Ordered a “full rack of ribs” via food panda, this arrived. Called them and they said there should be two.. “maybe the driver took one”. I explained, even if there was two, it’s not a full rack of ribs. Told me to call food panda. 358 HKD for this. Disgusting.

Great place for a special day. Terrace is lovely in daytime in cooler months and in evenings in the summer. Wide range of choices on the menu. Weekend brunch is excellent value.
I was very disappointed, service was terribly slow. Food was tasteless and not worth the price. When asked why it was flavorless the excuse was it was meant for Chinese taste buds.
Do not waste your time going to check it out.

一個有out door嘅餐飲地方
能在商場中堅持很長一段時間的，都不簡單。The Chop House 主打Chill 風格，進店一定會問你，要不要坐外面？食物還算OK吧，很多肉肉。
在酒店商場內的餐廳連酒吧，有露天的座椅，可以吸煙。但夏天比較炎熱，另外，在露天地方坐，服務員愛理不理，服務較差，實不似一級餐廳，令人印像大打折扣。
The restaurant was super cold the moment we stepped in, so I asked the servers to make the temperature warmer but it seemed like they ignored my request. Honestly I never feel cold as I am pregnant but considering I was dining with a toddler (mentioned in our reservation) they could’ve considered so. My husband and I arrived 15 mins earlier than the booking time but was not even asked if we wanted some drinks to start off with when we settled down. Then when the rest of my family arrived, I ordered a bottle of sparkling water since no one proactively did so. Server asked if I wanted my sparkling water cold, when it arrived it wasn’t even close to it..
Food quality is mediocre considering the price of it. When my brother in law was ordering sides, he clearly asked for GARLIC RICE and the server didn’t even hesitate to let us know they didn’t serve this as she just nodded in agreement when we were placing the orders. Understandably, she might’ve understood it as the garlic shrimp dish you have on your menu. But what was weird was, I loudly asked my brother in law to add an order of Garlic Shrimp to add on for our table as we were seated in a two separate tables… also sever never repeated order back which was disappointing. Food arrived warm, the only food items that were hot was the creamy spinach and mash. Once the Garlic Shrimp arrived, it was terribly BLAND!!! It has no seasoning whatsoever and had to ask for salt, pepper and cheese just to make it edible for me as I was starving! I did mention this to the server but nonetheless, she didn’t seem to care.
Also, now that we’re in a global pandemic, it would be great if you didn’t leave a bunch of cutleries & glassware on the tableside for your guests to self serve as I have observed you don’t change it for the next round of guests anyway.
I could go on and on about our experience but I really don’t leave this kind of reviews. But since I was actually excited to try The Chop House, I just have to. I work in the F&B industry too so I understand how it works. I do hope this review will help you to change the service standards that you provide to your future guests.

有個插曲，我哋口罩用曬，戴緊last個唔小心跌咗落地，問餐廳有無口罩，餐廳話口罩要收費。都唔係幾錢嘅問題，我哋兩個人食咗成千蚊，而係依家嘅時勢仲要收呢啲錢，就覺得好唔friendly，所以間嘢幾好食都唔會再幫襯。

推介原因：生日月繼續食生日飯。今次去了美麗華商場一間西餐廳。Garlic prawns 配海鮮飯。飯吸收了所有蝦?味，所以好香。Pizza 批底偏薄身，豬肉不鞋口，反而有點嫩滑，有點似雞肉。Chop house baileys cheesecake 放了點生果和一棵葉在上面裝飾，意想不到的美。因為朋友訂位時有告知是慶祝生日，所以侍應在蛋糕上插了蠟燭，又寫上happy birthday，再唱著生日歌遞上蛋糕。另外，侍應有替我們用即影即有相機拍照，送了一張相給我們留念。
去chop house 慶祝生日是不錯之選！
午餐牛扒要medium rare，結果來一塊九成熟乾到柴的，經理提議要rare ，來了medium 的。出餐不算快，以為慢功出細貨，但大失所望，連普通酒吧水準都比不上，唔會再來試牛扒了。
服務好好、有禮殷勤，可惜廚房唔爭氣。

A great place to catch up with friends and family. Great atmosphere and nice reception.
Had lunch for a colleague’s birthday. They do something special for birthdays, besides the standard “happy birthday” message on the dessert plate when you ordered dessert, they also had a took an instant film photo for us, compliments on the house.
Besides that, the food was delicious, although small portioned. Special mention to the Bailey’s cheesecake (restaurant’s specialty), very nice. The waiters were friendly.

Good to enjoy a cup of coffee on middle rooftop surrounded by buildings. Don’t expect too much kind service unless you have full set menu. ^^

We went on Mother’s day for lunch and took our chance without a reservation and was pleasantly surprised and seated at the patio with no wait. Food was nice and service was great on a busy day. Chicken took its time to cook but overall a great dining experience.

I went on a Sunday lunchtime with my son. We ordered chicken wings and a sharing steak. Chicken wings were a different take on buffalo wings they were properly cooked but very large and awkward – especially for a 9 year old. We ordered the sharing steak though the lead times was 40mins – this was because it was frozen (they don’t age their own steaks), that said the steak was pretty good, but they had only one mustard choice (we had to ask for it as it wasn’t offered) and there was no salt and pepper (again you had to ask). The service was non existent if we wanted a drink or anything we had to put up our hand and hope we were seen, though when staff came they were polite. Overall it wasn’t cheap so I am surprised at some reviews mentioning quality/price for this restaurant. If I could, I would have rated it 2.5 though I rated 2 as it was closer to 2 than 3…. In summary I thought the whole experience was a mediocre but pricey meal in a child indifferent restaurant. I wouldn’t visit again unless I heard of significant improvement.
Best place for big group. We have 10 ppl and they put us into two tables next to each other.

The Chop Nachos with Beef
The restaurant is spacious and well lit. It’s located at the end of the mall so it may take quite some time to reach it. The food is of high quality – pizza and pasta are really good and authentic. The lamb kebab is amazing as well. However, it is recommended to order slightly more than usual as the portions are quite small.

Disappointed with the service. I had to stand up and look around for someone to take our orders and It wasn’t busy at all. Steak wasn’t even good, they served it slightly cold. We were so upset that we had to finish it and had to find another place to dine in. Definitely, never comin back. Not recommended. ❌❌❌❌

The terrace is great and most of the staff was super friendly but our server was incredibly rude and unfriendly to the point I almost asked to get someone else to wait our table. The fish and chips was dry and when I asked for some extra sauce the server told me in a very rude manner that it was 35$, must be the city’s most expensive extra sauce. The whole experience was very disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be going back.
