高級和牛漢堡配薯條沙律($94)
和牛漢堡點了5成熟,麵包外脆內軟,和牛非常厚身,牛味濃郁,啖啖肉,肉質鮮嫩多汁,口感好正,另外沙律夠新鮮。

黑松露夠多,啖啖黑松露香氣
如果servers 同經理唔好咁心急會比較好,不過我地都7 點坐到10點算好好。斧頭扒好食,多謝俾左個好嘅環境我地小同聚!
Good food at reasonable price
今晚訂了位一嘗這家朋友推薦位處鬧市中央的樓上西餐扒房。
人流頗多,我們離座約七時半已有下輪客在等位。
甘筍忌廉湯中規中矩,香滑味清
還不及太座選的巴馬火腿配温泉蛋黑松露露筍沙律,火腿濃味配露筍鮮甜亦绝妙,加上剛熟温泉蛋香,味道更佳??
十六安士肉眼扒是整晚主角,份量足而肉味重,混以紅酒汁或香草汁口感更佳????
燒豬腩肉配青蘋果沙律令腩肉的肥膩感輕多了,肉皮脆口?
法式椰奶凍配芒果汁,中和了扒肉的重味
朱古力心太軟入口和暖朱古力味濃?
食物味道幾好, 服務又唔錯, 冇網上d人評論咁差。講乜都假, 自己親身嚟試一次喇, 最多中伏一次。?用openrice/eatigo都有折。 …
Let’s begin with the atmosphere. The location’s atmosphere was a mess. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with 2019’s top 100 pop hits playing in the background, followed by confused decoration that screams ‘beach grill party’ with a dash of modern simplicity to spice things up. The lighting sat in a twilight zone of being neither quite dark enough nor bright enough, creating a muddy lighting atmosphere. Finally, the placement mats were terrible. For a restaurant that seemingly wants to be serious, their placement mats were paper with their menu printed on it. Not exactly fancy. To say the least, the atmosphere was anxiety inducing.
Service was subpar. For the price you’re paying, you deserve much better. The staff was attentive but not engaging. Not once did they ask if the food was alright. There are plenty of restaurants in Hong Kong with much better service for a much smaller price tag.
Now let’s get to the food. It was extremely disappointing . My girlfriend and I ordered a set dinner menu, two a-la-carte items, and two drinks for
893 HKD. We ordered the Parma Ham Quinoa Salad, the Angus Ribeye Steak, the Beef Cheek, the Truffle Fries, and a Blueberry Cheese Cake (supposedly the cake of the day).
The Parma Ham Quinoa Salad was what you would expect a salad to be if you ordered it in airline economy seating. There was two strips of parma ham, a teaspoon of quinoa, and a tonne of vinaigrette with mixed veggies. Come to think of it, the Cathay Pacific quinoa salad tastes much better than this mess. This dish was way out of balance. From my understanding, the chef probably doused the vegetables in vinaigrette understanding that, if not, the salad would have no flavours.
The Angus Rib Eye was alright, nothing special. The chef couldn’t get medium rare correct, and the steak came out cold. I don’t think it’s worth its set dinner price of $408 at all. The black truffle potato puree, the chimichurri, and the red wine beef jus were a let down. The black truffle puree tasted like instant mash potato, with the slightest hint of truffle flavouring, and the chimichurri and red wine beef jus tasted like it came out of the storage.
The beef cheek was much better than the steak, but you can’t really go wrong with beef cheek. Still nothing special. There were no unique flavours, the only flavour in the palette was degrees of saltiness.
The Truffle Fries were by far the most disappointing truffle fries I’ve had. To be fair it was $48 dollars but still it was disappointing. McDonald’s does a better truffle fries with their shake shake powder than this place. There was basically no truffle flavour in the fries at all. Not to mention, the truffle fries were paired with ketchup. Whatever truffle flavour there was with their fries were annihilated the moment they were paired with ketchup. My suggestion to the Grill Room is, please rename the dish to just ‘Fries’. That way you will be disappointing less people.
Finally, there’s the cheesecake. Again, lacklustre. Probably not made in-house. Not very fresh for a ‘cake of the day’.
Overall, very disappointed. Would not suggest this restaurant if you take food seriously, or if you take your money seriously. If you’re looking to throw some money into the sea, you could come here.
If you want a better experience for a similar price I would rather you go visit Hue in the Hong Kong Museum of Art. If you want a similar experience for a cheaper price, you’re better off going to your local Pokka Cafe, at least your expectations will match the price.
A little bit on the pricy side for this quality of food. Service is good though.
相公帶我去了一間西餐廳,位於尖沙咀區的樓上鋪,地方不大卻有簡簡單單的佈置。
坐下侍應立刻幫我倆點餐,相公點是日例湯~ 甘筍忌廉湯作前菜,看似好味。
而我的前菜是巴馬火腿配溫泉蛋黑松露露筍沙律,用巴馬火腿包著溫泉蛋,一鹹一香夾在一起吃,頗有新意 , 黑松露碎粒放在露筍上,咬落清爽更顯得味鮮。
我點了燒安格斯肉眼扒配黑松露薯蓉作主菜,剛好是我要的五成熟,廚師給我兩款汁,紅酒汁及香草汁,兩款汁也嘗試過,各有特色,我較喜歡後者。
相公的前菜是鹽味焦糖汁燒豬腩肉配青蘋果沙律,這燒肉配青蘋果沙律一起食,吃落不肥膩,很配。
甜品我撰了法式椰奶凍配芒果汁,不甜。
相公吃的78%朱古力心太軟反而較甜。
基本上食物質素都很好, 環境有氣氛, 很舒適
服務食物都很好,且有質素。

外賣平嘆超優質肉眼扒?
由於而家6點後禁止堂食,The Grill Room特別推出左外賣餐單,而且外賣仲有額外8折,意粉折完後最平$54,8安士肉眼扒都只係$102,非常抵食。除左肉眼扒之外,我仲叫左黑松露意粉,魚柳同沙律。兩個人share肯定夠哂食。?
青蘋果巴馬火腿雜菜沙律 $62
新鮮蔬菜配上巴馬火腿好特別,巴馬火腿入口的鹹香被蔬菜的清新味中和,再拌和酸甜的沙律醬,非常醒胃。?
8安士燒肉眼扒配薯角蔬菜 $102
The Grill Room招牌燒肉眼扒質素非常高,肉眼帶有炭燒味,黑椒份量剛好唔會蓋過肉香,牛扒厚度適中,肉汁豐富,配菜味道都唔錯。??
香煎魚柳蘑菇忌廉汁配燒蔬菜 $70
魚柳煎得香口,蘑菇忌廉汁的奶油味好溫和,入口舒服,把燒蔬菜的味道提升到另一層次,而連皮烤薯也得特別,有焦香的味道又帶點raw的感覺。?
黑松露雜菌扁意粉 $64
意粉富有彈性,黑松露味道濃郁,雜菌爽口,份量亦非常多。
8折後兩個人食得咁豐富都只係$300有找,性價比非常高。??
服務員非常好,食物質素也很高。

靚髀!烤雞超好食,好juicy嫩滑,連皮也烤得不會硬乾乾。又有沙律及粗薯條,配有沙律醬同蕃薯醬,滋味無窮!

Discovered that there was another branch of The Grill Room when I was eating in the area recently.
Ended up going here one night when it was pouring with rain as soon as I got out of the MTR exit so luckily this restaurant was nearby.
Started with mocktails and I had the salted caramel milkshake again because I love this drink and the amount of cream that is piled on top.
I also had the slowed cooked salmon for the third time which proves to be another good dish here.
It was lovely and pink in the middle complemented by the dressing.
Ordered the ribs as it looked so damn good when someone opposite was eating it.
I am so glad I got them as well as it was smothered in a tangy smokey bbq sauce while the ribs were tender and meaty.
For carbs finished with the beef ragu linguine which was topped with chunks of beef and the pasta was very appetizing as the sauce was very punchy.
WILL BE CHECKING OUT THEIR NEW RESTAURANT SOON AS PROMISED!

又做一個廿四孝男朋友,訂了在尖沙咀的一間西餐廳接女朋友放工晚膳。
這間餐廳在銅鑼灣店很久以前有去過,過往經驗餐廳相對擠迫餐桌與餐桌之間十分親密!但在這裏尖沙咀的分店居然沒有這種感覺,而且環境更加好,食物更有特色!
晚餐食物選擇相對多,當然價格相對premium!但premium 亦有premium的質素,一定不會令你失望!
喜歡吃青口的我們沒有錯過 “香草白酒煮青口配黑松露薯條”, 兩人叫半kilo 的 as starter 便已經足夠!青口十分新鮮,而且十分肯定廚師沒有煮過頭,肉汁鮮嫩鮮甜!薯條亦十分香口香脆,黑松露並沒有太多所以沒有蓋過薯條的薯味!
而 Side dish 我們點了忌廉牛油蒜香雜菌,雜菌十分creamy,配上香脆可口的麵包簡直一流!特別一提麵包十分香脆,不配上雜菌也十分好吃!
主菜我們點了一份嚟share便已足夠,由於女友不喜愛肉類扒類,所以在主菜方面我們選擇了 “香煎北海道帶子龍蝦汁扁意粉配三文魚子”! 龍蝦汁味道十分濃烈,撈上意粉後Juicy 及 creamy,三文魚子令到衣粉襯托出少許爆脆的感覺!帶子在龍蝦汁襯托上鮮味提升!
甜品方面,女友永遠喜愛的是點“心太軟”,這家餐廳的心太軟朱古力味十分濃郁,配上cream cookie的雪糕,心太軟一冷一熱,這便是這個甜品的精華及義所在!
而我本來很想吃朱古力布朗尼,可惜當天沒有已換上另一份朱古力蛋糕,但同樣他們家的甜品十分值得點上!而且個朱古力蛋糕感覺很像金莎的味道,口感亦不錯!
餐廳無論前菜,配菜,主菜,甜品都很出色,overall 都很滿意!
試過灣仔嗰間,呢間內部裝修差少少,但食物質素保持水準。
叫咗個肉眼 (5成熟),肉汁保留得好好,表面有格仔紋。意份比想像中好食,聞落去好香,食落口龍蝦味好重。

南瓜湯Texture好,味道單調了少許,我覺得有點過甜。
Parma Ham salad 除根後就正正常常無差錯。
紅汁蟹肉扁意粉,少有食紅汁的蟹肉意,不過味道都幾好。
主打Angus Rib Eye,件扒有根兼肥油有點多, medium rare 有點生 帶唔出牛嘅味道 medium well 或者medium 都應該好啲
好味。不錯。招呼一般。okla~

Amazing Peri Peri spring chicken
這次來到銅鑼灣的Grill room,其實經常在樓下也看到它的門牌,這是終於有時間來嘗嘗。
餐廳就開放式廚房風格,所以你也可以看到他們怎樣調理。
食物方面,因為當天有數種菜都缺貨,只好嘗試最基本的西冷牛扒和燒春雞。

西冷牛扒(五成熟)
肉味比較濃郁,吃起來肉質紮實有咬感,火候控制不錯,既不會燒焦也不會太生,沾上一點黑松露土豆蓉一起進食(朋友教的食法)更加美味。
Spring chicken with Peri peri sauce
中文叫霹靂霹靂燒春雞,(要用到兩個霹靂命名的醬汁到底有多厲害….?)簡單來說是葡式辣雞,但Peri Peri醬,又可稱作Piri Piri醬是種風味辛辣的混合醬料,當中是以Peri Peri辣椒為主要材料製成。而用此種辣醬醃製雞後再燒烤的做法,聽說是沿襲自非洲,後來由葡萄牙殖民者改良後傳播到世界各地,例如澳門的非洲雞便是由此發展而來。
一整隻春雞足夠兩個人吃,味道不會太辣,反而更開胃,外皮香脆,雞肉依然保持嫩滑,個人認為比牛扒更出色。
總括來說,食物味道有質素,就分量來說已經是物有所值,下次來再試試其他食物吧。

幾好食,地方闊落,唔催枱,傾計好地方
So delicious!! I really did not expect the food quality to be this good, from starter through to dessert was packed full of flavour and you can taste the quality was from fresh ingredients. We ordered the dinner set for 2, as there’s a current discount going on and the portions was just right. The steak however was slight fatty but the medium cook was cooked to perfection. Service was amazing and did not have to wait long, would recommend this place and I would definitely come back here.
The resto’s ambience was all right, but plants as a decor inside could be well managed. Staff are quite helpful, but when it comes to food quality, it is a disaster.
My starter is a bowl of mini salad, the veg inside is not really fresh and the sauce is not that match with the veg. And I ordered medium rare Angus rib eye, it comes with medium ; tho the size is quite satisfying, the meat’s quality was just very common. All right, I am fine with the normal food but it turns out charge HKD308 with 10% charge, that is not acceptable with the price giving the quality was poor. Wines are fine, the Bordeaux blend is ok, but the finish is short, so does the sauvignon blanc. My frd’s peri peri chicken looks good, but it is actually quite tasteless.
The most awful point is the dessert: an extremely tiny trigular hard brownie that made us all very disappointed as the finish of the so called fine dinning.
In short: better watch out .
Price was fair for what it was. Food were delicious. Would recommend.

?燒大蝦香草蕃茄汁扁意粉 HKD$102,這個蕃茄汁意粉靜靜也很喜歡吃的,醬汁味道酸酸的,濃郁還帶點蕃茄肉?。還有2隻大蝦,口感煙韌味道不錯。
食物質素不過不失,份量挻多的。外賣食物點多汁會好一點,因為不怕醬汁被意粉吸光?。等待疫情轉好,有晚市的時間再去吃個飯吧。

雜菌沾滿了濃郁的忌廉味,夾有牛油及蒜蓉香味,沾在麵包上一軟一硬口感十足,而且雜菌的份量十足,餐前小食已經令我們感到滿足。

奶昔上有忌廉及四塊oero餅仔,賣相十分吸睛。奶昔有好濃的焦糖味,又像軟雪糕般綿綿細滑,令人一飲便愛上。
燒美國安格斯肉眼扒配黑松露薯蓉
Angus Rib Eye (16oz) | $338
牛扒好大塊,格仔紋燒得好靚好清晰,七成熟都十分腍,牛肉入口即溶,又多肉汁。薯蓉混入了黑松露,有好香的松露味,軟綿滑溜,令我們食過不停。配搭的香草汁及燒汁亦為牛扒增添了不同的層次。
慢煮三文魚配香草乳酪汁伴小麥米

三文魚厚身,魚油味好香,慢煮的肉質幼嫩,伴碟的醬汁帶微酸幾清新。三文魚下面有小麥米,整碟菜式幾健康。

朋友聚會想找一間座得舒服又寧靜的餐廳,到位於尖沙咀的Grill Room
正合我心意,當中我好欣賞燒美國安格斯牛扒,侍應放下來那刻開始從觀感已覺得牛扒是高檔的靚食材,食第一口已滿意肉質軟腍好juice,medium 剛剛好肉色紅紅正是我所要的程度,而且配上豐富的黑松露薯蓉,又滑又香令這個牛扒餐更上一層次!正!再試下朋友所點鹽味焦糖汁燒豬腩肉配青蘋果沙律,西餐食燒腩仔是第一次好特別好有驚喜,燒腩的皮燒到好脆咬下卜卜聲,配菜是青蘋果配搭得宜青蘋果的果酸可以減輕燒肉的油膩感!
真心推介這間餐廳???
牛扒煎得好香有炭燒味而入面保持三成熟, 不過可能塊扒本身肉質問題所以有少少韌。 其他食物中規中矩, 勝在價錢唔貴和就腳。
同鍾意食肉嘅朋友出街,所以揀左呢間之前食過覺得ok嘅扒房用膳。估唔到到閑日晚上都咁滿座!
香煎北海道帶子龍蝦汁扁意粉($198)
扁意粉掛表面面積大,所以掛汁能力強,同海鮮一向係絕配!味道濃郁嘅龍蝦汁份量剛好,有鹹香嘅三文魚籽做點綴都唔會過鹹。大大粒嘅帶子煎成金黃色,啱啱熟,所以咬落去保持軟熟。
燒安格斯肉眼扒配黑松露薯蓉($338)
嚟得扒房梗係要叫返塊牛扒啦!唔知點解有網紋嘅扒總係特別吸引,好香炭燒味~肉味香濃,就算唔點醬都已經好夠味。始終肉眼比較多油脂,覺得膩可以點下香草醬。美中不足嘅係叫左四成熟有啲太生難咀嚼。伴碟嘅薯蓉份量雖然小但係味道真係唔錯,松露香味突出,口感順滑。
朱古力布朗尼配馬卡龍
Brownie同macaroon兩樣都係我嘅至愛,一見到呢個配搭忍唔住點左! 布朗尼識落似朱古力蛋糕,加埋上面嘅棉花糖粒粒口感幾豐富。馬卡龍係焦糖味,唔會過甜。

另叫咗塊肉眼扒 medium 肉質有啲差 多筋

疫情下的美味午餐
不經不覺香港已受疫情折騰了一年,其間飲食業受盡限聚令的打擊,平時喜歡約朋友聚餐的我,亦盡量減少外出用膳。難得今天陽光普照,氣溫回升,約了好友來到尖沙咀堪富利士道一間西餐廳《The Grill Room》午膳。
餐廳因疫情關係,做足預防措施,除了量度體溫,給客人搓手液外,還用透明膠板將枱隔開,務求客人食得開心與放心。
午市套餐都頗多選擇,我們揀了蝦意粉和肉眼扒。
先來冰凍啤酒,再上甘荀忌廉湯,湯香濃幼滑,加入芫茜和薑,相當滋味。
鮮蝦意粉配香草番茄汁 – 蝦大隻新鮮,入口鮮甜彈牙,扁意粉有咬口,香濃的番茄醬汁滲透意粉,非常和味。
肉眼扒 – 8安士肉眼扒肉質焾軟,配以燒汁、椰菜花和,燒薯,令人回味無窮。
想起好一段時間沒有光顧西餐廳,便於網上搜尋合適餐廳爲今天的晚膳作準備,朋友相約我於銅鑼灣區,查找過後,被 The Grill Room 的餐廳裝潢所吸引,因此便預訂到此用膳。
到西餐廳吃飯,又怎能缺少飲酒暢談的環節,我便特意挑選了兩瓶酒,自攜到餐廳配搭菜式飲用,餐廳是可以攜帶酒類的,但需要收取開瓶費,以每支作計算,一瓶則爲價格$150。
The Grill Room 是位於尖沙咀的商務大廈內,大廈中有其中三層是租予飲食餐廳的,此餐廳便佔據其中一層。出升降機後,首先會看見餐廳名牌,再內進便是廚房位置,廚房是屬於開放式的,而左手邊則是偏廳。裝潢以金色、綠色為主調,配搭牆壁上的綠色葉子圖案,再襯上黃調燈光,感覺舒適寫意。
北海道刺身帶子沙律
沙律用上沙律菜、三文魚籽、帶子、黑松露籽製成,沙律菜色澤翠綠,入口爽脆清甜,三文魚籽晶瑩剔透,香甜鮮美,帶子來自於日本北海道,薄切成片狀,食用時新鮮柔韌,口感近乎即化,配搭黑松露籽調味,為沙律加添芳香獨特。
紅酒燴羊膝 配 自家製燒烤汁 配 黑松露薯蓉
羊膝分量充足大只,上桌時便已有股羊肉香氣撲鼻而來,配搭上自家製的燒烤汁,入口香濃惹味,肉質結實嫩滑,且甚少脂肪,食用時富有口感,味道有微微羊羶香氣,製作時使用紅酒調味,更能帶出肉質鮮味。底部是黑松露薯蓉,口感綿密幼滑,入口即溶,馬鈴薯味道出眾,同時帶有淡淡的黑松露芳香。
香煎北海道帶子龍蝦汁扁意粉配三文魚子
橙紅色的扁意粉配搭藍色碟子,色調的反差感使賣相吸睛,整體更出眾吸引。扁意粉爽口煙韌,軟硬適中,加入龍蝦汁調味,意粉幼滑微黏,稠密濃郁。三文魚子明亮飽滿,鮮甜脆嫩,魚油甘香。帶子是來自北海道的,大廚把其中一面煎製後再上桌,客人便可同時享用兩種口感,一面香脆一面嫩滑,而且帶子內裏肉質呈現半生熟狀態,味道清甜即溶,鮮味十足。
78% 朱古力心太軟
心太軟是使用78%的黑朱古力製作而成,頂部灑上糖粉點綴,旁邊放有水果和朱古力醬作襯托,外形美觀精緻。心太軟焗製時間恰到好處,食用時外層香脆,內裏軟綿,朱古力餡料呈現流心狀態,切開後醬料緩緩流出,味道濃郁香滑,帶輕微苦澀香氣。旁邊的水果爽脆香甜,配搭心太軟食用正好可以緩和膩滯感。
總結而言,餐廳裝潢富有心思,整體裝潢配搭大自然樹葉壁畫和柔和黃燈,予人感覺休閒放鬆,開放式廚房亦可見環境整潔衛生,食材方面用料新鮮出色,製作時間控制恰到好處,是與朋友慶祝或聚會的好地方。

北海道帶子刺身沙律
首先食一個前菜,這款沙律賣相好靚,一片片雪白的帶子刺身圍住沙律菜,帶子上面有少許三文魚子作點綴,顏色上配搭很好。 北海道帶子刺身很鮮甜美味,份量不少,少許的橄欖油及黑胡椒作調味令其更加嫩滑,三文魚子亦很鮮味。沙律菜新鮮爽口,醬汁是紅酒黑醋,酸甜開胃。另外,沙律菜亦添加了些少杏仁片令口感香脆及豐富。
燒美國安格斯西冷扒配黑松露薯蓉
西冷扒分量十足, 12安士。西冷扒賣相吸引,有分明的燒網紋。我們點了五成熟,一切開,陣陣牛油香氣及香濃牛肉味散發出來,牛扒中間呈現完美的粉紅色,火候控制相當恰當。牛扒肉質好口感佳,一點也不韌,越咬越有牛味。牛扒配以兩款醬汁,一款是牛肉汁燒烤汁,令一款則是青醬。其實牛扒本身已非常好吃,不需要沾任何醬汁。而沾上牛肉汁則更加惹味,沾上青醬則口味清新。
配菜的薯蓉十分香滑,淡淡的黑松露味一點也不膩喉,令人忍不住一口接一口。
廣島蠔芝士煙肉蘑菇薯仔批
香噴噴的薯仔片上鋪滿了煙肉,蘑菇,芝士,當然少不了肥嘟嘟又脹卜卜的廣島蠔,外表烤得金黃,令人垂涎欲滴。澎湃的芝士有牽絲效果,非常邪惡。主角廣島蠔十肥美,鮮甜十足,一點腥味都沒有,火候亦控制佳,保持內裏肉汁,口感鮮嫩。薯仔片切得來薄薄一片,每口都是薯仔香味,薯仔片吸入了蘑菇醬汁,煙肉惹味,令人吃不停口。
總括而言,這家餐廳從來都不會令人失望,食物的質素保持得很好。
