平日11時去，有在台灣Gabee的感覺，不錯
味道不錯但選擇不多
Haven’t had a legit meal like this before. Their coffee drinks are really good. I went there with a friend and we ordered the 2 people set meal. The set meal is enough to make you full. You got to choose a salad, a sandwich, a plate of pasta, and 2 cups of drinks and 2 pieces of cheesecakes. Their food is really awesome and tasty! I really love their spaghetti with green apple, asparagus and pine nuts in pesto sauce. Strongly recommend this dish! I would love to go there again!

Great waffle and crepe, their buttermilk beer coffee (forgot the exact name) is very interesting and delicious too.
Tucked away in the corner of the basement this café is a nice and quiet spot for excellent food and drinks. However, the service is on the slow side and they messed up one of our orders despite my pointing to the exact picture of what we wanted on the menu.

Nice Food
Nice cafe for lunch .
This cafe located at the lowest floor in K11, the fastest way to go there is leaving at TST MTR Exit N, not the front doors of K11. This cafe characterised by coffee and alcohol cross over, must try their special drinks! May need reservation on weekends night, mostly full around 7 ~8 pm. They have vege all day breakfast which I like the most. The pasta was also great. The size of the waffle is huge and tasty too!
Very average all day breakfast and coffee. There are a few vegetarian options. Good location and not expensive.

Services are really ……. have a very big room for improvement. Especially the attitude and tone. Coffee is normal. Dessert can be neglected.

每次經過呢間牧羊人都係食飽落地鐵站先醒起，其仔幾間都試過晒，係爭呢一間未試。
其實想飲咖啡，但又太晚，下次lunch或tea再黎品嚐下。
食左兩樣好穩陣嘅dishes。拿破崙辣肉腸意粉，做得也幾出色，味道剛好。三文魚凱撒salad好味，唔會太多醬汁好heavy。
至於一行入黎，serve我嘅waiter感覺唔太想做⋯好似阻佢收工咁。呢樣可以改善下會更好。

1st time here on Monday night at 930pm just 1 hr before closing.
Table for 2 and came for drinks.
My friend and I both had hot chocolates, she ordered the rose hot chocolate.
Looks very nice and super hot to drink.
The cream tasted good only the drink which I felt was “over cooked”? so it doesn’t make the throat taste so well after consuming more than half.
It’s a little noisy and we were rushed the bill right after the drinks arrived.
Lots of food on the menu to choose from only unfortunate that we came with stomach full of Vietnam food already.
Still I want to visit again.

店舖環境氣氛休閒，食少少野、飲杯咖啡，同朋友傾下計就最啱！
黑糖牛奶咖啡，少少甜，不過咖啡味比較淡。
蜂蜜蛋糕質地好結實，充滿蜂蜜香甜味道，仲加咗少少合桃，不錯??
Affogato 也不錯。只是個人口味問題，不太喜歡底層太多cream???

試下唔好諗得咁複雜，試一試香港好少見既創意
咖啡店「牧羊少年咖啡館」。原來咖啡之所以
能夠令人沉迷，除左本身既味道之外，加少少諗頭，
經過咖啡師既巧手，造就千變萬化既形態！?

?Creative Coffee –
▪ Popcorn Coffee – $62
▫ 人氣大熱既「爆谷咖啡」，賣相就夠哂靚仔啦，
杯身顯然見到漸變既層次，份外吸晴。其實係由
雲呢拿糖水、Cappuccino既凍奶泡、Espresso做
Based，再係面頭灑上焦糖爆谷做裝飾。入口飲到
咖啡味既濃香，奶泡質感滑溜香，配合爆谷既口感，
整體效果配合得幾有驚喜。

▪ Peanut Coffee Smoothie – $62
▫ 另一主打「花生風暴」亦有睇頭，同樣都係
Espresso做底，加上花生醬、朱古力、鮮奶、忌廉。
最特別之處係Barista會將咖啡豆同冰粒Blend埋變左
一層沙冰既塗層，多左種口感係到，幾特別。
而飲落花生味的確好突出，但咖啡味同樣無被掩蓋，
反而兩者黎得好夾，奶味亦都好香醇，唔錯。

?世間最邪惡既誘惑莫過於呢個「小食拼盤」，
愈邪惡既野就要克服佢。集合香腸、雞翼、八爪魚丸、
炸魚柳、春卷、薯角，樣樣都係我最愛，仲要係
不經意就會食哂果隻。最欣賞個炸雞翼，外脆內嫩，
肉質結實但唔乾身，非常Juicy；春卷keep到脆卜卜，
餡料豐富；八爪魚丸入口有咬口，相當惹味！

?Seafood Pizza – $138
?嗌Pizza我從來都鍾意薄批，尤其係「千島海鮮薄餅」，
千島醬比茄醬更加食到Pizza既精萃。而呢到就落足料，
包括蟹柳、墨魚、蠑螺、蜜瓜，點少得大大隻既鮮蝦呀！
而面頭鋪上滿滿既芝士，口感層次都好豐富。
餅底比一般餐廳做得更加似餅乾，咬落更加脆口，
無咁厚身自然唔會太飽滯啦。

?Dessert –
▪ Affogato – $58
▫ 最傳統既意式甜品「意式咖啡雪糕」，
親手將濃郁Espresso倒入雲尼拿雪糕，
睇住佢慢慢被溶化既感覺真係幾治癒。
雪糕食落質感幼滑，中和左Espresso既苦澀味，
令成杯Affogato更加甘香，我幾滿意。

▪ Honey Cake – $42
▫「蜂蜜蛋糕」真係第一次試，蜜糖味感覺好清新，
甜得黎唔會太膩。而裡面食到粒粒既杏仁，層與層
之間既夾雜Cream既結合，口感好特別。
餐點味道真的很一般，但咖啡很有創意，不錯。

Nice choice of coffee beans, rather sour or sweet and yummy smoked salmon on toast. Lovely staff and services in the busy shopping mall and afternoon.

Love their innovative coffee drinks. More like a dessert itself, very sweet but most of them do taste good. Getting the set is good value otherwise can be overpriced. Must try their sweet potato coffee drink!

環境好好
Quality food, friendly staff and cozy environment
係K11行到攰攰地打算飲杯咖啡坐下，決定去B2層(姐係MTR果層）間牧羊少年創意咖啡試下～一直聽個名覺得幾得意但冇機會試。
入到去環境其實幾靚既，本身想飲哈利波特啤酒咖啡，但下奏三點已經話冇哂啤酒整唔到，好失望。之後唯有叫個黑糖薑咖啡。
黎到既時候變左杯茶，心諗咩事？望向店員佢地完全冇反應，係度掛住傾計。後來隔左一陣先走黎走番杯茶，完全冇講對唔住。後尾第二位店員黎比咖啡我先有講唔好意思，感覺唔良好。
杯咖啡話就話創意咖啡，但感覺只係普通Latte加左薑咁，係ok既，冬天飲會覺得幾暖，但呢個價錢貴左d，仲要收加一。
不過我都仲係想試下哈利波特啤酒咖啡，下次有機會再黎，希望到時店員好少少啦！

叫咗個忌廉三文魚意粉同埋香草汁蘆筍雞肉意粉。 餐飲嘅名稱我唔記得，淨係記得一杯係花生味，一杯係熱情果味咖啡。
花生本身配上咖啡就係絕配， 所以呢杯花生咖啡絕對推介！
意粉都煮得唔錯， 煙韌彈牙。
Dinner was OK but Saturday lunch has a limited selection, and the choice of ingredients in each pasta dish do not match well together. For example Asparagus Chicken Pasta has mushroom and pesto sauce which would have been very nice as a vegetarian dish without the chunky chicken pieces; otherwise, perhaps the chicken pieces were smaller and shredded instead might work better. The Shrimp and Salman Roe Pasta would have been much more elegant without the Japanese fish cake pieces (Naruto Kamaboko). While I understand this is a Japanese Italian Fusion restaurant but that’s just it.
I don’t recall what I had for dinner last time I was here a few months ago but my return for lunch today was based on the fond memory I had.
Food quality is satisfying
叫咗Americano, Apple + cinnamon tea, 和flat white. 都不錯。中午多人，要等位。攞飛影相就得。幾環保。

估唔到新分店會有鹹蛋味嘅菜式?，以為食落會好鹹好濃，點知奶香味較為突出?，唔算太鹹✨。醬汁充分咁包住麵條?，味道唔錯??，仲有幾隻大蝦做配料?，好食✌?。

見到好多人都有食pizza?，我哋都點返個?。薄底pizza唔好咁易膩?，睇落落咗好多芝士好吸引?，不過味道唔夠豐富????。配料嘅墨魚仔同蝦都好爽口??，只係調味略為不足??♀️。

基本上每個人嚟到都會點呢道嘅窩夫，冇諗到會如咁大份?，有4大件而且非常厚身??，食落蛋香味濃郁夠鬆軟?，再配上旁邊嘅香蕉、朱古力雪糕同朱古力醬真係好好食???，必點！

午市套餐唔貴，包左飲品同餐湯，當日係椰菜花湯，幾好飲。滿滿明太子，仲有少少三文魚子添，意粉咸香味十足，蝦有5隻同幾塊魚板，都幾足料～杯日本煎米茶都好香，嘆完杯茶好滿足甘埋單走人
食品還不錯，碟太大但枱面較細，二人用餐擺不下食物及飲品。
