主要食慢煮海鮮,海鮮拼盆及麵包蟹!好正
選了五款的海鮮籃,之後佢就”表演”,將籃內的海鮮與醬汁混合,我地揀左小龍蝦、蝦、蜆、扇貝&長腳蟹。醬汁: 卡彊蒜蓉汁
一剪開,好香呀,好濃既蒜蓉味,不過食落有點油!!
吃蝦先,幾大隻,蝦肉爽不過略過火;
長腳蟹有甜味,但好瘦;
小龍蝦,無蝦膏,但都新鮮;
蜆肉好有海水味;
扇貝最滿意,好厚肉新鮮。
兩人份量,一個3料海鮮拼盤,再加一點小食就已經很足夠。
一間餐廳成功與否,除了食物水準,員工態度也十分重要。呢間餐廳可能被宣傳得太厲害,而家海鮮麻麻地之外,員工也變得態度惡劣,完全沒有笑容,醬汁上錯了,海鮮來錯了也沒有道歉。希望能改善,顧客也會開心點。

除左蠔比較新鮮,其它食物好一般,價錢高,份量小,真係唔明咁都有奬,不會再去

A small restaurant, but thumbs up for the decoration and environment. Food is good, except the dirty risotto (squid sauce risotto with chicken liver), but if you like chicken liver, it’s good actually. Nachos is pretty good! As for the seafood, I will say it’s quite good, the sauce too, but definitely not as great and tasty as the Boiling Crab in the States. People love to celebrate birthdays here. For one single night, there were like at least 5 tables with birthday cakes lol Overall, it’s a good restaurant in town!
好難食 ,overpriced don’t go
Do not waste money here ! Mediocre seafood , not authentic Cajun style ! You will be forced to pay after an hour dining. No enjoyment here at all , spend it somewhere else

環境不錯,佈置也有心思,走海洋風,加上兩邊玻璃環抱,感覺開揚。 味道中規中矩,不是十分特出,調制的醬汁一般。
意粉還可以,蝦還叫新鮮。意粉處理得還可以,但海鮮就沒太突出。
豬仔脾夠淋,但味道一般,主要原因是單調沒層次的味道, 吃下是茄汁茄油的味,濃但說實沒太入味,
主要是在外面的汁沒有滲入肉內, 肉是夠淋但不夠味,外加汁似的,飯也單調,略硬,汁又不夠,雖然份量很足,有至少三根豬仔髀但汁太少了。
反而餐湯和甜品是不錯的, 南瓜湯合格,甜品是檸檬蛋糕,吃完重口味後帶來一點清,是不錯的。
整體上要有午市優惠才覺得吃得化算, 如果沒有的話就貴了點,不值了。

蟹腳無肉,龍蝦仔,花甲算比較好, 800幾蚊海鮮份量少,返而又腸仔薯仔粟米就墊左好多嘅底 ,蟹餅雪味好重,$89黑松露薯條,原來係普通炸薯條加黑松露醬,唔值呢個價,埋單1400,我覺得總體都overpriced。驚喜位係全部staff過黎唱生日歌。
食品特別
曾經被法國同西班牙統治嘅新奧爾良,所以食物既味道好富豐,而且佢地盛產海產,所以佢哋嘅海鮮係好出名㗎。呢間餐廳以正宗新奧爾良『熱船長海鮮拼盤』 做生招牌,之前有試過佢哋灣仔嘅分店,不過嗰間主要係食蟹嘅。而今次就嚟到呢一間the Captain Hous
食佢哋嘅海鮮拼盤就梗係會有個小圍裙畀我哋掛住喺頸,就唔使怕食嘅時候會整污糟件衫。有需要嘅,都可以問佢哋拎手套,咁就唔怕食到成手都係
而且餐廳會提供返一啲餐具,方便我哋食得更加輕鬆同容易❤️
熱船長海鮮拼盤 platter B$548
我哋今次叫咗五種海鮮,分別有小龍蝦,蜆,長腳蟹,帶子 同埋 蝦 而我哋揀咗個卡疆蒜蓉汁,辣辣地好香嘅蒜蓉味,非常之開胃一黎到店員會拎起成袋海鮮,再不停搖佢,務求令到入面嘅海鮮都均勻地沾上d汁
初初以為佢細細袋冇乜料到… 點知一打開真係o曬嘴如果唔係特別大食嘅朋友, 其實一袋都可以同四個人分享,我哋仲叫咗個蒜蓉包,睇見都覺得好飽
千祈唔好諗住佢哋成袋都係殼,其實真係啖啖肉,絕對冇偷工減料
而且佢哋跟足係新奧爾良嘅食法, 呢度海鮮入面仲有粟米,香腸 同 薯仔,用傳統香料整既卡疆蒜蓉汁搖勻佢。而且佢地係用新鮮當造既海鮮。 就算佢覺汁幾香濃都好,唔會遮蓋住海鮮嘅鮮甜味,而且海鮮食得出非常之鮮甜同爽口,絕對新鮮呀!
更重要嘅係佢哋嘅海鮮份量一啲都唔少,每種海鮮都大大隻,真係唔好睇小佢哋呀❤️
香草蒜蓉包$55
而且呢個蒜蓉包真係不得了!必叫呀~~好香嘅蒜蓉味加上淡淡既香草,而且佢落咗甜甜哋嘅醬汁,所以個包食起上嚟又香又甜 。夾埋個海鮮拼盤嘅醬點嚟食,真係好好味!成排包我一個人食曬
路易斯安那特色蟹餅$95
蟹味好濃郁一放入口,都俾蟹肉包圍住,啖啖肉 而且佢出面嗰層炸得好香脆,但係食落一啲都唔油膩。唔好睇小佢細細餅一塊,食多幾啖你就知咩事
鹽焗原條海鱸魚$338
海鱸魚較矜貴,因為產量唔多,所以唔係話想食就可以食到㗎
話明係鹽焗,就緊係用啲鹽包實條魚啦。所以有啲似乞衣雞嘅食法,要作開曬啲鹽先食到 而且佢真係好大條呀
作開之後會見到魚鱗,唔好以為師傅唔記得咗幫你刨走呀如果刨走啲魚鱗嘅話,就唔可以鎖住啲肉汁,而且啲鹽會滲哂落d肉到搞到好鹹,所以保留個魚鱗係為咗保持條魚嘅鮮味❤️
店員會幫你慢慢整開啲魚鱗,放心係完整一大塊皮整開,所以唔會搞到成條魚都係魚鱗
魚肉好肥美,白嫩,冇魚味腥tim❤️雖然魚味唔太突出,但肉質好夠鮮

我地叫左熱船長海鮮拼盤Platter B 8 可以簡5款不同海鮮$548,我地簡左2份蟹腳、1份蝦、1份蜆、1份扇貝。
等左一陣侍應就拎住個大袋裡面放左我地叫既熱辣辣海鮮,仲好主動幫我地影相;一打開陣陣香味即刻開動,依到既食用海鮮用具好齊備;除左有剪刀、濕紙巾、仲有個圍巾,唔洗怕彈到件衫非常貼心
原本以為蟹腳唔會好多,點知好大隻仲要有咁多,非常鮮味;扇貝好厚肉食落爽口;蝦有7—8隻左右都好鮮甜

Have tried the seafood platters and scallop pasta. The seafood are precooked and mixed with the sauce you selected. You can eat widly with your hands as protective gloves are available. The seafood is fresh and delicious. Scallop Pasta is yummy as well. In general, nice food, good services, comfortable environment with reasonable price. Most of the time, it is full house, so ensure to make a reservation in advance.

話說回來,其實除咗海鮮袋,呢度其他嘅食物質素都好高,定期亦有不同優惠,不過今晚因為無訂枱walk-in ,就需要等左20分鐘先有位?天氣咁熱,一坐低就Order番兩杯drink先,跟著慢慢睇下Menu,㨂下食乜先,侍應亦向我們細心介紹餐廳食物和近期優惠??海鮮凍盤$268,首先叫個海鮮凍盤,佢已經Mix左幾款海鮮,包括有生蠔、北海道帶子、三文魚、八爪魚?,一次個食齊幾款心水海產,尤其是生蠔,鮮甜肥美,Creamy 海水味足??北海道帶子冰凍新鮮,正??黑松露醬薯條$88,送酒一流,呢款小食,我推薦一定要試吓呢個黑松露醬,佢獨有嘅香味同薯條真係好夾?香煎北海道帶子刺身配黃梅醬芒果?沙沙$168,大大粒嘅帶子,入口鮮甜美味,咬開帶子嘅纖維,Juice多汁,黃梅醬酸酸尾尾,吃得好満足?主食是美國特級安格斯肉眼(8安士)$348,選擇五成熟,個人覺得這是最能保持肉味和牛脂的狀態,做到肉質嫩滑 又入味,仲可以鎖緊肉汁 ,又咬落彈牙,配埋脆卜卜嘅薯條,旁邊還有海鹽和胡椒、醬汁?離去的時候,發現他們原來得獎無數,難怪整晚座無虛席,很受食客的歡迎,絕對不是浪得虛名,很讚的一間餐廳?
即炸薯條、五款海鮮、竟然漏左兩樣,青口好細粒,不過係好味既。

You can create your own seafood bag, with 12 kinds of seafood for you to choose from. Pick you Seafood, your flavour, then just roll up your sleeves, wear the apron and ready to get your hands messy.
We opted for the 3-options seafood bag, we’ve chosen Shrimps (12 pcs), Live Mussels (12 pcs) and Snow Crab Legs.

We have chosen two seasonal fresh shucked oysters, Ancelin and Majestic. They were sweet and flavourful, bursting with briny flavour and finished with a strong aftertaste.

Crab Meat Carbonara (HK$138)
Spaghetti with crispy bacon, crab meat, onion, cream sauce and a raw egg yolk on top, all of these ingredients gave the dish extra vibrancy.

Food and service was great. However, for the price, I felt a little let down with the quality of the seafood. For example, I wouldn’t call regular shrimps “prawns”….

Great seafood platter, I love the pepper and butter sauce. Their Crab cake is another thumb up dish.
the seafood platter was very good and filling, the service was hit and miss with two out of three orders being wrong. 90 per cent of wines on the menu were unavailable, cocktails very good. a friendly and laid back atmosphere, I would return but next time would reconfirm the order.
