offering one of the best nachos in hk! still warm and crispy even when its already the last piece! other food is also good! great place for chat with no time limit! the only downside is some staff didnt seem too friendly

Largely ignored by staff! Not sure why The Chop House operates this way but first, the restaurant is half empty and my partner and I got put in a dark corner, while the rest of the brightly lit tables in the middle of the hall are empty, citing reservations.

Manager and the wait staff (6 of them!) and bartenders are all Filipinos and happily chatting and standing around. They didn’t allow us to pre-order cocktails (at happy hour rates) and have them served later. Then we went to get our own water. They rushed to help us pour it out, as if suddenly realizing the lack of service.

Steaks are good (we had tenderloin and sirloin) but peppercorn sauce was very disappointing. Mash with gravy is very nice.

Outside: all time happy hour ~$50/drink. Recommend belly pork pizza, french fries and chicken wings. awful experience for mussel, please dont try: small in size, no texture and not hot enough for serving. Can also order inside menu as wel. But not aircondition.

Inside : happy hr from 4~8 ~$60+/drink, standard menu.

I have been grounded in Hong Kong for the last 90 days in a self-imposed quarantine so that I don’t accidentally spread COVID-19 during my travels. TCH has been a staple restaurant for me because the establishment offers grass fed beef at a reasonable, for Hong Kong, price. Both the Australian and New Zealand beef have been cooked consistently on my many visits. Medium rare is always medium rare. Food and value is a 4 for being in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui.

They go from 4 stars to 5 stars because of their COVID-19 measures. This really impressed me the most. The staff are friendly and well trained. Guests are required to wear mask and submit to temperature checks upon entry. Tables are properly spread apart to further reduce incidents of exposure. I have walked out of restaurants that don’t provide adequate spacing and protection for their customers. I feel safe dining here on days that housekeeping is cleaning my hotel room. Will definitely continue to repeat.

物非所值

Food is ok, portions are small. Ordered the full rack ribs for 2 person and is too small. Better to order a main dish individually. Service is friendly, environment is very good.

The worst is they use a trolley to collect dirty dishes and run it between the tables like in a cheap Chinese restaurant. Disgusting to be exposed to this during a dinner…. They need a westen management if they want to call it a western restaurant

This is one of our favourite Hong Kong spots. The food is always good and the staff are very attentive. We have had several of the dishes and have never been disappointed. The outdoor area is a rare find in Hong Kong. A must visit!

Ordered onion rings, lamb chop and salad. The lamb chop was phenomenal!

Happy Hour drinks are available on the terrace only and you are not allowed to wait at the bar until a table opens up.
The drinks are decent though and the cheese nachos are great.
