汁青檸扁意粉 $138
蜆肉非常鮮甜。墨汁意粉入味又帶點嚼勁。我鐘意佢加入左莞茜,香氣濃郁。

I have been to the restaurant “The Grill Room” in Causeway Bay. I am very fond of this restaurant. I am going to the Zuo Tsim Sha Tsui branch this time. It is more romantic than Causeway Bay. The sale is quite attractive, Baileys has a lot of drinks, and the Baileys chocolate cake has not been tried, and it is unforgettable. 接下來就是主菜肉眼扒 配有皮薯角和煙肉炒雜菜粒
肉眼扒粉嫩 油脂比例均勻
最後再加了$18要是日甜品 Baileys chocolate cake 配上杏仁片和香濃朱古力醬 甜品控表示很滿意

薯蓉忌廉湯 : 滑滑的忌廉湯, 多了薯仔的香甜, 更增強了厚感。
巴馬火腿沙律 : 火箭菜沒帶甘苦味, 加入了黑醋更好。 巴馬火腿, 口感柔軟, 有油份, 但不油膩。
8安士肉眼扒配薯角蔬菜 : 配菜是粒狀的翠玉瓜丶紅蘿蔔和薯仔及短小的煙肉片。 另有ㄧ碗牛肉醬汁, 厚厚的肉眼扒本身味濃多汁, 再加上牛肉醬汁更滋味。

Took my daughter here for her 8th birthday dinner!
First impression wasnt a good one. Floor manager/owner (not sure which) saw we had a cake, (which was advised on the phone when reserving table and aware of extra charge.) and immediately said to waiting staff to remember to add charge! Normally not an issue but the way he said it made me feel like I cant afford the extra charge 🙁
We were here as the little one wanted to try the tomahawk which was obvious the restaurant is most fond of being the only item they keep recommending to the point where you ask about another item and you can tell they didnt want to answer.
Ok so we ordered a variety which I will list below, but lets start with the tomahawk….
The male staff and manager praised it.. Verdict: overcooked, tough and horrible… The chef didnt even know how important it is to cut against the grain…..
On a side note the below items I also ordered.
1. Slow cooked salmon (recommend)
2. Mussels (taste good, but recommend to try harder with cleaning the shells)
3. Truffle fries (great after fries cool)
4. Truffle linguine. (decent.. A tad to the bland side)

The male server just like the manager I mentioned scripted and can tell doesnt want to do amything but talk about the disaster of a tomahawk.

Final verdict. If steak you want stay away… Dont hard sell a product that isnt up to par.. And to the chef ”against the grain”
