The dinner buffet is good, not excellent. Also it Is a bug overpriced. The quality of the food is a bit uneven. For example the ribeye was overdone and later very good. Also the baked lobster was overdone.
I would oversee these minor issues if the price was a bit lower.
這家去香港之前參考tripadviser評論覺得很好的吃到飽，於是兩個禮拜前就訂位了，去吃的感想首先是，中餐價位一個人大約375港幣，這種價格竟然沒有飲料吧，要飲料還要另外付好幾十塊港幣才有，這是香港的吃到飽文化之一嗎? 在台灣是不可能有這種高級吃到飽沒附飲料的事。 沙拉冷盤區，中上水準。 主打的海鮮區有帝王蟹腳、龍蝦鉗和小龍蝦，不過這些沒有想像中好吃，表現中等而已，還有那個小龍蝦真的是很”小”的龍蝦，比草蝦大一些而已。 熱食區不少東西，羊小排和牛肉很好吃，魚翅雞湯不錯，其他就水準普普。 最後這餐最滿意的是甜點區，每一樣都是我吃過數一數二的好，媲美高級甜點店的水準。 用餐最後會給每人一杯紅茶或咖啡之類的。 結論是這價位在台灣絕對吃得比較爽，但是甜點絕對大勝台灣吃到飽。

香港之行第一站就到這裡,算是開啓了一次不錯的旅行 這些菜色和台灣的不大一樣,手藝不錯,海鮮,甜點,主食都OK 但烤鸭還是台灣的好吃

在唯港薈住宿非常推薦要含早餐！ 整個用餐環境圍繞中心的小廣場，種植很多植物就像都市綠洲ㄧ樣，充滿綠意看了心情就好 服務人員態度很親切，早餐品項選擇很多，料理都很可口，我個人最愛現烤吐司加現榨果汁。 ㄧ早先來杯熱拿鐵，再吃份廚師現作的蛋料理真的很棒，活力滿滿的ㄧ天
食物質数和服務態度很好。
I did enjoy the large variety of food options during breakfast, especially the build-to-order omelettes and the possibility to get fresh juices prepared for you.
However, there are a few small opportunities for improvement:
* When seated we were asked of we want tea or coffee. We were not asked which kind of tea or coffee, at first leaving the impression that there’s just plain drip coffee and black tea. Only later we saw that you can also order cappuccino or espresso. Still don’t know if they have more tea options.
* The interior design is not quite as nice as I’ve seen in other hotels. The low ceiling and furniture didn’t make it feel as cozy as other places. Also you could be seated quite far away from the buffet, as we were.
* I liked the build-to-order egg station, but would have enjoyed some more options for ingredients. You could choose between mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, peppers and cheese. In other places I’ve also seen chives, bacon cubes, ham, avocado.
* Instead of keeping waffles heated in an oven, a station with a waffle iron would be nice. Fresh waffles are three times better than re-heated ones.
* At the bread station there are quite a lot of items (break, sweet pastries) that are for display/decoration only. I understand that you need to decorate your restaurant. But displaying pretty food items that you then actually cannot eat feels fake and actually disappointing.
Now as said, the food was tasty overall and the service was good.
But given the issues mentioned above, the fairly high price point, and other breakfast buffets that I’ve seen in other hotels, I cannot give it a truly high rating.
I recommend finding a dedicated cafe or bakery instead.

The Market 西式自助餐食物好豐富但晚餐收費太貴而Lunch buffet用會員卡85折後只須3百幾蚊就比較抵食.
Weekend brunch buffet 食物種類比起weekday lunch buffet 較多選擇但餐費亦相應提高用會員卡85折後都要每位俾4百幾蚊.
自助餐由一家NGO主理人埋單，因此不知價，卻相當好吃。

Durian dessert is very attractive. Sushimi and other seafood are fresh and yummy. Hot dishes have a lot of choice. I have a wonderful dinner with friends. Absolutely will come again.

This was a really great experience all around! Buffets are hard to do well, but these guys have managed to bring very high quality, fantastic variety and great service all together for an over all out standing experience. I enjoyed the sushi bar, the Koresn fish cakes, a great sautéed beef dish, the crab and caviar on toast, and a rather tasty durian panacotta. All super well prepared and very tasty!
The best part of our particular visit though was the service. Bottom line, we didn’t want to sit out side since it was really hot and humid. They said to wait a bit and a table would be available. Well, that didn’t happen for some reason, but they ended up moving a table from the patio into the buffet area just for us! Not expected! The location was a little awkward…right in front of the wine vending machine thing that you can see in one of the pictures above. But…they really went out of their way to allow us to eat there and it worked out fine. It was great! Thanks to the whole team that was there on the evening of July 27th, 2016!

A great way to try so many dishes if you can eat that much. Very high standards for everything served so worth the cost check for reservation before you visit as they are often fully booked
Very good qualities and varieties of food considering its price. Crab congees and stuffed crab shells are my favorite.

Heard this is the best buffet in Hong Kong, while i doubted. Girlfriend and I had birthday dinner and they provided birthday dessert which was sweet. Services and environment was good. And the food….um it’s just normal, not up to the wow level. If it wasn’t my birthday and the Thai theme, I probably would only give 3 Stars. Maybe we’ll discover a better one very soon. Recommended if you never been there.
We had Sunday brunch buffet there. It’s an international buffet with strong Asian cuisine. There’s a big variety of food and are of very high standard and authenticity.
Seafood wise, there are crab claws, crabs’ legs, crayfish and prawns.
There are authentic laisa, double boiled soup, Korean, Japanese food and curry.
Worth noting is that they serve quite a variety of durian desserts if that’s your thing. There are many other dessert choices too if you are not a fan of durian.
Tasty food, the only issue is very hard to book! Durian is the spot light as well!

Food quality is good. Crab legs and sashimi are must-eat item! Environment is nice. Tho it’s a little overpriced. Hkd 750ish per person for buffet dinner.
